Worst experience with a moving company ever. Customer service is horrible, no one ever calls back in this company. After 2 weeks when my things finally came most of the boxes had holes in them and were smashed. And to top it off it looked like the boxes were open. After everything was unloaded there was one box missing. I had the driver if I could write some notes on the receipt and he laughed at me. He spoke very rudely to me in my own home and therefore I told him to leave. We will see how long it actually takes this company to respond to me about my missing box. If I could upload pictures to show how horrible of a shape my boxes are in I would.

My stuff is still in limbo with this company and I’m truly nervous as to what condition it will be in and what will be missing when/if i receive it. Communication is horrible. They do not return phone calls when they say they will. I have to continually call on my own to check status and still get no acceptable answer. Just keep being told, «the driver will call you». I have yet to hear from the driver. They won’t even tell me where my stuff is coming from. I was just told«the east coast». The movers were a half day late showing up for move out and blamed it on the prior client ealier in the day. Then, apparently because of the prior client, they ran out of moving blankets to cover my furniture. Therefore, I had to pick and choose what I was willing to have scratched/marred. Ugh. There were only 2 people that showed up on move out. Both complained of back and knee pain and were constantly making comments about having to climb the stairs. One was constantly on the phone to ‘corporate’ asking and answering questions about our move and where they were going next, essentially leaving one person to do all the work. We made it as easy as possible for them. Everything was packed, organized and ready to put on the truck. We did not close our apt door until almost 10pm. This whole process should’ve been done by 2pm at the latest, had they shown up in the morning as stated and agreed upon. When we left, they still had stuff on the grass that needed to go on the truck. I only pray that it all made it. This move has been excruciatingly painful and having to stress about my stuff has not made it any easier. Please let my stuff arrive all together and undamaged.

I would never use this company I am furious. First I had a long distance move and had no idea they farmed off the stuff to another company but they do. No communication they said I would have 24 –48 hrs notice that it was coming and I did not know until 6 hrs prior because the«other» company did not have my number. Well then they were 1 ½ hrs late. I have damaged things dented microwave hole in the back of my triple dresser and missing two chairs, cat post and God knows what else. I tried to save money using them let me tell you I will regret this for a long time to come and I would not use them for long distance at any cost have to add just realized my long tv table is also missing wow jerks Update 7⁄25 received missing items. chairs dinged and scratched cat post broken. Every single item of my furniture is scratched dinged and destroyed words can not express my hatred for this company I hope you fold

I just moved into my new apartment and I must say, these guys changed my whole attitude regarding movers. I’ve never had a good experience in the past but the rep I talked to(Shane) was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. My stuff arrived in the same condition it left in and the movers were very professional and courteous with my stuff. Whereas in the past I always felt like I had to watch movers like a hawk to make sure they didn’t jack anything up. So Agility gets 5stars from me all around!

Shane did a great job helping me move to an 8th floor unit in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. He made me feel very comfortable handling my stuff!
