This place was fantastic! The burgers were cooked very well, and the flavors were great! I’ll definitely be returning!

Well, I believe my review will be biased because as I write this, they are currently playing N*SYNC’s Just Got Paid, so yeah, I’m digging that. The atmosphere is clean and modern. It’s open, but there are so many tables and chairs packed into a small space, making it hard to walk from one side to the other. It’s a little confusing on where and how you’re supposed to order and the man at what I later realized was the register, wasn’t the greatest at pointing it out. He made me feel like I was stopping him from finishing his task of restocking stuff. It was $ 10 bucks to have a burger and a Coke, which I think is pretty average these days. I had the shroom burger and it was delicious and very fresh. I tried the dipping sauces, and my favorites were the Thai ketchup and the marshmallow. If someone at UNIVERSAL was to inveny Harry Potter fish n’chips, which I believe would be a hit, this is the dipping sauce they need to use. It definitely had a butterbeer taste.

Not sure why this place gets such great reviews. The food was okay. And, yes, they have a condiment bar that is sort of cool. But it’s a hamburger place — supposedly«fast food». And we watched table after table wait for a minimum of 30 minutes to get their orders. We waited almost 40 minutes. If you’ve got the time, give it a try. The hamburgers are pretty good. But the lack of any attempt at customer service and the speed with which food is delivered makes this a place we won’t visit again. PDQ is just around the corner. If you’re in the mood for a burger and a beer go there. I think you’ll enjoy the experience far more.

Burger 21 is listed as a gourmet burger chain. When looking at reviews for local burger places in this area(especially when you are out shopping the Gulf Coast center) you clearly see that this gets better reviews than the Red Robin chain, which is expected when you portray yourself as a gourmet establishment. You want a nice quick dinner or lunch with high quality food you think that this is the place to go… but sadly my expectations fell extremely short as a first timer. There are about 10 different burger variations in addition to some chicken, veggie and seafood burger options as well as a small selection of hotdogs and shakes. You order at a counter and then seat yourself in the restaurant. We found ourselves giddy with excitement when we realized there was a sauce bar with about a dozen different variations– Thai ketchup, chipotle mayo, toasted marshmallow, etc. Unfortunately, that is where the mouth party stopped. Almost 40 minutes later, our Tex-Mex Haystack burgers arrived, which has gouda cheese, gauc, chipotle jalapeño sauce, bacon and a few more toppings– and sounded the most flavorful to me when deciding. I still cannot figure out how a burger with so many ingredients had zero flavor but somehow managed to sneak attack me with taste later when it provided terrible indigestion. We also ordered the cheese and ale fries and when they dropped them off at our table, it was only a basket of regular French fries. Instead of taking them back, they just brought out the sauce that makes them«cheese and ale» fries for us to make– which was a waste of $ 6. Honestly, I have not tried the Red Robin in this plaza but I can only bet it is better than Burger 21…

I had the Cinco Burger, very flavorful, I liked that it wasn’t over the top, simple burger with generous amount of fries and a chocolate malted ball shake for $ 14, its a good deal in my opinion. I will be back, don’t miss the sauce bar with 7 or 8 sauces for your fries or burger, I tried the thai ketchup and chipotle mayo, thai ketchup was the best.

Burger 21 has the best milkshakes and sauce bar in town! So many unique flavors to choose from! I don’t eat meat but I have had the veggie burger, black bean burger, ahi burger, and shrimp burger, All are delicious! Unfortunately they buy morning star patties for the veggie burgers and the shrimp and ahi burgers have a lot of breading, so none are exactly healthy, but as a veg in a burger joint, always happy to have these types of options! Ahi is my favorite because of the house made pickles and awesome sauces on the burger. It’s super casual inside, order/pay at the counter and take a number. Great spot for lunch and even dinners with younger children!

I really am hard pressed to find why this place has such good reviews especially in comparison with PDQ nearby. First starters, the service SUCKS. For that reason alone I wouldn’t be back. Just in the thirty minutes I was there, three people including myself, complained there was nobody at the front to take orders. Everyone that walked in was aimlessly looking around figuring out how to order. Maybe if the employee who should have been there, which according to my receipt is names Arlet, was not occupied with her phone it may have helped. This place is basically run by teenagers. That being said, the burgers themselves were meh. I ordered a gluten free ‘shroom burger medium. The buns fell apart, which I don’t have a problem with because that seems to be the case with all GF buns. The patty was well done, thanks… And the toppings were flavorless. I got sweet potato fries which were the only highlight of my meal. I wouldn’t be back though. For better quality food go to PDQ or burger fi in Naples. u

The burgers here are really good! Well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The fries were average fast food fries. Lots of different dipping sauces that were very good. Couple of drawbacks, getting food here took forever. Took 20 minuets, when it came out, they forgot 2 orders of fries and got 1 sandwich wrong. 10 minutes later, got the sandwich no fries. Once we were done eating, the«server» came out and said«have you got your fries yet?» Geez come on folks. Side note,(OWNER– PAYATTENTION) I’m getting really tired of our ‘tip jar’ society. This place you order at the counter just like you do at Burger King or McDonalds, Burger 21 has a COMPANYBRANDEDTIPJAR!!! Are you serious??? What am I tipping your employees for? Taking my order? If your employees don’t make enough money, you need to pay them more. Don’t «guilt» me into subsidizing your payroll.

With a fresh clean concept burger 21 sets itself apart from the normal burger fast food chain. The Tex mex haystack is amazing. Lots of flavor combinations. Burger is heavily seasoned and cooked to perfection.
