Solid pizza and subs store. Large lunch crowd. Lots of regulars that love it. No complaints.

Really, really disappointed in one of my favorite local delivery places. We were staying on the beach for the weekend and called to order for delivery at 6:45. We knew it was a Saturday night and didn’t expect delivery too quickly but after and hour and 15 minutes I called to check on our order. The man who answered, seemed a little confused about our order but then stated that it was just coming out of oven and would be to us in the next 5 minutes. Great! We’re hungry. Thirty minutes later we call back, and the 3^rd person they put me on the phone with told me that they came and knocked on our door but we never answered. (Really??? I was sitting 10 feet from the door the whole time! LIARS!!! And isn’t that why you get a phone #) He stated he could redo our food and send it right over. Really? At this point it’s been 2 hours and I ask him what kind of discount he was going to give us for apparently never making our food and he said stated none. I told him «no thank you, if that is how you treat customers of over 10 years, no way»!

Absolutely THE worst and rudest customer service. If these people (I am being kind) do not want customers then they should not be in the business they are in. Last I checked I you sell pizza you need people i.e.: PAYING CUSTOMERS to purchase said pizza. It definitely helps if you sell it with a smile. If you tell me it’ll be ready in 30 minutes and two hours later I still don’t have my pizza don’t get upset when I call wondering what happened and certainly don’t get snappy on the phone when I am being nice. The food is substandard anymore so you people that support this business be my guest because I will never patronize this business ever again.

This place has problems.
I’ve eaten here twice and that was twice too many. First, you order your food at the counter and they bring it to the table. Both times our order was wrong. Second, when you point out that the order is wrong, they are rude. Third, I had the vodka penne with shrimp and the shrimp were not done. Plus, the vodka sauce tasted like something you would buy at Walmart.
Don’t eat here.

We got 2 AMAZING pizzas! Staying at a nearby hotel, ordered 2 pies and POW! Quick delivery and great NY style pizzas. LOVED THEM. AMPLE TOPPINGS!

It has been a few months since this occurred and I do not know if they have cleaned up their act because I refuse to go back, but their garlic knots had mold on them. I drove all the way back to the restaurant and showed them the mold but they rudely denied it was mold saying that the spots were from touching the pan while cooking. Personally, I’ve never seen red and green fuzzy spots from pans before. They refused to refund my money. Not worth the risk.

Pizza was alright. Not the best. Very greasy. Garlic knots were good– lots of garlic! From out of town– would try another place before getting this pizza again, however. Not the best.

They moved across the street and just west at 1010 Seaway Drive. Into a defunct gas station. Renovated and nicer than the last location.

The food quality is always delicious.
The small calzone is actually HUGE, idk if they know that or not ;)
but it’s super yummy. I just wish I could finish it in one sitting — guess what? I can’t.
Salads are always good. and the pizza hits the spot too.
Their staff is friendly. The delivery persons are always nice and the service is pretty quick!

I get fast food once a week, my husband and I order gourmet rolls (steak & cheese) and an extra cheese pizza. When we get home we find out that again they have not given us the extra cheese we have paid for on the pizza. I ordered and said that’s extra cheese. Maybe it’s the language barrier but I am so over paying for something and not getting it. This is not the first time this location has done this… Check your order before leaving the building!

The old saying «even bad pizza is good pizza» isn’t true. Order a large sausage with olives, mushrooms and extra cheese. The pie had very little flavor and barely any cheese. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money. Call Big Apple pizza instead!

Only take out. Pretty good pizza, needs more cheese most of the time. Crust is good and chewy.

To go. Great phone service this time. As always garlic knots are delicious. I had the sausage and peppers parmigiana with penne. It was good nothing out of this world. Personally, I wish they would have cut it up instead of just slicing in half. Good portions, got two meals for $ 10.50. It includes entrée, side salad and 3 knots. I am more impressed with their entrees then the pizza so far. I go here for quick cheap Italian. Like you go to a China Wok for Chinese. You would never dine in and you wouldn’t expect gourmet.

Pizza was bland and burnt on the bottom. For an $ 18.00 pizza which was the smallest they had, I expected more. This was a take out order and if we hadn’t been so tired we would have taken it back.

The pizza is damn good, most times. I think they’ll pull it out of the oven a few minutes too soon if it’s real busy but it’s never been bad. The Philly deluxe and cheese fries are killer as well and shouldn’t be missed. They also offer salads that always looked pretty tasty but I’ve never had them personally.

Cozy little Italian shop. Pizza by the slice, sandwiches, etc. Barely any seating, but it seams like just enough. Although it’s busy, many take it to go.

Do NOT get the Stuffed Pizza… it’s pretty much the same thing a a calzone… Just get a normal pizza… trust me
