Chicken Montego Bay is my favorite entrée from any restaurant — EVER! Ask for it a little spiced up. Oh gosh. So sad this place might not stay in Fort Collins! Is the one in Breckinridge sticking around? So, the service is usually okay…
The green pepper vinegarette is awesome.
The vibe is, well, Rasta-​ish.
But the Chicken Montego Bay! I’ve tried to recreate this at home. I crave it. I eat it everytime I visit FoCo.
