McDonald’s

If I could give this McDonald’s one star, I would. Workers have NO customer service whatsoever. Came back because they forgot food from our order and I was constantly interrupted by attitude and disrespect.
Get some new employees or retrain your current ones on customer service! Smh.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Waited in the drive through for 15+ minutes only to get cold chicken nuggets that were raw in the center, a crispy chicken sandwich with bread that was beyond one day old (slightly hard to chew it was so stale) and with chicken that was chewy and tasted like old oil, and soggy room temperature fries with no taste other than that of an old fryer. If you want to be disgusted, aggravated, and food poisoned, this is the crap hole designed for you!!!

Just ordered 2 large fries and 2 burgers. I asked for 2 Bbq, from a middle age white woman that was tall and had light hair. She informs me I can only have one… So I ask for a manager, in which she said okay, and then magically she shows up with 2 BBQ instead of a manager… LET ME GO AHEAD AND LET YOU IN ON A LITTLE SECRET… McDonald’s isn’t going to promote you because your savings them .05 on a dipping sauce. I just spent a 100% premium to eat this shit food. If I want a .05 dipping sauce, quit acting like it’s coming out of your pocket, that makes you look stupid. Thanks! :)

Never again. You have to repeat your order a million times and they still can’t get it right. 3 pancakes and an orange juice isnt that hard to understand people. I was so frustrated by the time I got my food I could scream.

The service here is usually slow. Usually just one person at cashier long lines and long wait times most of the time. The food is about standard. I eat here often because of the location and believe it or not its better than the Burger King just nearby at the corner. I would like to say that the janitor with the short dreads and wears a hat is absolutely perfect.
He does his job perfectly. He doesn’t get in your way, he does not bother you with fake hellos or good morning he is quiet and keeps a polite demeanor without ever saying a word always does his job perfectly. He will avoid cleaning near you until you are finished eating he opens the door for you but doesn’t roll his eyes or anything like that he just has a really perfect attitude.
Also the other janitor who is an older man is nearly as good as he is they are some of the best people they got working there. It might sound weird for me to be giving the janitor all this praise but like i said i go here a lot and i watch what i see and that’s about all i wanted to add most of the other reviews on here are accurate. talk to you later

I know it’s late but you do not have the right to be rude.
We ordered (2) 10 piece chicken nuggets and both of our orders only had 8. The nuggets were so hard! Tasted like it was made 5 days ago.
Also my cheese burger… The cheese was hard as a rock… When did u make this?
Our French fries which we ordered the largest size was only filled half way.
You were rude over the drive thru and u did not give us per our request.

I am a big fan of McDo and as I live close to this one we go regularly there for a snack after school with my daughter.
Not the fastest service if you seat inside… for a ‘fast food’ it’s more like a ‘slow food’. They also often make confusion between burgers like ‘deluxe’ with a ‘bacon’ which is really different …
So now, we prefer the drivin and the service is much faster and efficient! I don’t know why but also the cashier is much more friendly and smiling than the cashiers inside…

At first I was confused why the McDonald’s inside the Broward hospital .2 miles away received a higher rating than this location, but after eating three breakfast burritos prepared by the carefree employees I soon realized there’s a good chance a team of gastrointestinal surgeons nearby might not be such a bad idea. Surprisingly clean bathrooms.

Absolutely horrible service! We sat at the drive in menu for 10 minutes and no one asked for our order. Then went inside and was completely ignored. Not exactly what I expected on our family vacation, right off the plane. Hopefully the rest of our trip will be fantastic! This place should be shut down for health violations!

I hardly eat out, but I have been forced to beings that I am living in a hotel for 2 months. This Mc Donalds is very close to my hotel and I have eaten here three times. The service was good and prompt. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the place is very dirty. Its hard to find a clean table in the evening. I have had to clean my own table the two times I decided to eat there. Their fountain drink /​condiment area was very dirty and the floors are sticky. After experiencing this twice, I decided to order drive thru the third time and eat in my car.
If the staff was as proactive as they are nice, these experiences could have been a lot better.

Maybe the worst employees I’ve experienced in a fast food place. They don’t care, they don’t listen, they make mistakes, and they look at you like «why are you here?» Avoid this McDonalds.

I try hard to not eat at McDonalds, but I was immediately drawn to this one because outside of it there is an enormous vintage sign that says something along the lines of «Speedy Service» and has a picture of a cartoon server with a huge grin on his face serving burgers and fries
«Hmmm… Speedy service!?».
What this sign basically means is that this McDonalds has two drive through lanes. I basically ordered a small bag of French fries and waited about five minutes when there was no one in front of me. The fries were delicious and crisp, but I am used to speedier service at other McDonalds.
My experience here could have been better.

Open late… open really late. I really think they should just close at 10pm since most of the menu is no longer available after 10pm. None of the smaller burgers are available, only the more expensive items. What makes it even worse is that the items taste like they have been sitting since 10pm. My chicken strips were hard, not crisp, and the sickeningly sugary Sweet Chili Sauce only added insult to injury. The fries were cold, hard and salty. Bleh! Blinking drive thru should go to hell.
