Ledo Pizza

I’ve eaten here a few times over the past few years, it has not gotten any better. I thought the point of thin crust pizza was that it was supposed to be crispy. The pizza was so under-​cooked that the crust was almost see through. Even so, there was so much grease dripping off that the pizza was just gross. Both of us felt sick for a few hours afterward.
The restaurant was dimly lit, everything was sticky, and felt gross. The high chairs were all nasty. Who uses carpet in an Italian restaurant? The grease pit vibe might work for them if the pizza wasn’t so bad. SMH
Ledo’s in general isn’t usually bad, but this location needs to be managed by someone interested in more than just a paycheck. I really won’t be eating here again.

ROACHES! Stay away from this place. The whole experience was bad from the beginning. The waitress was very short with us, made us feel rushed from the beginning and was showing more attention to her other tables for whatever reason. We ordered the side salad and two pizzas. We were enjoying our food, when I saw a Roach crawling on the green colored booth seating. I quickly told my friend to move, and she jumped out her seat, since the Roach was so close to her back. We watched the Roach waltz around the chair, meanwhile I went to go get the waitress as she ignored all the signals I tried to discreetly give her. She finally came over, just as casual and seemed a bit irritated that I called her over in the first place. And once she saw the bug, she was a bit embarrassed but left to go get the manager. No manager ever showed up at all might I add. She came back over and finally killed the bug while we sat there waiting to see what was going to be done about our meals. After she killed the bug, she said that it looked like a tic. She then asked if we wanted boxes to take our food in — NO APOLOGY, NO MANAGER CAME OVER NOTHING. We said absolutely not, we do not want anything else. She then walked off. Me being the honest person I am still waited around like a fool for her to tell us something. She never told us our check was being taken care of, or I’m sorry this happened, or we hope we can make your next experience better or anything. We finally got up and walked out after realizing she went on to serve her other tables and just left us hanging. As we were walking out she says: «Sorry about that guys» whiles she’s behind the counter. This place is a joke and dirty with ROACHES! Very dissatisfied.

Ordered steak n cheese sub which is my fav dish from Ledo’s and gotta say I enjoyed the steak sub from this location prob the most of any Ledo’s steak sub I ever had. It was perfect.

The worst experience ever! We went out for my daughters 21^st birthday (her choice since there isnt a ledos in nc). My sister in law had given my daughter a birthday car with my daughters name on it. My daughter sat the card next to her in the booth while we enjoyed our food. When it was time for us to leave we got up, we left. However a few hours later, my daughter had realized that she had left the card still in the booth. So i called the store and they said that the card wasnt there. I checked every bag we had nothing. wouldnt the card still be there in the booth or the waitress shouldve seen it? Right? NOPE. NOTHING. my daughter even went back to look for it, the waitress said nothing was there. Ridiculous! The worst ever. Wont ever return. And the pizza crust is dry. Please do better.

Ordered at 10:45am last Thursday or Friday, female answered, was very short. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to give my order. I ordered for a few people in the office. I specified that I wanted a turkey sub NOT TOASTED. Went over every detail with her, had her repeat it. Had to keep asking her if she would let me tell her. Even when I paid with my credit card, she kept cutting me off while I was trying to spell my last name. They don’t deliver so we sent someone to pick up. My food was everything that I asked it NOT TO BE! Needless to say I had no lunch that day! I am not a fan!

I love Italian food and was eager to give this place a try. Now everything was super clean, employees were nice & welcoming. But the food was just not what I expected. I ordered spaghetti and a side of fries. I had no idea the spaghetti was such a huge plate. I couldn’t finish it and the taste was just terrible. Tasted like some expired tomato sauce. Ugh gross. I probably won’t be coming back. Great customer service though!

Just moved to the area so I decided to taste the local Ledo’s. The 3 of us dined in. The server promptly came to our table took our order. The food was not like the other Ledo’s I’ve been too. The crust was paper thin and VERY crunchy. The plus side is that they didn’t skimp on the toppings. One tip for the restaurant, for a Saturday night have designated servers for dine in, and cashiers specifically for take out. Our poor server was being run ragged doing 2 – 3 jobs.

