Customer service, quality, and professionalism epitomise Exotic Eye Wear. I have been going to Pano for many years and will not go anywhere else for my eye needs. There is a Len Crafter’s in the plaza right next to them, and I have friends who have gone the cheaper route and got what they paid for. The great thing about Exotic Eye Wear is they can get almost any type of glasses or contacts that you want. Their selection is fantastic. Don’t take my word on thus. Stop in and see for yourself. I guarantee you’ll be thanking me later.

I was hesitant to purchase my glasses since I was heading back out of state. But in a short span of time, I realized the level of professionalism was better than I had encountered in my prior years of purchasing at home. I got great advice on choosing the upgrades for my lenses. I was not rushed or pressured — just given an hour of undivided attention while making my purchase. My glasses arrived at my house 7 days after my purchase. They were perfect! I would highly recommend this business and look forward to doing business there in the future!

Lisa was a great help with finding my new pair of glasses. She took the time to leave me alone while I looked through their vast selection. It is difficult for sales associates to leave customers alone to their own devices, but her ability to do so with me made me loyal to her. When it came time for me to try on my final four, she was right there to help.

Fantastic service and huge selection. I found Exotic on the referral of a colleague and fell into the experienced hands of optician, Panos. After years of wasting my money on the box stores like Lens Crafters which were never able to correctly diagnose my visions issues Panos figured out the problem and referred me to an ophthalmologist who confirmed it. Then the fun began with his amazing selection of the hottest eyewear. Superlative after service makes the purchase less stressful.

I was in need of a new pair of glasses so naturally I asked around for recommendations. Exotic Eyewear was nearby and got the thumbs up.
The shop is in a brand new location (used to be located across the street) and they have walls of glasses and sunglasses from Silhouette to DG, Rayban and Oakley.
I brought in my prescription and within 10 minutes tried on what seemed like more than 30 frames and lens styles. (Ended up settling on a pair of Silhouettes.)
Sales staff is very accommodating and didn’t mind at all that I tried on the same four pairs over and over again to make sure of my decision.
From there the glasses were sized and molded to fit perfectly.
My experience could not have been any better!
