If there were something lower than a 1 star, this place deserves it. Terrible food, poor service, long wait in line, etc. etc. etc. I ordered a hot dog for no other reason than it looked like the quickest way to get my food. As I watched others wait, and wait and wait. When I finally received my order, the bun was as hard as a rock and the hot dog was mildly warm at best. I took one bite and tossed the rest in the garbage. The staff look and act like they could give a darn about you, your order, the line, the food, etc. They should all be fired. And where is the zone manager, he/she should be fired alone with them. I found it amusing while I was standing in line to read on the wall that this place has a new management team with«62 years of restaurant experience». You’d never know it by the food or conditions of this location. Save yourself the money and frustration and just walk past this poor excuse for a restaurant.

The food here is not bad, not that you really have a lot of other choices in this terminal. Service is slow and rude.

Best advice I can give is to skip this Delta wing if you need food & drink. It’s small and doesn’t offer much. Mostly fast food & lots of bready stuff. The things I usually try to avoid. Ended up at Miami subs. Chicken gyro & «spicy» fries. The angry chick behind the counter had a crap attitude and even though I ignored it and tried to continue being nice, she(what I feel) took long giving me my food purposely by serving others who came after me first. What satisfaction this gives server #1618 Bendaline I’ll never understand. And that’s a good thing I don’t get her because I’m not like her thus cannot fathom her attitude towards a complete stranger while she performs her customer service focused job taking orders. Oh look — at the bottom of my receipt it says«How are we doing? We want to exceed your expectations… Please call guest services at 877…»
