When I come in the store, the Asian guy or whatever he is never speaks which is very rude. I guess he has no clue that us customers is what keeps his business running. You walk up to the counter and he says nothing! No «hello», No «how are you»?, No «how can I help you»?. Also when the transaction is completed he doesn’t even say «thank you» or have a nice day”. Horrible. And I believe he is the owner. Sad! It’s really sad when poor customer service is coming from management!
