I had the displeasure of getting a call from my wife, very panicked, on a late Friday afternoon telling me our basement was flooding. Not much more in the way of details except there was water everywhere.
A wash of calm came over me when I realized I only needed to make 1 call to Tipton and Stephanie at PuroClean. I was stuck at work but PuroClean was all over this issue. They are extremely competent, thorough, and walked me through everything they were doing.
