This review is based on their food truck and I’m going to keep it brief: NOTMEXICAN, NOTAUTHENTIC! You know those fried fish sticks you buy in the frozen section at publix? That’s exactly what the fish taco was. Absolutely no flavor. $ 4 per taco. Do not waste your money or traumatize your palette.

Stopped here for a bite after leaving the III Points festival. the exit for the festival was right where all of the Second Saturdays food trucks were parked, so we had our pick of tasty food truck treats! We lucked out by stopping at this truck! We opted to share a fish burrito, medium spice. It was prepared fairly quickly given the crowds. When it arrived, it was HUGE and contained quite a lot of lightly fried fish, fresh napa cabbage and avocado wrapped in a flour tortilla. The owner /manager type guy taking orders had asked if we wanted it cut in two, and when the line cook gave it to us in one long cylindrical tube, owner /manager guy took it back, cut it himself and returned it to us in two separate paper containers! Nice touch! He also proferred additional hot sauce, other than the three varieties on offer at the counter. So, burrito in hand, we slunk off to consume it and were NOT disappointed! The fish was hot and crispy and was a perfect counterpoint to the fresh, cold cabbage and soft avocado. The spice was great and the additional hot sauces added both heat and flavor. I would definitely hit this truck up again next time I see it!

Horrible plain and simple. Rude people food is worse. Not fresh at all. If I could choose 0 stars I would.

¡Muy delicioso! I came across this food truck at the Wheelin’ Dealin’ Street Food Festival at the Magic City Casino. They have a good selection of food on their menu… Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas and more. Their tacos are $ 4 each… The Carne Asada taco was my favorite. The soft taco tortilla texture was perfect. The meat was very well seasoned. It also had guacamole that was very fresh. The other taco was Al Pastor with pork and pineapple pieces. It was good too. I’ll update my review as I try other items on their menu.

REALLY fresh and great flavour. I asked what their best selling item was, and was directed to the shrimp tacos with cilantro lime sauce. YUM! I was impressed by the corn tortillas – so fresh. The sauce was nice and light. At $ 4 each, these are a bargain. The salsa verde was good but not necessary. Still glad I got it! My only regret is that I didn’t get more.

Taco Fresh. Yes. I am a fan indeed. Stopped here for the truck rally at Arts Park in Young Circle. We ordered to a super carne asada taco. For $ 5, it’s the perfect right price to share with someone for tasting so your are able to check out other trucks around. The taste is definitely on point as I almost forgot to share with Acelyn B. Pretty sure we were on a 70 – 30 split in my favor. Sorry. Not sorry. If this is the only truck serving, it definitely has my visit for a full meal. Gahhhh. I’m drooling.

Mark A. & I shared a super carne asada taco. Served hot, cheesy bottom along the tortilla, meaty, and topped with pico and guac. We only shared one because we had already shared a sandwich from a neighboring vendor at a food truck rally, but I recommend ordering at least 2 as your entrée. The chef/owner was really friendly too. As we were waiting to order, he greeted us and let us know that the girl taking orders would be right with us. I liked that he took the quick amount of time out of cooking to make sure his customers were not being ignored.

The Killer burrito is the best burrito I have ever eaten! And I have eaten a LOT of burritos. I stalk their facebook page to see when TF is in my area. When food truck invasion comes to PSL I only go if TF will be there!

When the food trucks arrived at Magic City Casino on Saturday, I knew I had to try something. After browsing each trucks’ menu, I figured what could go wrong with a classic steak quesadilla from Taco Fresh? The soft tortilla was burned. The cheese seemed to be tasty, but the burned flavor dominated the quesadilla. The steak was in small pieces, with no discernible taste. I don’t know if it’s because the steak itself lacked flavor or because the burned tortilla overwhelmed it. I was given the option of adding guacamole at no additional cost. So of course I said yes. It was served in a small cup in the center of the platter to dip the quesadilla in. Unfortunately the guacamole was cold, which didn’t go well with the hot quesadilla. I believe lime juice is used in most guacamole recipes, but this particular recipe had a lot of it. It was like dipping a charred quesadilla with meat bits into a cold, lime paste. And not to be overly picky since it is a food truck and not a fine dining restaurant, but the can of soda they gave me was clearly dirty on top. They didn’t give me a cup or a straw; so they expected me to put my mouth right on the dirty top to drink the soda.

