They have a drive thru!!! Super friendly staff who always get my drink right. I like 4 shots of espresso with one cup skim milk and no flavored syrup. Love this Starbucks!

Can’t say this place has ever really let me down. I go for the Chai Tea Lattes and they are always per my request; when you ask for Hot, that’s what you get, not luke warm like some places or watered down chai. Keep up the good work and you will keep me as a loyal customer. P. S.THEYHAVE A DRIVE-THRU!

5 stars because they have a drive thru – which is not common here in Bergen County, New Jersey. :) Yey!

Just left this Starbucks and I wasn’t impressed with the service. When I walked in the employees were talking to each other so it took a minute for the girl on the register to yell MOVE to the other employee before I placed my order. I order a egg and cheddar with a tall white mocha with whipped cream. The egg and cheddar was good so no complaints but I get my drink and realize there’s no whipped cream that was a bummer. Since its right before the bridge there is no turning back. Aside from the fact that everyone kept conversating and no one said thank you or anything. I felt like I was a bother being there to get a drink. Employees need training in customer service and manners. Don’t mess up someone’s morning with your personal conversations and rude behavior!

I used to just love this Starbucks because they were so quick. I mean the drive-through used to be so quick that I wouldn’t have enough time to pull out my wallet. But in the last two weeks something has changed. NowI’m on line for a minimum of 10 minutes. Very frustrating!

If I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t. They got both orders wrong. Talk hot, soy, Vanilla Macchiato with 4 pumps of vanilla syrup. — they gave me — a caramel macchiato with 4 pumps of vanilla syrup. Tall hot soy PSL an extra shot and no whip cream. — no extra shot, and whip cream was added. They told me to park and someone will bring out the macchiatos, I’ve been sitting here for about 5 – 10 minutes already waiting. This Starbucks kinda sucks. Happy Unilocaling, Unilocalers!

Came here yesterday before heading into the NYC. It’s just before the GW Bridge on Route 4. And they have a drive-thru. Very clean with ultra friendly Baristas. Starbucks was running a great special — buy a drink tumbler and they’ll fill it with whatever drink you want for free. So, I selected a $ 20 tumbler marked down 55%($ 9) and had it filled with my favorite cold drink, a Caffe Espresso Frapp. Excellent deal! I left there a very happy fellow :-)

Wow I was really surprised to see that bad review. I go to this one a few times a month and the staff is always really friendly and even jokes around. Always have me smiling. They are fast their too and the thing I love about this one is that they make the drinks better than the Linwood ave and Lemmon Starbucks. I’m a hug Starbucks drinker and notice the different in my drinks. Also this one has a drive through and a Bank of America so it’s convenient for people like me that have BOA. FYI: drive thru gets really busy at times to it’s better to go in. Small parking lot tho :/all else is great! Oh and it’s always so clean and nice inside along with the bathrooms. 1 of the few public places I don’t mind having to pee at.

I despise this Starbucks. I get that the ubiquitous barista job is a rung up from a McDonald’s burger flipper, but, please, the horde of brain dead twenty-somethings that are turned loose on the commuter crowd at THIS Starbucks should not be allowed to sell newspapers at the Bronx off-ramps of the Cross Bronx Expressway, much less my coffee. I saw another google user comment on this group that they never add sugar. They don’t. No matter how clear or specific the instruction. And, shit, its adding sugar to coffee. If Starbucks corporate is listening, please close this location. And then level the building. I’m actually angry at the brand on account of the service here. To the meatheads that work here, you suck. I have thrown coffees you’ve made out because of how far off the mark you were. Which would generally be funny, until you realize that this is the result of the effort you put into what you do to earn your money. Somehow I think you’re going to suck as much ass at your«real» job, you know, the one you think you’ll have one day, after you’ve mediocre’d your way through college. The one you’ll grind yourself into the ground with while carrying all that school debt. Great job, you can’t make a cup of coffee… working at a coffee place.
