Loved it! Got the Benny Quiles… They were awesome! They tasted really good! The wait is a little long but they have coffee and water for you so you can just grab a cup sit outside and just talk! I really enjoyed it!

The food is good and we’d come back for it, but the times we’ve been there and been on a wait list, the times were horrendously miss-quoted. Was also seated after parties of the same size whose names were on the list after ours, and on more than 1 occasion. Staff is hit-or-miss; mostly miss. They are super pretentious and prone to neglect a table when it comes to checking in to see if the food is satisfactory. We’d go back if there wasn’t any other place to get a bite in town, but fortunately there’s enough competition to go elsewhere.

The first time I came here, I got the Cuban breakfast sandwich and I fell in love. This thing was so damn tasty. I mean, that’s pretty much all I have to say about that. Damn fine brunch sandwich. The second time I came here, I got the sweet potato waffles. This thing was good but holy damn, it is sooooooo sweet. I felt like I was going to be diabetic when I was done. Again, this was a very tasty waffle but it was so sweet that I couldn’t even finish it in one sitting. Not because I was full. I could have eaten two of these. But the sweet level. Now that the food is out of the way. The staff is very friendly, they play cartoons in the background(awesome) and my coffee has rarely been empty for more than a min. Good prices too. They try really hard on a lot of things, but be careful with the sweet stuff.

Fantastic! A truly unique menu that offers upscale tasty creations at very reasonable prices. Items that you will typically only see at a high end restaurant for brunch. Cool Art Deco styling that has a cool relaxing feeling. Take your time reading the menu or looking at the pics on Unilocal! This place is a must try!

Holy spaceballs this place was amazing! I got into Colorado late at night and had a killer apatite by morning. It was cold and snowing and everyone was stuffing themselves into the front entrance area. I knew this place was busy but now I know why. I helped myself to some free coffee. There’s free coffee which was much appreciated while waiting for a table. Next to the coffee station is the bar. Yep… A bar! They serve wonderful morning drink concoctions like the AM Manhattan(bourbon, espresso, iris cream, steamed milk, & cherry) and Mayan Mocha(Ancho reyes liqeuer, espresso, steamed milk, chocolate, cinnamon & vanilla syrup). On to the food. They serve up hearty portions and some downright gigantic breakfast burittos. I’m not much of a fan for hollandaise sauce but there said to be the best at it. Alright, I made not be a fan but I’ll still try it here. I decided on the Benny duo of the Early harvest benny(griddled pesto grit cake topped with a broccolini and wild mushroom ragout, poached cage free eggs, cream cheese hollandaise and roasted pepper coulis) & a chilaquiles benedict(barbacoa beef over a ranchero sauced tortilla and melted cheese, with poached cage free eggs, roasted poblano hollandaise, pico de gallo and cotija cheese). My mouth was in heaven! The flavor combinations are perfect. I loved the grilled pesto cake & hollandaise sauce the best. The meal came with a side of hash browns about 3 inches high and formed with a round biscuit cutter. They get 5 stars for flavor, free coffee, portion size, creativity, presentation, & amazing service!

Love Snooze! Try the Chilaquiles Benedict. Always consistently good, and nice servers. Take my family here every time they come to town as one of the best breakfasts in the area.

Well, it’s not the worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t great. The service was poor and I am, to say the least, perplexed as to how my eggs managed to be cooked with a layer of water in between two layers of egg white. They are, apparently, very proud of their coffee, which I couldn’t distinguish from Folger’s and ended up covering up with a lot of cream and sugar. I think if you’re in the mood for heavy, fancy brunch food, it might be a better option. Not a great choice for someone looking for a light, quick breakfast.

I did not like this place. Its too loud and too cramped and the food is horrendous. I ordered the juan tacos and honest to god, my 10 year old makes better food. If you’re looking for the hipster atmosphere this is the place for you. That or its for you if you don’t have taste… buds!

