Walking into a Sprint store for the first time on Black Friday can be a bit scary for a verizon customer since 2002, but i was very comfortable at this location and enjoyed my visit here. Immediately i liked how there was a seat at the counter in front of the service person who was going to help me, since 2002 Verizon has never done this and usually when youre in a phone store. it can be for awhile. I also liked that there were multiple people in the store ready to assist me, once again when attending the verizon stores theres always some wacky sign in tv and nowhere to sit, which already fustrates me. something that also caught my attention was right away at the counter, there were flyers comparing plans with verizon vs sprint. this allowed me to see what i was paying and getting at verizon, versus what i could get at sprint for almost half the price. it deff made things easier, so that i can visually see the comparison myself. As for my stay here, it went well. I walked in with a broken Iphone 5c, but Charles J. helped me step by step by retrieving all of my contacts. He carried a laptop and an empty old iphone in order to transfer my old contacts from one iphone to my new android. I highly doubt anyone else would have spent about an hour trying different methods in order to get it to work. he was also very honest about the phones, for example the galaxy 5 versus the galaxy 6 and what i could get out of each product. he was helpful with all of my annoying questions and tried to work out a data plan that met with my needs and finanicial situation. As a new sprint customer, i hope to continue to get this type of customer service along the next few years. Also, within a few days the manager contacted me to see if there was anything else that i needed or if i could tell her what else could be improved. although i was honest with the servey i answered online, as of now im not sure what could be improved — i had just gotten my phone a week ago but so far things seem to be good.

We choose to take a chance and go to Sprint rather than the Apple Store to purchase a new iPhone partly because the store was right across the street from our apartment. I’ve been with Sprint for 10 yrs, call me loyal if nothing else. The service we received was excellent from all three Store members(we were the only customers) there but so what, especially our salesperson Eric The challenge has always been the same and that is that the store cannot make changes to your plan for you. That’s probably reasonable since it would slow down the store experience too much. The other detraction is that Sprint couldn’t sync the new and old iPhone but the Apple Store was no easy fix either since my wife went from a 4s to a 6+ they had a difficult time getting it done and were not able to complete the task in the time we were there. I would definitely recommend stopping in this Sprint store and seeing what they have to offer, the plans are very competitive, and the staff is upbeat and knowledgeable.
