Delicious empanadas and they’re only a dollar each! Very friendly staff of latina women. They work fast and you can order a larger amount of food to be catered as well! Great town food staple to have in Leonia!

My mom lives in Leonia and it’s kind of difficult to find a good Latin food around here. This small café serves really authentic food that taste homemade. When I’m sick I always ask my mom to pick me up some of their beef soup. The chicken soup is good too, it will taste like your grandmother made it. It is really yummy made with root veggies, cilantro and don’t forget to squeeze lime and add their hot sauce. I’ve also had other dishes from there. The food is pretty standard, nothing spectacular but definitely Latino comfort food! Really good white rice and sweet plantains.

Think of this more as a home cooking restaurant rather than as a «Columbian Food» restaurant and you will understand its charms and its offerings. I don’t even look at the menu, I call, ask what’s for dinner tonight and order 2 of the 4 daily specials. The food is great and wholesome, the price is incredible, the portions are generous and the staff are sweet people. I buy two entrees and a side order of Tostones or Maduros to feed 4 people and it costs $ 20 and feels like 7 pounds of food in the bag when I walk out the door. Can’t beat it.

Ah, it’s like going to grandma’s house; there are three little old ladies that run the place. The food is good and the prices are reasonable!

The food at this place is amazing. I pre-order the«mojarra asada» served with coconut rice, soooo delicious. Anytime around Leonia this is the place to go. My boyfriend and I come here all the time to enjoy their colombian food :)

Overpriced and not the best Colombian food I’ve had. I’m not sure if the people reviewing have actually had any Colombian food before going here. The people that work there are very nice but it just doesn’t make up for the price. The steak is too tough and the food is more greasy then it needs to be. It’s good for the area since there’s nothing to compare it to but I’m not sure I would return here.

Food 3.5 Service N/A but friendly staff Ambiance 3 We ordered the cubano, arepas w/chorizo, and the beef stew. Nothing to write home about. Cubano decent while the chorizo was flavorful. Platter dishes are $ 8.50 to 10 while a cubano sandwich is $ 6. Very tiny space, thus makes it better for takeout.

I sometimes forget this place is in the town, its very quaint and offers very good Coast Colombian food as well as other staple Latin America dishes. Prices are great and you feel like you are eating at someone house(good home cooking). My sister in law had one of her parties catered from there as well. Prices are great as well as the portion, you will not be disappointed.
