I agree with the used car lot analogy at this place. Sales person told me my monthly bill would be 29.99 after a $ 10/month discount. I never got the discount. I was basically just flat out lied to about any discount. On top of that T-mobile’s data coverage was very spotty and often non-existent. The wireless broadband device I was overpaying for was essentially useless and I had to pay $ 350 to cancel the contract plus $ 120 for the useless device. If you call TMobile customer service it’s just some goons in India who, judging by the way they treat you, hate your guts. I attempted multiple times to get out of the contract with their contract resolution people, but they never responded to me. So, good luck if you’re deciding to go with T-Mobile.

This place is always very busy but I always get great service. The manager(David) is very helpful and even remembered me from my last visit(months ago). I can’t say enough about his level of customer service. He even delivered the phone to the Starbucks(where I waited) across the street until my new phone was completed with the syncing process

I always feel like I am walking onto a used car lot when I go here… the phoney enthusiasm, and smarmy sales people drive me crazy… I try to do everything online, if I can. Plus the hot girl that worked there, appears to have left… Its a used car salesman sausage fest.

I love this place! Sure T-Mobile has long lines and it may take a while to get waited on but the thing that this location has over the other one near the Super-Target does not is that this location has an automated bill paying machine so you can bypass the lines and not have to wait in the lines and that is a HUGE plus!