One of the best brunches you’ll ever have. The benedicts are endless and the pancakes are plentiful! And none of it is bad or mediocre, it is ALL sensational! We were in town from Wisconsin and happened upon this place on a Saturday morning. Despite a big crowd and a wait, the staff here does everything possible to get you seated and served quickly. The indoor area is neat and the back patio is bomb, so if it’s a nice day, get out back. The staff is friendly and laid back. As for the food, you won’t find much better. The menu is full of options, savory and sweet. Duos of eggs benedicts(yes, multiple options on one plate!) and flights of pancakes(dear god!). Yes, you can really have it all. Also, the prices were fantastic. And the hashbrowns are the best I’ve ever had. The take-away: Modestly priced amazing food with wonderful service and ambiance.

Three stars for long wait for our food to come out and our server or anyone not checking up at our table. I’ve been to the other Snooze in San Diego, CA and never had such a bad experience as this one in Fort Collins. I had a party of three on Saturday. Estimated time for our table to be ready was 35 mins but we only waited for 20 mins. Food took 30 mins to come out. Other than the long waits, food was amazingly good. Or maybe(I was starving that’s why it tasted so good!) HA ha ha

OMG loved this place!!! We had a party of 5 and had to wait about 25 – 30 minutes on a Friday around 11am, but they took my phone number which was great. We were able to walk around and do a little shopping before brunch. We all ordered drinks which we loved, specifically the palomimosa which I was obsessed with. For food, I had the corned beef hash which was scrumptious. Everyone else had the mix & match benedicts which they loved. The server also brought us a complimentary sweet potato pancake that we devoured. Overall, I’d go back in a heartbeat… I’m still dreaming about that drink…

O hellz yes I love brunch. I love it MORE when I am on vacation, having a lazy Saturday morning with ma gurls. We came to Snooze last weekend around 10am and of course there was already a wait! Luckily we are no rookies to the brunch game and were prepared with a spot to grab cocktails during(The Kitchen). I love how Snooze will text you when your table is ready. It was a beautiful Saturday morning so we were able to enjoy that rather than cram ourselves into a small vestibule and give other brunchers the wicked side-eye when their party is called before ours. Anyway, it only took about 30 – 35 minutes for that text to arrive. The first thing you will notice about Snooze is the friendly, happy servers! They clearly enjoy their jobs, even when your friend knocks the sugar bowl out of their hands and it breaks all over the floor! Since it was vacay time, we splurged on the delicious brunch cocktails. I got the Mayan Mocha, because who doesn’t love coffee AND tequila at 11am? It was delicious. Just chocolatey enough, just latte-ish enough, with just enough of a kick from the tequila, finished with some sweet heat. Definitely the best boozy coffee I have ever had. My friend got the boozy Chai tea latte(and generously gave me her shot of espresso). Yummo. We split a blueberry pancake for the table. Delicious. My only complaint was that the ‘cake was advertised with a lemony yummy filling. In reality it was only in the very center of the cake — barely enough there for the 3 of us to each have a taste. I had Juan’s Breakfast Tacos. Now, I am always drawn to a delicious Latin inspired breakfast but usually try to branch out. Well I’m glad I didn’t. The tacos were delicious and stuffed full! I added sausage to mine. I also got to try the Breakfast Pot Pie! OMG now that was to die for. Flaky puff pastry with sausage gravy insides? Yah sign me up. Fabbo. This is a great place to come with friends or family. I definitely recommend it!

Wow! Place had great reviews on Unilocal so we headed over this morning. The wait was over 40 Min but we figured that had to be a good thing. So, we did what any red-blooded tourists would do and got a flight of brews at Equinox to bide our time. After finishing our final taster, we got the text that our table was ready. Got seated at the bar and it was a great spot. Everything looked and sounded amazing but we eventually chose the Ham Benedict and a pancake flight w the pineapple upside down, peanut butter cup, and the sweet potato pancakes. Everything was spot-on and incredible. The drinks looked awesome too but we had just pounded a flight so we passed. Highly recommend this spot for your breakfast needs!

