DELICIOUS food. Their Pesto and Pepperoni Please pizza tastes fresh and so good(I love how huge their pepperoni is!) but, good gracious, their Pepperoni Poppers really steal the show. Pizza dough knots loaded in pepperoni and swimming in garlic and spices, with freshly made marinara sauce — I could not get over how delicious they were. I’ve never eaten in at the restaurant, only delivered, so I can’t speak to the restaurant itself, but delivery has always been very fast, and I love that you can pay with a credit card at the door.

I judge a pizza place first by its pizza, and then everything else. Pizza is average. Crust is good sauce is okay. Some toppings good cheese okay. The«other» stuff is excellent. The pepperoni poppers and garlic knots are worth the trip. The Italian beef is delicious. So I would say 3 star pizza with everything else bringing it up to a solid 4. We would go again but probably get a calzone or strombolli.

Went in yesterday for the first time to order. Went up to grab a menu blonde lady ask if it was for here or to go. No hello or welcome or anything. I guess we had interrupted her conversation she had with the other coworkers. Said to go and explain to her it was our first time. It seem we were inconveniencing her. She didn’t bother explaining or suggest anything. So I ask if any specials. She hadn’t a clue and asked others. So we order to large pizza’s one just cheese and the other sausage and a sausage calzone. Came home to eat our food. First he sauce didn’t have that fresh Roma tomato taste. It was to much of something in it not sure what. So we try the calzone. The pizza sauce or marinara was very oily and to much of something which at this point I’m guessing basil or oregano or something! It was to floral! Had a friend that stop by and ask him to taste it. He was like what’s that water down chilli or what! Well, over all not Impressed with this place at all. I hoping to like it being that we live so close. FYI…il primo pizza has a better sauce than this place! The sauce should set it off. The simplicity of a few good ingredients what makes a real good sauce not all the crap you overloaded it with!

I don’t like ordering ‘regular’ pizza anymore. I’m officially obsessed with the pepperoni poppers from McGregor Pizza! The pepperoni poppers are like little garlic knots with pepperoni and cheese wrapped up inside. Paired with a marinara sauce, these are the perfect replacement for a slice of pizza. You also can’t beat the price!

Our office frequently orders from McGregor Pizza & Deli. The staff even goes out of their way to make sure we have plates, napkins, and utensils for our office. Great local business perfect for casual lunches!

We ordered a Margherita pizza for take out and had a great experience. Went in while there was a line but wait time was minimal. Our pizza was huge and we also ordered the garlic knots. I could’ve just eaten those for dinner! The pizza was good, not the best Margherita I’ve ever had but it still got demolished by my small family. Everyone was friendly and a bonus is they deliver within the McGregor corridor!

Thank goodness the area finally has a delivery place worth calling up! New owners are really doing a good job. Pizza is quite good. Sandwiches are awesome — especially the Italian beef; easily the best I’ve had outside Chicago. If you live in the area, their number should be on your fridge and/or menu in your drawer.

I had a doctors appointment in Fort Myers & needed to try a new place. McGregor Pizza & Deli was on a list of the local food critic, places to check out. This gentleman has been mostly correct in his reviews. BUT not this time, not for the Chicago Italian style beef sandwich. I ask my server about it. She stated it was the most popular sandwich. So I told her I was a virgin with this sammy hit me up. Make it like the local yodels eat it and add the spicy stuff. WOW it did look good but upon a couple of bites. It really suck. The good part was the roll. It was perfectly toasted and airy with a nice flavor. BUT the beef had no flavor and was BOILED too much. Even adding the so call spicy girdnieir did not help. I ate half of the sandwich and took other half home. I tried it again cold and micro. Well it just plain suck for me. Hopefully the turkey buzzards will enjoy the rest in the morning. I cannot speak for the pizza, calzone or stromboli but Once again the folks here in SWFL have REALLY bad taste buds.

This WAS: Giovanni’s Little Italian Market & Deli. Now it’s Mcgregors, Same place new name new owners same food. Awesome love it here! Their chicken salad sandwich is the bomb! The grapes are delicious! You must try it even if they can give you a fork to test it! I get my sandwich with every just NO pickles. For cheese I get provolone. Very yummy! Service is fantastic here. One girl who is older is bubbly and has high energy where the other girl is probably early teens and dull, but still very nice. They always have fresh flowers on the table from their neighbors: p the dinky flower shop haha. It’s clean inside. It has a weird homey like feel to it. I enjoy coming here. Check it out(:
