If I could leave 0 stars I would. Our family lives close to this particular BK and refuse to visit any longer. Rarely have we been there when at least one thing hasn’t had to be taken back because it’s cold and/or not even cooked yet. We’ve had French fries given to us without any salt what so ever and the service is horrible. If it hadn’t been for our kids wanting to play in the kids area, which admittedly is nice, we’d have stopped going after the first couple visits. As it is we’ve lived just down the road for more than 10 years and have finally learned our lesson. If you’re reading this and are looking for a place to stop, my advice is to keep moving down the road. There are other places to eat where the employees will at least pretend to be glad you’re there and the food will be warm — if not hot. If you’re just needing a bathroom, probably a good place to stop. If you actually want service and warm food this is not the place for you.
