I came in the other night and ordered a blended(slushy) bubble tea. The girl taking my order said they don’t make blended drinks. She proceeds to argue with me saying its impossible that I’ve ever had one at this location, strange because I have several times. Ok, so this is their logic: they can blend milk and make the flavored bubble tea, then add ice to the drink but they can’t blend it together to satisfy a customer. Terrible customer service. With so much competition in the area there is so need to return

The first time I visited here for coffee I fell in love. It’s a modern, cute little coffee spot with every treat you’ll ever need. I’m a huge fan of their pastries and lattes. Haven’t tried the cold drinks so really can’t comment. Space, ambiance, customer service and patrons are all very nice! I love this place.

Purchased a Walnut Pound Cake today($ 18). When I got home, I realized that the date posted on the cake read«4/10″ – today is 4⁄26. 4⁄10 must not be the expiration date but as the date that it was made, it is still well over 2 weeks.

Attitude and service is outrageous. The young kids there do not know any customer service even after purchasing over $ 100 of pastries for a simple request. GL with future business!

2 things I regularly come here for: 1. Regular Iced Coffee(premade with cream and sugar) — reminds me of coffee milk I used to drink on the regular during my annual visits to Korea as a child. 2. Blueberry Green Tea Cake — light and not overly sweet. My go to cake to bring to any special occasion or gathering. In general, my favorite Korean bakery shop! All their pastries and cakes are delicious(key faves being the glutinous pastry, almond pastry, and strawberry soft bread) so you won’t go wrong with any choices.

Excellent milk bread. Great for french toast. When it comes to a Parisian quality, asian inspired patisserie, Sook in Ridgewood( ) is hard to beat — so my standards for North Jersey are high. Probably the best in Ft. Lee. This franchise location is cute and their baked goods are decent quality — but not 5 star. Has a supermarket bakery feel to it. Convenient for a quick post dinner dessert and coffee while in town, although seating and parking is limited. I prefer the Turkish bakeries in neighboring Cliffside Pk.(e.g. ).

My favorite bakery – love their fresh breads and the pastry is to die for. My favorites are the croissants and the«cronuts» are excellent. Better than the originals in my opinion. I also love the iced coffee – milky and sweet and super addictive! This location is small with a couple tables for two. I usually stop here in the mornings on the way to work and the line moves quickly.

The way the young man behind the counter was dropping f bombs talking about story while I was sitting there with my child was inexcusable. I was so disappointed. How an employees just tarnished such a great bakery!!! Such a shame. Talking about, how he would have knocked out a nigga and he thinks he can outrun a cop. I was surprised none of his co workers didn’t dissuade him from continuing his ranting. Usually this place is a 4 star for me. There were families in here. This was Super Bowl Sunday.

I have been a regular at this branch of Paris Baguette for years. The baked goods have always been good, but recently I had an experience that ruined it all for me. This past Saturday, I placed an order for a small sponge cake with a birthday message to be picked up on Tuesday February 2nd. I paid, took my receipt and came back on Tuesday evening at the designated time of pick up. I handed my receipt over as instructed. A few minutes passed by but no cake. I already started feeling like something was wrong. The cashier politely apologized for the wait and offered me a free cup of coffee. I appreciated the gesture but this only made me more nervous. Why was I being offered free coffee? Would I be waiting long? Eventually, a young staff member dressed differently from the usual cashiers came to the counter. She apologized saying that someone either lost my order ticket or the«cake lady» didn’t see the order. The entire time the staff was very polite, but so was I. I ordered a cake well in advance and somewhere along the line, my cake order was lost… at a bakery… where their main business is to sell baked goods and CAKES. I was so annoyed but kept calm. The girl(who I assume is an assistant manager?) refunded me the original cake purchase of $ 25 but I still needed a cake, so I asked for one in the display. I was still charged FULLPRICE for the display cake. I paid $ 35 for the new cake. I basically got a cake made in the morning with a side of inconvenience for ten more dollars. Again, I don’t fault the cashiers who were working that day, but there has to be a better system. How is it that an establishment capitalizing off of cake sales could have such a simple order system that one receipt being misplaced could ruin a customer’s plans and experience? On the other hand, I don’t know if it feels any better to think that the«cake lady» overlooked the order. At the end of the day, I have been a loyal customer for 4+ years but found that my loyalty and patronage was worth a $ 2 coffee and a missing sponge cake. I don’t think I’ll come here again.