Pros: Excellent ingredients, presentation (box always opened to the customer before completion of sale), Great and friendly staff, Pizza almost always takes only 15 minutes, Couple beers on tap and some sodas in the fridge
Cons: Bread Sticks (Pretty bland)
Overall: Coming from Chicago, I know my pizza. Not deep dish though, an excellent square-​cut, thin crust pizza with sweet sauce was my thing. Aurelio’s, Arrenello’s, Gelsosomo’s… This place isn’t that. Never will be. However, it’s the best pizza in the area I can find if that style is your thing. The Ledo Deluxe, and awesome staff will keep me coming back (I just pickup)
Sidenote: Don’t ask me about the subs, calzones, or anything else though. I just stick with the pizza! :D If you like crispier pizza, ask for it «well-​done» or «crispy»

Came here for a team lunch, as it’s close to our corporate offices. My coworkers had been before and mentioned that they had a decent experience with the calzones, so they decided to take me there. I started with the chicken tenders and broccoli cheddar soup. The tenders were typical of any sports bar that serves them, but the broccoli cheddar soup was quite delicious. My main order consisted of the grilled chicken sandwich and a side caesar salad. The salad was very bland and the caesar sauce that was served on the side, seemed a bit aged. The tiny bit of grilled chicken I received was slapped between two small pieces of bread, the type of bread you find in a grocery stores that costs $ 1.00. The chicken was also unseasoned and the whole sandwich was lacking in flavor completely. Wasn’t a great experience for me, so will look for other options in the area.

You remember that one time you had that really bad pizza and you said you’d never go back? Don’t make the same mistake twice! Not good and way over priced.

Monday night calzone catastrophe.
My sister and I dined for the buy 2 calzones for 10.00 added on a soda and some extra toppings!
The calzones came in a reasonable time however they were very undercooked. I had the meat lovers in which meats were cold as well and the cheese and tomato sauce! Well I then mentioned it to my sister and she said my food is cold to! The calzones were toasted daily nice in the top but once you dig in for bite you immediately get a brain freeze from the cold cheese and tomato paste like a tomato paste slurpee what failure providing the fact that serve multitudes of families from the military base.
I’ll stick with dominos!
The bright side is the waitress was amazing the girl with the blonde hair!

Never again!!! Pizza was greasy and the crust was chewy. We ended up throwing it away and eating sandwiches at home. The cashier was saying she was bored because it was empty. Now I know why.

Came in with the family today after a busy day of walking through Washington DC. My daughter kept reminding me the whole day that it was Tuesday «$ 5.99 All You Can Eat Spaghetti» Day at Ledo Pizza. We get there and I have to say that this location is pretty nice. Its very clean and Its got a separate side for carryout and dine in. We sat ourself as the sign said, and shortly after our waitress came to take our drinks. After the drinks came we ordered since we pretty much knew what we wanted. My son jumped ship and went for the pizza, but who can blame him. It is Ledo Pizza, Not Ledo spaghetti. Anyways, I was ready to get my grub on and maybe 5 minutes after we ordered our food came out. I have to say, and maybe I should have prior but, 5.99 spaghetti is just for the basic Noodles and sauce combo. If you want a meat sauce, italian sausage, or meatballs its a extra $ 1.99 added to the $ 5.99 (which is a 1 time charge), and $ 1.99 for ever refill (which is just the cost for the fancier sauces). Also the first round comes with garlic bread. Just the first round. Okay, so our food comes out, and i’ve got to say i’m impressed with the portion of food they serve. Up until this this point our waitress is on point, and everything is going smooth. We’re eating, laughing, and having a good time. I finish my plate, and am ready for more. My waitress is helping a few other people so i’m patiently waiting. Then she goes behind the counter pulls out her phone, and starts chatting up her co worker. I’m patient because I mean its all you can eat, and i could use the time to let my food digest, but the conversation seems to heat up. Some argument between the 2 servers over who had what table, and an issue with a tip. Now as bad as I want to know what happened to this tip. I’d much rather be ordering my refill. So i’m sitting here for close to 10 minutes, and finally she comes back past my table and i place my order. As I wait I watch her plead her case with her co workers about what tables she has done, and whats going on in her little cat fight with the other waitress, and i’m thinking to myself I literally just used my «Free Beverage» deal for this restaurant, and the waitress took my phone to go show all the people involved in this brewing «Who done it» thats erupting behind the register. The deal only pops up when you «Check In», and so it was no secret that it was a good chance i’d review my experience. I can only assume that all the time they spent behind the bar trying to figure out who did what. They were pretty much leaving their customers hanging at the tables. My second round came, and I finished up. Once the ordeal was over our waitress got back on the ball. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience, but the scene behind the bar wasn’t a good look. Especially not when you have paying tables waiting for there food. I do like Ledos wings so that alone will get me to come back. I’m just mad I never found out what really happened to that tip… The suspense was killing me! #NotEvenALittleBit

