They were very polite and accommodating. Our waitress made suggestions to make the tofu bento box vegetarian.

Went to ramen master with another couple and as a group we ordered three hibachi meals, one roll, pad Thai, a tempura meal, and a bento box. The steak in the teriyaki meal was supposed to be medium rare and it was VERY well done. The sauce on all of the teriyaki meals was so salty that it was pretty much all you could taste. It was late so we didn’t bother pointing out the over cooked steak because the food took a considerable amount of time to come out even though we were the only people in the restaurant. The server was nice and the atmosphere was okay, but the food isn’t with the money. The food and sauce that covered the meat was so salty that the food was inedible. It was my first time coming to this restaurant and I will not be going back. The other couple that we were with has ordered take out from them before and said that it was okay, but they agreed that everything was gross when we dined in. The roll was the only item that we ordered that wasn’t bad.

I went here for the first time with my boyfriend and the service was very friendly and helpful. The food was great too. We each got a ramen bowl and some sushi to share. The sushi seems like it’s a bit expensive but the rolls are huge and so good. The ramen bowls are great too, very filling, we both had leftovers. I can’t wait to go back again!

A good find. The menu was pretty comprehensive and the prices on par with other Fort Collins restaurants. Our server was friendly and knew the menu well. We ordered Edamame, Hibachi Chicken, and the Pad Thai; and all of it was flavorful, and well presented. Really, the only complaint is that it took a bit longer to get the food than we would have liked. Other than that, everything was great. If you’re looking for a new place to try, get into Ramen Master. It’s good!

The whole staff was so friendly here and we were really hoping the food would also impress us. We each ordered the alarm ramen and the verdict is that we will definitely be back! The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. The menu overall had a ton of choices from ramen to sushi to Thai. We’re impressed and excited to go back!

I wouldn’t come here in a rush, but I ordered the alarm ramen bowl with chicken and am thoroughly impressed. Not too salty, chicken was flavorful and tender. For an American ramen place I’ve tried– this place is good and the price is appropriate. I will definitely be back!

Man. I really want to love Ramen Master but I just can’t. I like it. It’s okay. It’s better than making ramen at home and it’s in Old Town. It’s not going to compare to the ramen fusion of Uncle or will it compete with more authentic broths made from bone. Ramen Master pulls off a mediocre broth with overcooked eggs and broccoli?! Plus they use disposable wooden chopsticks when it should be served with plastic. Bleh. But it’s Fort Collins and the food scene here is awful for foodies so I’ll take what I can get!

Impressively large menu. Great service and atmosphere. I got the red curry and it was great. The miso soup was, as well. Satisfying portion for the prize. I highly recommend it and will be back to try more of the menu.

I got tan tan ramen with crispy wontons with a side of their special chilly and it was the bomb!!! It reminds me of Indonesian noodle style. My husband ordered tonkatsu ramen with pork and it was delicious! The broth is perfect not too salty. We also had their sushi rolls and poke tuna. So good and fresh. We didn’t try their cocktails but they had pretty good selections including sake! Definitely coming back again.

Only ramen place in town that I know of which is cool. However the ramen wasn’t that great. Noodles were soggy and the pork was unseasoned. Bland, soggy bowl isn’t worth 12 bucks. It was my first time however, so I’d be willing to give it another try, but that’s mostly because I am masochistic. Edit — I returned recently being outvoted 2 to 1, and the new expanded menu was a nice sight. Had a bowl, which was actually pretty good and not mushy. Bump me to a 3.5 out of 5 instead of 2.

Please don’t list your hours if you’re not going to adhere to them — I’ve tried coming here on FOUR separate occasions, on different days, at different times, and EVERY.SINGLE.TIME Ramen Master was closed. phở-get about this place. I’ll stick to saigon grill for my noodle bowl fix.

If I have learned anything about Fort Collins dining, I will say that restaurateurs do not have the most discerning eye for location. From what I can see, their eyes are bigger than their vision(in an transcendent sense). Let me elaborate on why, with my review for Ramen Master. This trendy eatery sits on the north end of Mason, yet its corner spot seems hard to see from the road. Abundant seating is attractive, but without visible and attractive marketing, the décor and ambiance lose their impact. In terms of the menu, it seems a little too«open to options.» If I were to open a restaurant, I might limit the desire of the patron for autonomy. Certainly Chipotle or Subway have built their kingdoms on options, but with something as cult-classic as fancy ramen, rooted in Japanese tradition… my guess is that customers are not asking for the ability to mix-and-math. All that to be said, the ramen receives an a-ok in my book. The flavor was there, but the texture just seemed a little watered down. With its porky and savory notes, the broth added flavor to the noodles, but without the iconic gelatinous undertones, the texture falls flat and you are left with a good soup and some noodles. The toppings bar is not a bad thing, but it is excessive and unnecessary. On the whole, Ramen Master is worth a shot, but I cannot say that at this point in time, they are on the right track. Though they are located right off the train tracks.

