I absolutely love this little takeout spot! It has a smaller menu the it’s sister restaurant. There is formal dining area. Great if you are craving phở without the restaurant hassle. There are no formal sit down phở spots near me so this is really all I have. But I really don’t need anything more so I’m happy.

I first found Phở Vinh on the Cape and was thrilled they were opening in Ft Myers because the Cape is such a haul for me. The noodles are a bit different(more like linguini?) but I like them –they hold up well in the very hot delicious broth. I enjoy they allow you to customize your phở… less noodle, more beef etc. ask for jalapeño if you want it, doesnt come standard. The jasmine tea is homemade too. Looking forward to the drive thru!

My husband and I love this place! We’re new to the area, but so glad we found something that reminds us of home. Great phở, broth is good and plenty of meat! The boba is also good, they use black pearls and it is always soft. Basically they use the good stuff! Best of all, great price!

I have no idea why the reviews are so great. I have eaten phở in many different cities and have many Vietnamese friends so I’ve had homemade phở. First there is no traditional phở, I feel the phở they offer is very Americanized. Also I did not feel it was very fresh, the limes were brown and there was barely any bean sprouts or basil which are crucial in good phở. Also the noodles were the wider rice noodles and we’re all broken up in the soup(indicating they were over cooked). It also wasn’t as flavorful as I’ve had in the past. And the price is on the higher end compared to other cities on what you get.

Best phở in SWFL! Quick, simple, fantastic. My go to! I used to friend the Cape Coral location, so I was happy to see this one open up on this side of the bridge. I always go for the Chicken Phở and I am never disappointed.

I absolutely love this place! It was a bit of a pain for me to drive over to Cape Coral for Vietnamese food so I was ecstatic when I found out they were opening a new restaurant near me. The service here is quick and the staff always greet you with a smile. I’ve tried everything on the menu, but my favorite things to order are the brisket phở and fresh pork spring rolls. Great place to get a quick bite to eat, and they are open late on some weekend nights!

I agree with other posts that Fort Myers really has a limited selection of authentic asian foods. This place does a good phở. I’ve also tried their spring rolls which were the way my vietnamese friends mom makes them. I’ll defiantly be going back. Good prices too!

Be sure to cross 41 instead of going over when heading to Phở Vinh Express if you’re coming from Cape side. The people were very friendly and the phở was excellent. The boba at Leaf Asian Markey is a bit better, but the Phở Vinh recipe is still good. Nothing beats hot phở on a cold night. Stop by and get some! $ 5 for the perfect amount.

Was looking for a fast food shop, and not McDonalds! Came across this hidden gem. Not easy to get to but worth whatever u-turn you may have to make(accessible through Harley Davidson parking lot FYI). Can account for the deliciousness of the chicken and pork garlic rice dish, yum!!! They even put a plastic seal on top their Thai tea so you can stick your straw through, cute! Express service, great prices and amazing food. Wish there were more of these around: P

:Perhaps I might not be the person to write the most unbiased review of Phở Vinh Express. I believe there is no bad phở. I was lucky enough to live in Sarasota for a year where there is a seriously legit Vietnamese community that offers any number of choices in terms of phở fulfillment. Alas, in Fort Myers, there has been but one option and it was rather overpriced, but I digress. I have heard tell of the wonder that is Phở Vinh, but have never ventured that far for noodles and broth. After trying the beef brisket phở and the shrimp spring rolls(actually summer rolls as they are not fried) I feel as though I kept my cravings in check for the right reasons. Don’t get me wrong, the broth is delicious, but they were a bit skimpy with the brisket, the broth, and the«fixings». Very glad I ordered extra broth(for a whopping $ 2– $ well spent). I would have liked some fresh lime, basil, onions, sprouts, and jalapenos so I could customize, but I get the presentation for the cost. Anyway, this phở is a total of 7 minutes from my house so it is right up my ally considering I now A) don’t have to pay $ 22 for a bowl of phở and shrimp summer rolls and B) no temptation to have to pay an extra toll to experience said phở. Order the extra broth and throw in your own lime juice, japs, and basil. It’s worth it if you live east of the Caloosahachee

A proper extension of their Cape shop, these guys are great. The food and the price are top notch. A quick bite on the go, you can get some amazing phở. The food here is what you can expect if you are a fan of the restaurant in the Cape. Make sure to check these guys out if you are near the Mall at any time! You may need to make a quick cut to the right as you leave the merge lane from the lights. If you miss it, don’t worry. You can make another right to enter the Harley shop and just travel down the parking lot to the Express.