Terrible delivery service. Placed an order for an office luncheon to be delivered the following day. Paid in full the night prior via credit card. Because my office is located on the Base, I asked if they knew where I was expecting to pick it up and I was reassured they knew of the drop off location. Unfortunately, the woman who delivered the pizza was completely unaware of the delivery location and ended up arriving 30 min late. The pizzas were openly stored in her trunk and were, therefore, cold. Imagine my embarrassment when I returned to my office with cold pizzas for my coworkers who had been waiting for 30 minutes.
I called the restaurant that afternoon to follow up and express my frustration. I was told the manager, Rob, was unavailable, so I left a message to have him call me back. Never received a phone call that evening, so I called back the next day. I expressed my disappointment and requested a credit/​refund of some amount onto my credit card, which he claimed could not be accommodated. I know mistakes happen on occasion, but it’s how they remedy the situation that matters to me. Needless to say, they will not be getting any future business from me.

Service was awesome tonight 7 people and everything was on point! The Ledos sauce is banging! My kids love the spaghetti night all you can eat spaghetti but the portion is so big… no need for seconds. Pizza crust is different from the norm but the kids love it. Salads are a nice size portion. Wallet friendly and the serve beer and wine.

Terrible experience for me. I tried Ledo pizza in Hanover, MD for the second time today. OMG! I ordered a pepperoni pizza which had one thick slice of pepperoni on each slice of the square pieces. It was greasy, the crust was soft. It reminded me of a frozen pizza. It wasn’t good.
There’s a little hole in the wall down the street called «Denos», reasonably price and great pizza. I also ordered a cheesesteak sub. Again greasy, the steak wasn’t too bad but they used salad greens instead of lettuce on the sandwich! Yuk!
That is the last time I go to Ledos pizza!

I’m a big fan of Ledo’s; I grew up in Olney with one nearby. That being said, each time I’ve eaten here the food has been mediocre at best, which is extremely disappointing because it’s so close. Also, when I’ve gotten salads to go, they’ve forgotten the dressing each time. Frustrating.
We’ll be back, but only because of the sheer convenience. If you’re looking for pizza, go to Gianni’s across the street.

Great service. Food was served fast and was delicious. Buffalo chicken pizza, old bay wings, and sweet baby ray wings are highly recommended.

This was my first visit to Ledo’s Pizza since I’m only visiting the area for business and enjoyed my experience. For a small mom & pop pizza place it was booming with business for lunch. Monday — Friday make sure you get there before the military rush at starts at 11 or it will be a wait.
I ordered the skinny avocado & chopped chicken salad and the buffalo chx pizza, both of which were amazing. The salad might have been one of the best I have eaten. The pizza was thin crust, which I didn’t know. It was however still good even though I’m not a fan of thin crust.
If you Unilocal within the restaurant your soft drink is free.

Went here for lunch and immediately upon opening the front door, I noticed a roach walking across the vestibule floor but I proceeded. I continued in because I gave this establishment the benefit of the doubt in thinking that maybe the roach came in from outdoors or potentially fell from someone walking in.
I ordered a new dish called the «Georgia Fried Chicken Salad,» I must say, this was the best salad that I have had in my life… literally. The service was nice and prompt and the establishment had an ambiance that catered to the working professional. If you are ever near Fort Meade, MD and would like a quick and affordable place to have lunch, then this location is great. Hopefully the noticed roach was only passing through.
