Umami Mobile Eatery

I grabbed a bite from here over the weekend while I was at Snowbank Brewing. I had the pork dumplings with the the teriyaki and peanut sauces and both rice and veggies. I though it was quite good. I really liked the mix of he two sauces and the fact that I could add on the veggies for only $ 1.

Amazing food! So unique, great flavors! The flavors of there food compliment each other. Was great to have large chunks of vegetables for a mid have a good day snack! Highly recommend their bowel or tai nachos!

Hmmmm… where to begin. Although I provided a 4 star rating, it’s not because of the dumplings which were store bought, not homemade and quite expensive ($ 8) considering you can buy an entire bag at Costco for like 15 bucks. The dumplings are good and quite filling just not something I can’t do without. However, their sauces are amazing! The curry on the dumplings was well spiced and carried some heat and the peanut sauce was fab. The rice was about 5 min shy of actually being done and was hard in the middle. I can imagine that it is excellent if cooked all the way. They do an excellent job on their bowls though and these should not be missed! They also get kudos for extraordinary customer service. They are fun, energetic and always smiling!

Was a pleasure having them on the CSU campus everyday when there was still construction going on in our student center’s food court. They were quick to make my food and the price was reasonable. Was really delicious. I had the banh mi sandwich which I think was a special that day. Their ninja bowl was really delicious and full of flavor as well as the Umami Tacos which had a very nice Asian slaw. Flavors compliment each other well.

Awesome food. I can’t believe there are no reviews. We got two ninja bowls with different sauces and tofu and they were delicious.

Crazy for UMAMI. In fact, sometimes I have a craving for it. I LOVE their fresh vegetables and chicken on rice with curry. Can’t get enough :0)