The Taco Fresh truck arrived in Boca Raton at our business office. I tried the burrito bowl, without guacamole, it was fresh, delicious. The chicken was NOT overly seasoned, it was moist and tender. The tomato, onion, and fresh cilantro all had distinct flavors. As far as food trucks go this one is tops. If you see this truck try out their foods, excellent selections.

My friend and I had the Carne Asada Tacos which were very good. The meat was well seasoned & reasonably tender. The corn tortilla made the taco. The guacamole that topped the meat was fresh. We had ours with extra cilantro. The hot sauces were awesomely hot. I recommend this truck –solid food & good service.

This truck has been making its rounds in North palm beach as of late so PBC be on the look out. I can say this. They try. They really do. But trying doesn’t justify an A-OK rating. Because honestly I’ve experienced much better in the way of tacos. Now remember: If you like your tacos heavy on cheese an extra heavy on meat then this is your place. Stop Reading. Please add 1.5 stars to the review. and order a taco! If you like your tacos like you like your(insert noun) balanced, fresh and colorful(thanks to the veggies) then read on. It’s greasy, meaty and cheesy. They skimped on the guacamole. little to no lettuce or tomato. They must hate onions because I had roughly 3 diced ones in my taco. It’s not great. Its not worth what they charge. If you are in a toss up between this place and the other odds and you’ve eaten tacos in more than 3 places in your life… then go with the other place. Trust me you’ve eaten better tacos than this.

Not bad! I usually shy away from flour tortillas with my tacos(I prefer corn), but this one was nice and warm with a perfect amount of crispiness to it. There are some really good, creative combinations of toppings here… however, the meat simply needs some more flavor. I could taste toppings and lots of cheese, but the pork was totally lost in there somewhere. Would definitely give them another chance and order something different next time.

This taco truck is just okay, not great by any means, but edible. The carne asada was pretty tasty, but the al pastor wasn’t very fresh at all. I’ve definitely had some better tacos from various trucks and shady establishments. I would probably not go out of my way to find this truck again.

I saw the bright green truck at the Hollywood Hard Rock and the Mexican flag an thought«this place looks legit for a food truck.» I was sadly mistaken, Taco Fresh is a sham. I ordered the fish tacos and was given a frozen Mrs. Paul’s like fillet in a taco. There was no bringing that bad boy to life with all ant lime and hot sauce in the front of that truck. I had ordered a Pirata too and it was just so so. It made me sad that once again I had suffered from mediocre Mexican food. I saw this truck again in Wynwood and couldn’t even look at it. Another sad, sad day to be a hungry Mexican.

I give it 5 stars as the highest rated Food truck yet! So after years of searching High and Low for a Mexican dish called«GRINGAS» I finally found it!!! These people have no idea how much I love them. Besides them offering the most amazing Gringas I have yet to find in South Florida, their Fish Tacos are to DIE for… I cannot rave more about this food truck, my only complaint is that I don’t run into it enough, When I Do I stand in line for 30 – 45 minutes just to have my favorite food from a taco truck! Hope you try it and fall in love the same way I did! They take Credit Cards and Offer Mexican Coca-Cola! What else can you ask for!

Nice truck outside of Laser Wolf. Large menus for the sober and drunk to read, and they accept credit cards too! Mostly serve tacos or burritos with carnitas, al pastor, carne asada, chicken, or vegetarian option. They also have nachos that they serve with cheese sauce, sour cream, guacamole, and optional meat toppings. They have homemade hot sauce, salsa rojo AND salsa verde — win! They have soft drinks in addition to horchata listed on the menu(but out when I ordered): and Jarritos soda which were sold out pretty quick.