I finally made it to Snooze! Had some fellow Unilocalers suggest I come here and I am so glad I did. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table but while we waited we enjoyed the serve yourself coffee which was really good. Our server was so nice and suggested we get the red velvet pancakes which are only served 2x a year. They were heaven on a plate. They were not too sweet just right! Had a cream cheese drizzle and pecans on top. I enjoyed a mimosa with lemonade and pomegranate juice and my hubby had the brewmosa= awesome! I can’t wait to go to the one in Denver before I head back east. Love this place!!!

Finally had the chance to return to Snooze this morning and I’m happy to say our service was back to the friendly, attentive, glad-your-are-here service we expect from Snooze(or any restaurant for that matter). Today I came for a breakfast date with my other daughter. We arrived around 8:30ish and had about a 15 minute wait for a table for 2. Not bad; I started satisfying my need for caffeine with a coffee from their coffee-while-u-wait bar. They’ve updated the menu since I last stopped in. The quinoa porridge was made with sliced apples rather than the fig jam. I was so sad because I was really looking forward to a big bowl of that dish. Hopefully it’ll come back around next fall. The spiced apple version was also really good & I would recommend it. When it arrived, the portion looked small, but that left me some room to steal some bites of my daughter’s pancake flight. I left satisfied and full. My daughter’s pancake flight was fantastic. She chose the coffee & donut, the blueberry coffee cake, and the daily special(a celebratory Broncos-inspired pancake). All were yum-my! We both enjoyed coffee with our meals which were replenished as needed. Great service today. Thank you, Snooze! Bill for quinoa porridge, pancake flight and 2 coffees = $ 25. When we left around 9:45 wait was up to 30 – 40 minutes. ** Within about two days of my visit reviewed below, my server saw this review and personally messaged me to apologize. That goes a long way and I truly appreciate her reaching out to me to say sorry. ** Ugh. So sad after today’s much anticipated breakfast date with my daughter at Snooze. We received the worst service of any place I’ve been in years. :-(Hence, I’ve down-graded from 5 to 4-star. Once seated, a nice guy took our drink order. He brought my daughter her hot chocolate but never returned with my coffee. A new female server came to take our food order but I requested my coffee first, which she promptly brought. When placing our order I asked for an extra napkin. It never came until our food was delivered. Then our server never came by again. I waited for a coffee refill, but could never catch the server’s eyes then she vanished completely. I had to go get my own refill after waiting about 10 minutes. She never asked us how our food was or if we needed anything, checked if we needed a water refill… Nothing. It detracted from what would have been a lovely meal.((It’s hard to concentrate on conversation when you’re so busy trying to find a server(any server!!) to help you. On the plus side I tried a new dish, the quinoa porridge, and it was delicious. I don’t believe in writing off an establishment after one bad experience so we’ll be back again. I only hope this time we get someone who’s actually willing to be friendly and helpful.

HOLYMOTHEROFGOD! Where has the Pineapple Upside Down Pancake BEEN all my life??? It was AMAZING! I ordered a small one to try based on all the other Unilocal reviews when I was really going there for the Bennys. I am SO glad I did because it was my favorite! I ordered a ½ & ½ Benny with the Bella Bella Benny and the Ham III Benny. The Bella Bella Benny was DELICIOUS. The slight hint of balsamic and the great flavor of the prosciutto was really good. The Ham III was fine, but not really different than your traditional Eggs Benedict anywhere else so pretty forgettable. But I would TOTALLY order the pancake and Bella again! Went on a Tuesday at 8:30am and was seated immediately. Service was really good. I took a star off because of the hash browns. I asked for extra crispy and was disappointed to see they did the usual restaurant tactic of making the top crispy and all the stuff underneath was a soggy mess mushy potatoes. I expected more from a place that specializes in breakfast. I would definitely skip the hash browns next time. UPDATE: Went back 2 more times during my trip because it was so awesome! Second day, I tried the Corned Beef Hash and I didn’t care for it at all, but I have never had it before so that probably has more to do with my taste buds than their cooking. The OMG French Toast was beautiful(too bad I got so excited to try it I forgot to take a picture!) and it was very good, but the pineapple pancake and Bella Bella Benny are where it’s at. Also tried the Blueberry Danish pancake… YUM!!! One of the co-owners, Debra, stopped in to talk to me and she was just the NICEST person! I ended up ordering 15 breakfast tacos to go to take to my dog’s medical care team at CSU! Can’t WAIT for Snooze to come to Austin, TX, in March, but I wish Debra would have shared that with me 1500 calories before I tried to eat everything on the menu before I left!

