Rock Spa

Today I had a massage at the rock hard rock spa with Tanya it was the best hot stone deep tissue massage I had. I would highly recommend it. Tayna was very good and asked if I needed any specific areas of soreness to be taken care of. She is very good at what she does & I left the Hard Rock spa feeling like a new person. I would recommend this spa treatments to anyone who has the time while they are at the Hard Rock to visit the spa. The staff are all very courteous and professional. Definitely five star spa.

I’m a local and one weekend my parents got a room there for my moms birthday so I wanted to treat my mom to a pedicure at the spa in the hardrock. I got us the 75 minute pedicure because it honestly sounded amazing. I booked it for 2 pm. When we got there we waited for about 30 minutes which I started to get kinda annoyed because it’s not a regular walk in Asian place, I made an actual reservation. So whatever I brushed it off. The pedicure was starting and I liked it. But then they both wrapped our feet up in the warm towels and and literally left us there for about 25 minutes and I thought that was so long considering it was most of the time in the pedicure. They didn’t massage our feet and they shorted us about 15 minutes. I’m not the type to complain but I told the lady that I was unsatisfied and that if that was the case I would have paid for the cheaper one. She honestly didn’t care and showed no type of sympathy. I hope they stay in business because the place looks dead all the time. And considering it’s the hardrock you would think the actual spa part would look nice. I probably wouldn’t go to the spa ever again.

I set up an appointment for a basic manicure and pedicure. It was exactly that basic. I paid 90.00 for the most terrible manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. The lady barely cut my cuticles and didn’t even do a hand massage with lotion with my manicure. The pedicure was just as bad. She barely scrubbed my feet/​exfoliated and then instead of massaging the lotion in she just rubbed some lotion on my legs not even on my feet. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a spa.

Took me forever to write this review cause I hate giving bad reviews.
I had a 75 min pedicure booked by my mother in law and everything was paied in advance, we met up there.
You can valet your car at the Hard Rock casino and walk passed the Hard Rock Café and into the salon.
The pedicure section has a selection of salt scrubs to add to your soak.
There was the hot water waiting for me. The pedicure lady was working on my mother in law, her friend was getting worked on by another lady.
I had my feet in the water for 15 mins and the lady finished up the mom’s pedicure, rushing through it, disappeared, then came to work on my feet! I guess there were only two pedicure ladies working.
I asked her what the pretty salts are (I’m a Unilocaler and look around businesses;)), she immediately asked me which one I preferred, then dumped some salt in my foot soak, which I got to enjoy briefly.
This pedicure turns out to be the worst I ever had! Not much heel filling, nor much a massage, and I ended up leaving with heels of sandpaper, way worse than when I walked in (have no idea how that’s possible?!).
The presentation of products was great, but it didn’t matter if you don’t have employees who are skilled.
There’s a beautiful spa, but I didn’t get to see it, my time was wasted on my feet.
I doubt I will ever be back.

This place is truly an oasis in the hustle bustle of the Hard Rock Hollywood Casino. I have had professional massages in the past, but this was the first time I had been to an actual spa.
My boyfriend and I went here on a weekday, and were lucky enough to have what seemed like the whole spa to ourselves.
All of the attendants were very friendly, as they give you a tour of the locker room and the spa area. There is infused water, tea, coffee, fruit, nuts, etc. available in the sitting area. It is nice that you have access to the steam room and sauna before and after your services. The overall vibe of this room is truly peaceful, with dim lights and a cool ceiling, really taking you away from it all. I am not sure how peaceful it would have been had all of the tubs been full of people, but literally no one else was there when we were there so who knows?!?
My massage was divine. I felt comfortable and relaxed, and I never wanted it to end.
Once your spa services are done, there was no rush to leave, so I was able to relax in the sauna and steam room, sip some delicious water, and continue my decompression.
The best thing about the overall experience was that we learned that Mon-​Thurs the spa is 20% off with a player’s card! Sweet!
I would recommend making an appointment.

Great experience from beginning to end. My wife and I did the couples aroma therapy massage. Kirsten and Fabian were friendly and professional. One of the best massages we’ve ever had. Steam room and sauna were a nice finish. Locker rooms were spotless and had all of the necessary amenities.

Really friendly front desk receptionists to accommodate your appointments.
Clean, calm, and spacious facility with many treatment rooms and your usual shower, steamroom, and sauna. I found the sauna and steamroom to be on the small side though. I love the scent of menthol in the steamroom.
There were offerings of fruit infused water and fresh apples and oranges and almonds.
The spa attendants were friendly and helpful.
Got a deep tissue massage. The massage was over in no time, but it felt good.
