I come here regularly since it opened. It has taken a nosedive since it opened. It is dirty! With flys and garbage everywhere. It’s not uncommon for the trash to be overflowing. They get slammed in the morning and afternoon (11 – 1) but the rest of the time it’s dead. What the managers need to do is properly staff this place. 1 person making drinks, 1 person behind the register and 2 chatting is not properly staffed. The rotating cast of characters also make consistency very difficult.

They are located in the Fort Meade PX facilities food court. Starbucks has tables as does the food court (inside and outside, sun screened). Now we get to this Starbucks. The service is slow, very slow. Though they get Pikes Peak coffee right unlike other Starbucks the food is on the downhill side. My hot sandwiches have had cold spots in the center and they often run out of varieties before lunch time is over. I will get black coffee here if in the mood while in the facility but nothing else.

I would NEVER go here! Worst manager ever! They don’t follow the Starbucks way, pastries are dry, drinks made wrong! Rude foreman! I’ll go off post and get my rewards!

–no rest rooms
–knowledgable staff
–great selection of the normal Starbucks drinks and items for sale
–quick turn around time from order to sipping on your caramel ribbon crunch
–free wifi, but slow

Service is incredibly slow. One person works the order station. One works drinks. Another one to two walk around. I come here primarily before work in the mornings & never have they had more than one individual making drinks. Staff are not friendly. My order was wrong & they got testy with me when I asked for a correction. Least favorite Starbucks to date.

New manager is horrible. Unfriendly, and always give me an attitude. I don’t know why I keep shopping here, the lines are always backed up, and it takes forever to get a drink, even with no drive thru. They also don’t take free birthday drinks or rewards members free drinks. Its convenient to shop here, but I hate it.

New manager has turned the store around for the better. The environment is much friendlier than 2 months ago. Drinks are what you’d expect from every other Starbucks. Only issue I have is the parking lot under construction, I would show up more often if parking wasn’t such a headache. Also where is the free WiFi?

1^st There store manager is known for overpricing customers. Watch out for her? Her name is pronounced key-song… 2^nd kid working there gave my drink away even tho he knew I was standing there waiting for mine about 5mins then I had to wait longer cause he didn’t only give my drink away but then made the smallest size when I paid a size larger… I asked kindly to remake.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There were three employees and three customers but it still took me 15 minutes to get to the register. No elaborate orders in front of me either, just simply slow, no sense of time.
