Very disrespectful employee. We were try to buy 3 coffee and it cost $ 15. We gave $ 100 they said we can’t accept $ 100. And she looked maybe 10 mins and said nothing :(Really Starbucks Really you can’t accept $ 100

The newly renovated interior is more practical. The service is very good. The baristas are competent and friendly. It’s a good location to get your coffee fix and snacks.

Great place, great service… especially Jena, who was extra attentive and helpful in making my Venti Latte Macchiato the way I like it. Kudos to Starbucks for hiring such a team player.

Slowest Starbucks on the planet. This time around, the girl taking orders was so distracted by her own reflection that she forgot to write my order on the cup. I wish I was joking. Go over to the Starbucks in the Acme Supermarket, that’s where the good employees are. If Howard Schultz wants to see the examples where his service model fails, he need only visit Linwood.

I understand that mornings are busy but they made my drink wrong twice in a roll and I was missing my cake, and when I aked one of the cashiers, she said that my order didn’t go through and I had to order and pay again even though that I showed my receipt that it was paid! Service is definitely going down. :-(

Is it just me or has the service at Starbucks been going down the drain. The cashiers are incompetent and slow. And what gets me is that there is only one barista making drinks here when there are lines of people waiting for their orders. Starbucks in Linwood Plaza you better get your act together!

My coffee tasted normal but the barista was making a joke of my husbands custom order of coffee; not realizing I was waiting for it. Cashier looked miserable and POTTYS were absolutely disgusting piss and paper everywhere. No toilet tissue and overly packed lounge area.

Drink completion is fast as long as it is not during lunch hour. However, the service was sub par, the last time I went. I ordered my Chai Tea Latte wrong and the cashier scoffed and laughed at me with an attitude. I did not understand why she could not have educated me courteously… Furthermore, my co-worker ordered an iced Americano. After he got his drink, he wanted to add some water. The Barista was rude when he asked her to add some water and she said«I will do it this time, but next time you need to order water as this is an Americano». She acted as if he asked for a free drink or a limb… when she added the water, she almost tossed his drink on the counter. It was obvious she was not happy. I will not be coming back here again and neither will my coworkers…

Expect a ridiculously long line at lunch time, but please don’t make the mistake of thinking the long line means that people are happily waiting on line. I force myself into this Starbucks when I’m running errands at Linwood Plaza. Each time I go, I feel that the team working there is extremely tired and not into their job(very different from the other Starbucks in the Bergen County where they are quite chipper and conversational). Also, overall, the drinks are not up to par. Again, I only come here when I’m in desperate need for coffee… definitely not my usual happy trek into Starbucks… PS: I most often find my very common name to be completely butchered when I go to pick up my cup at the counter. No bueno.

Nice space — relatively spacious seating area compared to other stored. The art on the walls in nice and inviting. It made me feel like I was in a farm and stood out for me. Line wasn’t long on a Saturday. I got my espresso shot for the day and got my order right. Conveniently located next to Chipotle

Slow service and it’s tiny. Seriously ppl, please don’t camp out at this one for so damn long– it’s not really cut out to be one of the usual starbucks that can be used for work and play. There’s one long bench area for laptop users and I always see an disgusting number of people passing out there or watching movies(probably for the whole day). There’s only one tiny table that has the comfy sofa seats. So as a meeting point, opt for the whiteman square one(also in fort lee) — that ones gets really packed but the seating arrangement is better.

Everytime I stop here, it takes over 10 minutes to get an iced coffee. Out of five workers: one takes orders, one makes drinks, and three stand around looking cool. I understand that Starbuck’s is going for a ‘real chill vibe’ but some of us need to be places and can’t spend all day at a coffee shop. Seriously, never less than 10 minutes for an iced coffee.

Eh… decently clean, staff seems mostly friendly except for that one short woman with glasses at the cashier who rarely or never greets customers and just stares at you blankly until you order your drink. One of the employees misheard my order once, which was a bit of pain to fix but it worked in the end. Their drinks taste just as same as other Starbucks I’ve venture into, so I’d say their drinks are worth taking. Very limited seating, but the interior is small so I guess there’s only so much they can accommodate. In some afternoons(even on weekdays) this place is jam packed — one time I recall seeing at least 60 customers! If you are planning to stay here to work for a while, try arriving earlier in the morning, otherwise you’ll have to wait for a long time or have trouble finding any seating(even more difficult if you are trying to sit next to power outlets).

Lame service on a Sat afternoon. Staff is much more focused on chatting among themselves or certain regulars than taking orders or serving up drinks. Don’t come if you don’t have all the time in the world to watch them entertain themselves. Five employees. And only one working the counter. Only redeeming fact is location — you can buy great pastries at the H Mart next door

While my chai was better after I explained my yucky drink this is how they gave me my sleeve… Smh… unbelievable… Then yesterday they gave my 10 year old a hot cup with no sleeve … Awful that the manager hasn’t even messages an apology… This is why I go to the one by the double tree now… better service and it’s a drive thru!

This Starbucks is good. Staff is friendly and drinks I have ordered always made right. I’m a big coffee/Starbucks fan so it’s important to me the drinks are made right. This place gets pretty packed tho. Nice inside and great location with big parking lot.

ONEOF the WORST starbucks ever… and I’ve been to some pretty bad ones. My order was pretty standard… soy misto… half coffee/half steamed soy… so why was I waiting 15 min+ for my coffee? 15 min is a long time to be waiting for a cup of coffee at a starbucks. There were 5 employees, one of which who was a manager and 1PERSON making all the drinks…1 person! The manager was wiping down counters, another person was organizing teas, another was just standing at the register with no customers. I finally said something and pointed out the fact that there was only 1 person making everyone’s drink in starbucks. They then realized that mine was not in their que and instead of moving mine up to the front… as I had been there longer than anyone else at that point… they just added to the end of the que. TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!

Typical Starbucks location, but wish they would upgrade their system so they print the labels for drinks like other Starbucks do. During the Frappucino Happy Hour, it was chaotic. I waited 10 minutes for my drink because they weren’t making it… even when I asked them about it the first time, they told me it’s in the line… and it wasn’t.

I am a firm believer that people should not interact with one another until they had their morning coffee. YESYESYES! This is my morning stop on the way to work and consistently the line is long exactly at 8AM. It goes out the door most of the times and cranky patrons and cashiers & baristas working in harmony to create this awesome flavor episode of «FIXMEUP!». Today was not a best day for me. normally I get a very good service even though it is packed. While I reached to get some cash out of my wallet, the cashier lost her patience and started yelling out the exact amount«$ 2.75PLEASE!». I was like«I’m working on it!». Hence my point about everyone having their coffee. yes everyone including the cashier. Anyways, very convenient location but nothing to brag about really.
