Great Tiramisu, love their sweet potato muffin, like their red been baked goods. Prices had snuck up higher and higher over years though… Would not recommend their meal or lunch boxes… but breads and cakes are good.

Since when my favorite bakery became such a rip off place? I cannot hide huge frustration how they have became now after years while I couldn’t make my visit. One day, I was craving for mentaiko onigiri. As I was very disappointed on Onigiri that sell from Taisho @ St. Mark the other day, I made all my way to this location as I remember they used to sell decent quality of onigiri. I meant, they used to– not anymore– onigiri was full of disappintment. They put 1 mm of mentaiko in the origini which makes you barely taste mentaiko. And it is selling for $ 2.75. Where is place around NYC that sells real mentaiko onigiri… I think I will start a journey to find it out. Anyway– Parisienne, it was shame on you that you are chasing for money like that. because you just lost one customer.

I agree, the name is misleading. But their pastries aren’t as outrageously priced as other asian bakeries. Their chestnut/raison bread is so good — I always get more than one.

Okay selection of food to eat during lunch hours. The miso soup they provide is cold and not that good. The lunch boxes seems a bit pricey though, but there are limited options for a quick lunch, therefore I frequent this location.

I recently ordered 8 mini cream puffs. And let me say they were all amazing. I come here every so often and everything is just great and very tasty. Recently started serving ice cream. So delicious and customer service is very great.

Has amazing lunch boxes. Asked the manager and apparently they are all made fresh daily! They are filling, delicious, and to die for!(Japanese– inspired lunch boxes) what I’ve noticed is that everything with the girl sticker is so yummy! Recommend getting something with that sticker if you go next time!

Big disappointment. Parisienne bakery should be called«café lavette». I tried the pudding a la mode which was so-so with a chai latte. But the true measure of this review was the pork bun. Putrid, nasty, vile… Oh wait… those are not words a restaurant wants to hear about. It tasted like lavette: a dirty towel that had washed the nether regions of a horse in heat on a sticky summer afternoon. Never in my life… no yum this time. YUCK!

Get their chocolate mochi donut ring(half covered in chocolate). If you’re not eating this here, you’re doing something wrong! :)

Good products. Cozy café. A Japanese lady staff is very nice. A lady in blue jacket with long hair n spec is not friendly but arrogant. If she takes us as customers n not her students, I would give 4 stars. Smile pls. Or at least b polite.

Today was my first time actually going to this place. Other times, my mom has brought back their pastries for me to take for lunch to work. I’ve tried their red bean pan(あんぱん), cream pan(クリームパン), and their cat shaped one which is filled with strawberry jam. I’m a stickler for good dough and I think this place does it good job. This afternoon, I went for some cake and coffee. I ordered the green tea cake and my mom got the Mont Blanc. They brew Seattle’s Best coffee which I’ve had it before and it’s nothing special but it’s good coffee. The cakes were yummy! Perhaps both cakes could have been tad more moist but other than that I give it two thumbs up. One downside is that they were served on throw away plates and plastic forks. I know it’s easy clean up but I think plates and nice silverware always adds a nice touch. Overall: 3.5 stars, but I’ll bump it up to 4.

Have been to Parisienne Bakery both in NYC& Fort Lee. I can say that their product is good but their customer service in Fort Lee, NJ is far below par. The employees in Fort Lee are prejudice. I had gone in for an array of desserts for a dinner party and selected some delicately decorated assortment. The teenager behind the counter started tossing them in a bag instead of boxing them. I told her to box them as there were 10 pieces drizzled with chocolate and now they were smeared. I told her I’ll be picking new ones and of course she gave me an atttitude. She handled them as if I was ordering munchkins for a child and she kept murmuring something to her coworkers. Very unprofessional_not worth the aggravation and disrespect.

Oooh that chocolate cake. It had chocolate shavings on the end and ganache icing dusted with cocoa powder. You can buy individual slices and have them neatly boxed in cute little too go containers built for two slices. Perfect little sweet treat to share with your own sweetie.

I like this place. Great food and a nice place to go along with. It has always been clean every time we stop in and the baked goods have been fresh and tasty. Get the green tea ice cream, it’s refreshing and fluffy. Some items haven’t been my cup of tea, but the items that I do like are good.

I love this place. Their rolls are to die for. Crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside. You don’t need to add butter to them or anything, they’re that good. And don’t get me started on their croissants.

I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl, a good 20 yrs now. French inspired Japanese bakery(most japanese bakeries have a lot of french influence). I love their pastries they are so light with just the perfect amount of sweetness… it is not overwhelming. They also sell little sandwiches, perfect for snacking or a small lunch. My favorite is the ham sandwiches that have the dollops of egg salad in the middle so yummy. They make everything fresh in the store, their fresh sliced bread is so delicious. It is the kind of bread you would totally use for french toast but makes for great sandwiches as well. Coffee and a variety of teas are sold too. Oh! they have cakes too, cute little cakes… some with fresh fruit on top.

The only thing worth going to this bakery was for beard papa which seemed barely open and now that its no longer existing I’m surprised they still have customers. They never seem to have enough of anything and their coffee tastes burnt and old. If you go in the afternoon in hopes of grabbing a sandwich or triangle kim bop its most likely gone because they never have enough. I would take the extra drive or walk down the street to either paris baguette to get a quick bite because its really a waste of your time.

Fancy looking Asian Bakery with an identity crisis. First, they are called Parisienne Bakery but NOTHING in there was Parisienne not French but more Asian French Fusion but to a lesser extent Second, they have labels in English and Japanese and I swear this place is CLEARLY Korean owned an operated. Must be to ‘trick’ customers into thinking its high quality or something but you know Japanese goods are no longer that ‘coveted’ like they were used to… due to the possible health effects from the Japanese radiation as well as competitors from all over the globe. Third, their baked items didn’t look too fresh and looked like its been sitting out there for some time without being replaced. They even had Onigiris or Japanese Rice Ball wrapped with Seaweed Paper or Nori out on sale for a $ 1 and not refrigerated and some of these items contained fish which is not a good idea to keep at room temperature. The only good thing about this place is that the younger staff speaks fluent English(the older looking manager/owner ajusshi looked pissed off behind the counter during my entire stay) they have $ 1 any bread items(except cakes) and other items on sale after a certain time I believe(I came here at 7pm). Pastries taste same or similar to other Korean bakery chains like Tous Les Jours and Paris Baguette. Place was EMPTY on a Friday night and I couldn’t order an Americano at 7pm since the machine was shut down and they close at 8. Despite spacious looking café, no electric outlets to be found and if found, it was blocked or taken out to avoid customers from plugging in to charge their phones or laptops despite NOTEVENHAVINGANYWIFI access. Definitely NOT my kind of place CREDITCARDMINIMUM $ 10

Not bad… There’s nothing really special about this place. The bing-soo is pretty good and they have a decent selection of breads and drinks and there is plenty of seating.

Parisienne, not sure about the French name, because its an Asian bakery, is a nice spot to grab a cup of coffee and/or some dessert. They have Asian pastry, bread Beard Papa crème puffs and some grab and go foods. I really like their coffee also. I do not eat a lot of sweets, but what I have had from here has always been very good. Another plus is the friendly older woman(owner?) that is behind the counter. She is always so nice and friendly. The bakery has tables for eating in. The only negative is the parking. Street parking only.