Hell yes. Get your booty to Snooze for one heckuva brunch. Thanks to Unilocal for the leading us here. My brother and I were on the hunt for some hearty food to keep us going for a long day of Fort Collins shopping and exploring. The wait was only 15−20min. They take your # down and will text/call you when your table is ready. That’s nice since there are a few shops nearby to pass the time. We waited though and ended up getting seated in under 10min at the counter. The service was prompt and friendly. We got brunch cocktails. My brother had the snooze fashioned — bourbon, cold brew and bitters. I had a lemonade mimosa — so good! The sparking wine is on tap. I now want that for my house. For entrees I had the breakfast pot pie — super savory dish with sausage gravy, carrots and peas atop the fluffiest puff pastry and topped with an over easy egg with hash browns on the side. The hash browns were really good with the ketchup they have — Sir Kensington’s. I’d order it again! My brother had the breakfast burrito, which was the size of a brick. He did have leftovers. It packs a little heat, but was really tasty! We went back for a second trip to appease the GFBF — gluten free pancakes, FTW! They can make almost anything GF on their menu. My brother and sister split the stuffed pancakes, which they said was so good they wanted another order — just sweet enough. If you’re looking for a hearty meal, good breakfast cocktails, interesting options, and downright good cookin’ that won’t break the bank, snooze is it.

Oh my yum. Snooze is an excellent breakfast/lunch option in Fort Collins. We chose it based on Unilocal reviews, and I hope that my Unilocal review causes you to choose it. First of all, it is super cute on the inside. The décor is very hip and the tables are set up like the teacup ride at Disney world. Our waitress was also quite good and made sure that we were taken care of quickly. Their drink selection is really fun. I had a green tomato bloody mary, which was extremely refreshing. Others at our table had mimosas and moscow mules and everyone enjoyed their beverages. As for the food, I went for a salad as I was trying to be healthy. It was so fresh and topped with a perfect amount of dressing, cheese, and meat. My dining companions all got breakfast items and the pancakes were absolutely sinful. I can imagine that this place gets very crowded on weekend, so get there early!

Snooze is a small restaurant in the Fort Collins«Old Town» district. While the restaurants around it had plenty of seating, Snooze had a 30 minute wait on a Friday mid-morning. It wasn’t hard to see why. Service was incredibly friendly and the food was top-notch. Happily, they take your name and mobile number and text you when your table is ready, providing some freedom to explore nearby shops in this hip spot. Met up with my daughter, a CSU student, who said the bennies at Snooze are«life changing». I have to say, she wasn’t wrong — had the best Eggs Benedict I have ever tasted(and this is my go-to brunch dish). They offer a great half-and-half option on their Benedict dishes, so you can try a couple at a time. I ordered the Early Harvest and Chilaquiles Benedicts. Both were beyond amazing. Their unique takes on hollandaise sauce(cream cheese and green chili, respectively) blew me away. I was also impressed at the creativity of stacked tortillas as the base on the Chilaquiles Benedict. This really worked! A side of diced tomatoes provided a nice palate cleanse between them. If you’re in Fort Collins and have time to wait to get in for an awesome brunch, THIS is the place.