This place is super cute! I came across paris baguette while living in Ridgefield. I am a huge fan of French inspired Asian bakeries. I believe they are Korean owned if I am not mistaken, if I am please feel free to correct me. Hands down the best iced coffee I’ve ever had. I always get it with milk and sugar which they prepare daily and set it to chill. It’s the perfect ratio of milk and sugar. They also have a plain iced or hot black brew as well. Huge selection of interesting pastries. My favorites are anything with almonds or green tea, oh and the franks rolled up in a puff pastry with cheese noooommss. They also have fresh little sandwiches and beautiful cakes! A must for any special occasion. Staff is always super nice, great customer service. And their uniforms are adorable. Street parking and shared parking lot. Reasonably priced(coffee definitely cheaper than starbucks!)

I finally came here last weekend and was blown away! Small little storefront located rite on Lemoine Ave in Fort Lee walk rite in grab a tray and get ready for an amazing experience. I literally was in aw of everything they make here cakes, pastries, even macarons! I tried to buy a little bit of everything they had to offer and everything I tried was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The cronuts they have here will blow your mind, I bought the blueberry and the lemon and both were absolute perfection, flaky goodness! The little crème brule donuts they have are also delicious along with pretty much everything they have in this store. The cakes that they make look like a work of art and from what I gather you have to order a few days in advance. Before you leave with all of your goodies make sure you grab a container of the cookies they sell delightful bites because they are not lying when they say they are delightful but they should also add addictive to the description because they didn’t last an hour. I can’t wait to come back for some more delicious treats and I suggest if you have the opportunity to come to Paris Baguette that you don’t hesitate.

Yummy sweet cakes and different types of pastry, and always fresh. Best time to come in early morning, because this place gets packed and finally they put more tables out because everyone wants to have breakfast inside. I love the cakes they make, they are low on sugar and delicious. If you need cake for any occasion order it from them, because from now on i only order f

I come here regularly and overall, I had very positive experiences. Their staff is always changing but haven’t had any bad experiences with them. Their baked goods and drinks are consistent. My favorite are the pastries with sausage in it. Their pork sausages taste great. Only thing I wouldn’t get again are the bubbles in the bubble teas because they were hard and seemed almost frozen. They also do not have any decaf coffees. It is a small café and seats are very limited.

OH– EM– GEE !!! What a gem. I am a bakery freak and snob at the same time. As a traveling sales manager I always make it a point to scope out bakeries, especially if they’re french. I cant believe I’ve been living 15 min away for 2 years and never came by this gem. Everything is so high quality in terms of taste and packaging. I tried many things, all of which were just amazing. It seems like a place where anything you get will be good so don’t be afraid to go with your gut. Just to mention a few, i had the almond raspberry croissant, peanut butter bread, croissant-doughnut, lemon cake, cream puff and all of it was just perfect and fresh. I also lived the coffee and the cute to-go cups they provide. I also loved that they list the calories and ingredients on each tray if goodies. It was refreshing seeing ingredients that did not list an excess of sweeteners and preservatives. I just can wait to go back!

If the review was purely on the quality of the baked goods sold here, I would give 5 stars. The treats are consistently delicious and very well made and packaged. The cashiers who work here seem like they may be in high school and are working here as part-time employees. They’re neither friendly nor rude, they just do their job in cashing you out. The overall store is a bit on the smaller side, but there is a decent selection of goods. Cakes look super delicious and I’ve tried some of them(purchased by my family) and they are just the right amount of sweetness. Their croissants are perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Their other pastries are good as well. Macaroons were yummy also. Reasonably priced but be careful– picking and choosing several of the pastries will add up quickly! There’s off-street as well as on-street parking(metered), so you can always find a spot to run in and grab a few items. Coffee(both hot and iced) are really good, too.

Paris Baguette is one of my favorite chain bakery stores. The desserts and drinks are consistently delicious, creative, and made with quality ingredients. The price points are a bit higher than your average bakery/café but well worth it. The detail placed into every dessert and freshness is outstanding. I’ve yet to try something I didn’t like. I got the strawberry fresh cream slice($ 5.50) at this location and it was one of the best cake slices I’ve had. The strawberries were the best quality and incredibly fresh. The cream was freshly whipped, light, not too dense, and not to sugary which I really like. The cake was moist like a sponge cake, airy and again not dense. Delicious! I will definitely need to order a full sized cake from here in the future. The cakes are very well priced for the quality, taste, and size. Avg about $ 28 – 35 depending on what type of cake you get. The hot matcha green tea latte I got was very good as well. A tad bit too sweet but overall very good. The only problem with this location is the size. The shop is located in a tiny corner on the side of the building — extremely small with hardly any room to sit. I’ve been to other branches in the city and central jersey where the store is much larger with plenty of seating space. Overall though excellent bakery.
