The service was good, and the nachos were pretty decent but they are actually on some rather greasy potato chips, rather than tortilla chips – higher calorie and fat (and not better). The crab bisque was terrible. It was like licking an old fish. I took two bites before sending it back because it was truly awful. The nacho toppings were fantastic, but would have tasted better with tortilla chips. Prices were high, but typical for an airport. Our drinks were quite good, high marks on the cocktail and beer menu.

This was my first time eating alligator, and although it tasted OK, I have a feeling it could taste a lot better. The gator bites are fried and tasted like a meaty fried calamari. Some pieces were chewy, others were not. This was just over $ 16 and it was at best 1 cup of gator pieces on a bed of spring mix leaves, two pieces of lemon and tartar sauce. This was more of an appetizer although they have it listed as «signature dishes».
I also had the crab «bisque», which turned out to be ½ cup of tomato broth with maybe 1 tsp. of sweet corn and ½ tsp. of crab meat. It came with 5 – 6 crackers. This was just over $ 6. I had water.
My bill was $ 24.86 for what should have been $ 15 at best. I know it’s airport food, but they should at least try a bit harder.
My waiter started off waaaaay too friendly. Hasn’t anyone taught him that you don’t have to pretend to be friends with your customers to get good tips? All he has to do is be respectful, take the right order and bring you the food within a reasonable time frame.
Oh, and be prepared to get your check within minutes after getting your food, though, I can’t blame them for this. I’m sure they’re used to dealing with people who are on a rush. After all, it is located at the airport.

Garry is one of the most entertaining and caring servers I have ever had. Honestly the food is great but Garry is the reason I would come back!

Very poor service!!! Our server was very, very rude, should not be in the customer service industry. The coffee was horrendous!

Me: I ordered this without bacon.
Waiter: No, you said without avocado.
Me: No, I said without bacon. I happen to be vegetarian. (fortunately I was with another person that can testify to this, with whom I was sharing the wrap and he doesn’t eat bacon either)
Waiter: Fine. (storms out clearly exasperated with the situation)
…10 mins later
Me: wait, this doesn’t have the avocado.
Waiter: no avocado, we ran out of it.
Me: and you are just telling me this now? I want to speak to the manager.
Waiter: Fine. (storms out clearly exasperated with the situation, again)
…10 mins later
Me: (to a 2^nd waiter) where is the manager, I am still waiting.
Waiter 2: I haven’t been able to reach her.
I pay my bill, no tip for obvious reasons.
I really like waiters. I feel that they have one of the most difficult jobs in the industry. I absolutely love great waiters and I tip handsomely. This is my first post ever on bad service. Things need to get better guys.

Stay far away! Food is overpriced and not good at all. Service is even worse. Ordered the nachos and they were potato chips with Velveeta cheese and cold so I settled on a burger after I spoke with the manager. A burger from McDonalds would have been better than this place.

The only FLL Airport restaurant that is sit down style pre-​security. The food was good for airport food. The only hitch was they noticed they forgot the cheese on my burger so they went to put it on and forgot to bring it back until I reminded them.

From our experience this was much better than average airport food. I had the fried fish sandwich which was very moist and tasty, my friends had the veggie burger and chicken wings and both were pleased. If you know airports, three out of three is very good!
Service was excellent as well!
Extra star for decent food at an airport ;) which can be hard to come by.

If this is artisanal food… I never want it again. $ 13 for a crap sandwich that you could buy from a convenience store for 4 $. Terrible quality!!! The server was great but the food was literally disgusting!!!