Nice little place if you wanna do some grab and go phở and summer rolls! Their portions are smaller, but quite enough if you are just having it as a snack. it is also a very convenient location for those who comes back and forth from cape to FM.

GREAT to have a phở place on Colonial, so accessible! The picture doesn’t show this, but they now have two white canopies with portable chairs and tables under them, to keep customers out of the sun while waiting or eating al fresco. That said, their focus is on preparing and packing your order«to go» and to survive travel. This means the noodles and the meat will have some but not a lot of broth in with them(see the pictures of the meals in the containers from other diners to see what I mean), and the contrasting cool fresh things(sprouts, chopped scallion, fresh basil leaves) that some places pack in a separate plastic bag for travel are not present, or at least will not be cool and crispy when you get your phở to wherever it is you were taking it. So, if you order here to take home, you will want to have at home: fresh bean sprouts, fresh basil leaves, fresh chopped green onion/scallion, and extra phở broth(extra broth can be ordered from Phở Vinh to go for an additional $ 2) to make the kind of phở that you normally get in sit-down phở restaurants. If you eat phở often, that’s fine. We have fresh basil growing on our windowsill, and the small containers of sprouts and chopped scallions that we got at the Publix were inexpensive and would be good for maybe five separate phở meals. As for surviving travel, my order in its plastic bag fell over a few times on the way home because I hadn’t wedged it in well enough, but NOT A DROP spilled — VERY good packaging they use! The egg rolls were actually nice and crispy and more appealing than they appear in the photo :-)

I very much enjoyed my meal at Phở Vinh Express — I ordered the beef brisket, and had a bubble tea to go with it. The soup was excellent, chock-full of fatty beef, silky noodles, and the veggies that I normally have to add from the garnish plate at most phở restaurants. On that merit alone, 4 stars, easily. The logistics of the place are… well, «odd,» would be the polite way of putting it; you order at one window, your order is delivered at another window around the corner, and that’s where the sauces/dressings are at. I know that they’re kind of shoehorning the business into a preexisting space, though, so I’ll think of it as a fun quirk, sort of like the outdoor-only seating(folding tables and chairs, under an awning. Nice enough on a nice day, but I can see it being BRUTAL during the summer). I see the place being intended primarily for takeaway, which is fine enough for me. However, knowing that, the hours are also odd — 7AM to 2PM right now. Perfect for lunch, not so much if you want soup for dinner. That being said, this is the best bowl of phở in the area. If you like noodle soup, it’s worth the quirkiness.

WELCOMEADDITIONTOFORTMYERS I agree with just about everything the previous reviewer(Joe B) said about this place. The owners, Tammy & Joe, are friendly and happy to serve you a delicious bowl of phở to go for only $ 5. And guess what? Tax is included, so you don’t have to fish around for pennies, or give them $ 6 and end up with a pocket full of small change. I love that they do that and don’t know why more businesses haven’t thought of it. My wife & I had the Beef Brisket Phở and the Pork Phở and both were excellent. This place was formerly a Hot Dog take-away, and access can be a bit difficult, but it is definitely worth the effort.

When we first moved to Southwest Florida, my wife and I decided to live in Cape Coral while we got to know the area. While we decided Cape Coral wasn’t for us, we found a great Phở restaurant we really enjoyed, Phở Vinh at 601 Del Prado near Del Prado and Pine Island. We loved the food, and hospitality. When we moved to Fort Myers and missed our noodle soup but, made the drive every once and a while for lunch or dinner. We were very happy when the owners, Tammy and Joe told us they were opening a location in Fort Myers. It’s in the stand alone building near the Harley-Davidson dealership at Colonial and 41. We both went today to check it out. They are open 7 days a week, from 7am to 2 pm. Come by and give them a try! Right now they have a promotional menu that is pretty diverse, changing weekly. Until May 18th when you fill out a survey you’ll get some free food!
