Americanized Asian food at the airport! It hit the spot, had a generous amount of meat, and actually didn’t taste too bad. Vegetables were crisp and al dente as they should be. :) I grabbed the three packets of sauce that they had on the side, curious as to what the neon orange duck sauce was comprised of. Couldn’t taste anything particular about it and never figured it out, haha. Nice seating on the side that was shared with the eateries on the other side, so we could chill there and look out the window for a bit before heading to our gate.

Yuck! I should’ve Unilocaled it before ordering. I ordered a few things and pretty much everything was crappy.

Bad even by airport standards. The fried rice was gummy and had zero flavor. The Tao chicken was chewy, the little bit of meat that was under the batter was low quality pieces for sure. The beef and broccoli or should I call it brown broccoli with a little bit of beef was also disappointing. The taste was ok, but the minuscule amount of beef coupled with not so fresh broccoli made for a non satisfying dish. Do yourself a favor and bypass Wok and Roll for one of the other many options in the MSP airport.

The Teriyaki Chicken is mostly a $ 9 pile of rice. What little chicken it contained was undercooked and offered a surprise in the form of a small bone. I know this is airport food but come on. Do yourself a favor and hit one of the other overpriced fast food restaurants in Concourse C.

Very crappy Chinese food… I never had bad general tso chicken until I ate here, it’s almost insult to all Chinese restaurants. Too sweet and strangely lemony and I swear they put some fruit jam in it. Yuck. Only good thing going was the steamed veggie, it was decent and wasn’t overbooked. Airport food is airport food but this was unbearable.

I ordered the(extremely overpriced and under-portioned) mixed veggies and lo mein. Unfortunately the food was bland and the service wasn’t great. The broccoli was tough and completely saturated in water so there was little to no flavor left. The cashier was very rude and barked instructions at me instead of letting me go through a normal transaction. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I created a Unilocal account for the sole purpose of giving this place a bad review.

I had Sushi… A salmon and avocado roll(I don’t remember their name for it) and it was decent. For airport sushi I thought it was pretty good, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I’m not judging it against other sushi ‘restaurants’, just on the fact that it’s Sushi from a Chinese restaurant in an airport food court. So, if you don’t want fried food & are ok with non-gourmet sushi, this will definitely hit the spot.

Yuck. Overcharged and not good. The veges look bad and the meat is dripping in sauce that isn’t even that good. I would definitely recommend heading to Pei Wei where most everything is 5x better!

Spicy tuna roll was decent for somewhere with no ocean in sight. Price was steep for sushi.

This is some of the least inspired food I’ve had in recent history. Had Beef Broccoli and Chicken Broccoli. was so lack luster and very poorly executed. I know this isn’t fine dining but at these prices they should make it taste like they care. Had to go to Arby’s to get a Roast Beef sandwich to get the taste out of my mouth. Yuk!

I was craving sashimi but they only had sushi and nigiri in the packages. I do not like the gross lumps of vinegar-y rice, only the fish. So I was very excited that they made one for me of just the fish! At the same time it was $ 16 for 10 pieces of fish. Three salmon, four red tuna, three hamachi and three white tuna. The white tuna pieces were very small. It wasn’t the mind blowing freshest sashimi in the world, but it hit the spot. Very decent. I would probably eat here again next time I find myself at MSP.

Food directory stated that the food is under $ 10 so we took the airport train to here. It cost almost $ 9 for a small entrée.

Love Asian food anytime of the day! Hot and fresh. We shared the bourbon chicken, mushrooms and chicken, and a side of peppered steak and onions. Wow! They got it right. The price for airport food wasn’t that bad. Taste sure beats out the competition. I meant to take a picture, but we tore it up before I realized my mistake… yes, it was that good.

Typical airport Chinese food. Service was pleasant enough and get you through the line quickly… chicken was hot and fresh. Prices are about the same… seem overpriced sometimes but you get a lot of food. Line moves quickly.

Located at the bottom of the escalator, I found this place while searching for a place to eat lunch. Everywhere else that I found was only serving breakfast, and because it was almost noon in my time zone, I wasn’t in the breakfast mood. This is a cafeteria style, what you see is what you get. It wasn’t too late to change my mind. I opted for a healthy serving of mixed vegetables. It reminded me of the average buffet restaurant’s version, with it’s thick sauce, it probably wasn’t as healthy as I conned myself into thinking that it was. After two packs of soy sauce, I was finished and headed back up to concourse G.

Hands down the best chinese food I have ever had. And I’m chinese. The general tso is breathtaking and the roast pork… Amaaaaazing! Get the white rice. It’s pretty authentic here. Not sure about the sushi but i plan on taking my girlfriend here for sushi for our anniversary. Hope this helps.

Don’t be too deferred by the reviews; this is typical airport Chinese Food. I get a chuckle from the reviews that complain this is me authentic Chinese Food. Do you eat at Olive Garden for real Italian Food? I mean the chicken here looks like chicken as much as I look like Hugh Jackman, but is just fine in the General Tsao and the Spicy chicken plate which I had. The Hot and Sour Soup was a bit bland, so I wouldn’t get that, but otherwise it is exactly what you’d expect: salty, drowned in sauces, breaded beyond recognition and served with a nice portion of unnaturally yellow fried rice; THAT’s what you come here for! And so the Chinese Airport Food across America continues… Oh yeah, they have Sushi. But seriously, if you order Sushi housed next to the heat lamps for the soup containers in an Chinese restaurant in an airport food court; you are a better person than me!

Who gets sushi in an airport? This girl, that’s who. When you’re out of the country for 3 weeks, sushi deprived and have a couple hours layover in Minneapolis, Wok and Roll calls your name. At least it did for me. It’s not the freshest or the most tasty but it was A-OK. It was pretty pricey at $ 9.69 + tax for a salmon & avocado roll that comes prepackaged. But it was 9 solid tasting pieces in the roll. The lady working was nice enough and I was able to easily take it to my waiting area. It’s really not that bad, I swear! I wouldn’t recommend getting sushi at an airport, but if you got the craving, it will satisfy you just fine. :)