My son went to Ramen Master while he was on campus for orientation and liked it so much he dragged me back the next day! Overall I was pretty happy there! I had the regular ramen bowl with miso broth, pork, and a soft boiled egg. I loved the ramen noodles and broth! The pork was ok, but not the type of pork I’m used to with my ramen. It tasted more like a pork roast that I make on Sundays. Not bad at all, just not what I’m used to. One thing I LOVED was the topping bar! I’m a freak for bean sprouts and corn in my ramen, so I could load up! I think next time we go I’ll just skip the meat and do more toppings. I totally see my son being a weekly regular at Ramen Master when he comes here this fall!

One of f my absolute favorite places to eat in Ft. Collins! Worth the drive from South Loveland. chewy noodles, amazing broth, great protein choices, and I love all the veggie options! They recently closed, I believe for renovations. When we went back I have to say that the quality improved leaps and bounds. It was good to begin with, but the broth is 100% better than ever before! The noodles are great too, but I have to say my favorite part is the broth. They put the veggies in, instead of having the veggie bar, which is fine with me and I’m sure far less mess for them! If you are in the mood for ramen, this is the place!

Really good ramen! I’ve been waiting for a place like this in old town. I ordered ramen with tonkatsu broth and pork and mushrooms, some gyoza, and mochi with ice cream for dessert. The gyoza was okay, I wish that the spicy sauce was on the side instead of all of the gyoza tossed in them. The ramen was delicious! The broth was so creamy, and the bar to put your own veggies in was a nice touch. The mochi was pretty good, just the frozen commercial variety. Prices are pretty steep for what you get. I was surprised that I paid nearly $ 20 for what I received, but I will be back. For people complaining about parking, park in the parking garage right beside it. There’s even a door inside the parking garage that leads right into the restaurant.

I really love this place! While having to walk a short distance to eat at a restaurant has never been an issue for me(especially in fort collins where street parking is quite frequent, well everywhere) I have yet to find anything that would make me not want to come back here. Sure, the décor could use some spicing up. Hopefully they can make those changes later, but I’m certainly not going to Ramen Master to look at pictures and what have you when I can be stuffing my face with ramen! I have a big appreciation for this restaurant because I have not found one that offers a vegan option when it comes to broth, until now. Each time I get tofu, I receive 4 or 5 large triangle pieces, carrots, green onions, corn, and shiitake mushrooms with their light vegan broth. There’s only been a couple of times where it has been salty, which seems to be a reoccurring problem so I urge everyone to try that broth and see if you like it! I agree they should take into consideration making a few«beginners ramen bowls» or something of the sort so people who don’t usually eat ramen, or know what goes well with what, have a go-to. Over all this has easily become one of my favorite places to eat, with an extra bonus of being able to have it delivered through OrderUp when I’m feeling lazy or am sick. I will continue to give this place my business and my recommendation to all my friends!

Decent fusion Ramen dish. Service was fast; think they’re getting past start up jitters. They had ordering handouts on ordering process of noodles /soup /protein /vegetables topping options. Had the miso Ramen with pork. Not traditional Japanese miso Ramen flavoring. More Chinese tasting but still hit the spot. Will go back and try different Ramen. They have potential to be 4 stars. The noodles are authentic Ramen noodles.

Eh I had much better. So first impression was that this place is in a secluded spot from the rest of Old Town. We parked across the street, which was already a turn off for me. As I arrived at the restaurant, I couldn’t tell if the place was opened or not. This place has pretty poor lighting and pretty empty. I’m not even sure what the theme is here. Next the service. Nothing really stood out, but it did take a while for our food to come out. Ramen places that I am used to tend to be quicker. The food is not worth the money. The broth was super salty(I got the miso), and the noodles reminded me of that cheap Chinese noodles I can buy from the store. I also was really disappointed about the«char sui.» I was hoping for the delicious, sweet, tender kind I usually see(the red one that is sliced in thin strips), but it ended up being roasted pig. It was okay(still salty). The nori isn’t fresh seaweed either. It’s the dry kind you usually eat with rice. I agree with the other reviews. It isn’t authentic, it’s just okay. I have higher standards though. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
