Starbucks

Coffee is great and staff are awesome but I order the same thing every single day… heck I probably got around 600 points on the new app I go there so much. I do have one problem and it’s them listening to what I order.
So I always order just like this. «venti americano with absolutely no room and made with long shots». Pretty easy right? Ha well I think 1% of the time they fill it to the top and the other 99% of the time it’s got so much room in it. Just fill it up to the top especially when I say «ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM PLEASE». Lol.
I did get upset the other day too when I ordered my Americano as usual and pulled up to window to get handed an iced Americano. Then she says «well I thought you wanted iced since it’s hot out». Please don’t think for the customers. I like hot coffee and always will and if someone doesent say «iced» then don’t assume iced. Ask if your uncertain but don’t assume.
Other than that I still continue to get coffee here and now I think they know me so should get better as time goes.

You have to park really close to the building to use their wifi. I would give them 5 stars if they improved range. Usually there is no parking that close to the building. You seriously have to be in the first row to get 2 bars of wifi.
However the wifi is active when they are closed which is nice.

Love, love, love Starbucks locations that have a drive thru. So easy to roll through when on the go! The employees definitely deliver service with a smile! Being a gold card member is an added bonus :)

This a drive thru location, which is really helpful when you don’t want to get out of the car.
It is a large, open space with plenty of seating area.
The staff is cheerful and polite. Our drinks are always on point.
Whenever we are around here, we have stop because we like it here. No comparison to the locations on Arundel Mills, the three of them!!!

Caramel Macchiato (Skinny) was the best thing that ever happened to me until they built a Starbucks right off base with a drive through and did I mention it’s right off base?! God does exist lol

I was so excited to see that Starbucks had opened a drive thru location near my job at Fort Meade. I’ve had awesome service every time and the staff are awesome. Today I came in and was told that one of their one coffee maker was down and that there would be a wait, I say I would wait. The staff was awesome and got my coffee out as fast as they could. Great job gang.

So happy that this Starbucks is up and running. I was pumped when I saw that they were building one in the area. I have never been a huge fan of coffee, but I am strangely a huge fan of Starbucks.
The smell of coffee brewing anywhere else in the world does nothing for me, but the sight of a Starbucks sends me into a frenzy (in a good way), and now I pass one every time I leave my house. Which I have been sure to take advantage of since they opened. Which they did just in time for the fall flavors.
The staff here is very helpful, and patient as I test out new drinks from my Starbucks secret menu app, and are very helpful with making suggestions when I want to try a new item. They are fast and efficient, and so far have done one heck of a job. They seems as if they were more then prepared for the opening of this location.

I was so thrilled when I saw the green balloons and realized they had opened a Starbucks at this location! I immediately felt like I needed to reward myself lol so I went over and jumped in the drive thru. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose a drink I had never tried before. The caramel apple spice was my choice. It was yummy but a little too sweet for me, I discovered the more I drank. However, I found out this morning that they can make my chai tea latte just right :-)

It’s new so its a nice place. Staffs are trained to Starbucks standard. If you are Starbucks fan in the area, you will be happy its now open for business.
