Fist timer. Wonderful atmosphere. REALLY good staff — friendly, helpful and wicked efficient. Tried the signature Caramel Cinnamon donut. Wow! Seriously, one of the best ever. Caramel glaze with a superfine dusting of cinnamon sugar. One bite, and it all comes together and then literally melts in your mouth. Oh, and it comes with a FREE small coffee!

Real life, in all of my years (29), these are the best doughnuts that I’ve ever eaten.

For a long time Kirspy Kreme doughnuts were my go to favorites, easily… especially when served hot. Sadly they went away… and we are left with super dry Dunkin Doughnuts.
Simply put Rise’ N Roll doughnuts are far better than Kripy Kreme.
The dough is just heaven… its fluffy, light and has a buttery sweetness to it. The cinnamon caramel is crack.(not that I’ve tried)
I mean when I sink my teeth into the doughnut I instantly get hit with a cool sensation followed by that buttery sweetness with the lite fluff, then all of the sudden BOOOOOM… that cinnamon caramel explodes in my mouth and then just serenades the taste buds, PLEASE keep in mind this is just only the 1^st bite…

You realize that heaven has closed it’s doors on you… That beautiful symphony is no longer being played in your mouth…

I have only had the absolutely delicious-​melt in your mouth doughnuts and a couple of soups and the quality is very good. Very loaded and not healthy for sure but delicious. Love the broccoli cheddar and stuffed bell peppers soups!

Great customer service. Delicious food. You definitely won’t be disappointed.
I order their boxed lunches for work events on a regular basis. Their sandwiches are hearty and their side salads are delish.
If you have a sweet tooth, get a box of their Carmel cinnamon donut holes. We have deemed them Amish Crack since you likely can’t have just one and you certainly can’t resist them if they’re in your presence.
The family that owns this business are a great bunch too. Always there to help and go above and beyond every chance they get.

This place gets 5 stars for the donuts alone. Incant get out the parking lot without shoving one in my pie hole. They aren’t called «crack» donuts for nothing folks! Staff is super friendly and sometimes offer a free cup of coffee with your donut. They also do lunch and sell a bunch of funky salsa’s, jams, dips, cheeses, pickles etc… which ive only sampled. Their granola is Fire. Get in here for some of the best donuts in America. Blessed to have this place in FW!

Quickie Review: Caution, you’ll get addicted to the best donuts in Indiana.
Since I’m graduated from Huntington University now I just have to ask, when are they going to open a location in Indy?! I’d suggest Hamilton County as they’d make a killing, ha. Seriously, though, their donuts are like crack so my caution to whoever eats them is be careful as you’ll become addicted. A box of donut holes has the ability to accomplish global piece… or I guess war if you want them all for yourself. As I say to anyone who I see that has a box of them, sharing is caring ;)

They are so unique & so fresh, my mouth is watering. For reals.
It’s not only a bakery, but also have sandwiches & a grocery store full of homemade jams & jellies.

Do you like donuts? Well you’re going to love Rise N Roll donuts! They are incredibly addictive. Take your pick, they’re all great. The (in)famous cinnamon caramel donut is what they’re known for. Rise N Roll also has a variety of deli items and Amish made treats!
They have a small eat-​in area but I would recommend anything to go, especially at breakfast, as the restaurant fills up quickly.

This donut shop is what dreams are made of. I am putting Rise ‘n Roll on my list of my best «discoveries» of 2015.
My first visit was yesterday and I was so blown away that I returned today.
I usually go for filled donuts but when the super friendly employee found out it was my first visit she offered me a sample of their most popular donut, cinnamon caramel. After one bite I immediately ordered half a dozen. I also ordered a few of the newest donut that another friendly employee suggested, I think it was called raspberry chocolate truffle?
The cinnamon caramel donuts are indescribably delicious. Not overly sugary-​sweet but just the right amount of cinnamon-​y sweetness. They are soft and absolutely melt in your mouth.
The raspberry chocolate truffle was completely filled with the most delicious fluffy, fruity raspberry cream. I have been disappointed with filled donuts from other shops because they contain about a teaspoonful of cream in a giant donut. Well… the donuts here are completely filled with loads of luscious cream. And again, the cream is not overly sugary-​sweet but creamy and fluffy with the taste of the raspberry very pronounced.
All the employees were very sweet and friendly. Helpful, too, making great suggestions and recommendations.
I can promise that anytime I am anywhere near Ft. Wayne I will be stopping by to bring home a box of donuts for my family.

Last year this time the cute name and font on Rise n’ Roll’s sign caught my eye out of the strip mall blandness that is Illinois Road. I went in and picked up some home made noodles, soup mixes, granola and preserves for gifts.
Back in the area again and a Unilocaler I saw the five-​star rating and well, I’m a sucker for a five star rating. I knew I needed to overcome my «health conscious» mindset and just give in to the carb bomb, blood sugar spiking offerings of the Rise n’ Roll bakery case.
My cinnamon roll with crème cheese icing was tooth enamel melting goodness! The portion size was enough that it could be shared and probably should be shared but no — let everyone in your group get their own Best Donut and Best Bakery in Fort Wayne treat from this special place and keep it in business for years to come! Tell your friends, tell your neighbors, tell strangers that if they «know the difference» between made for you and manufactured for you food, come here! Rise n’ Roll is not only Fort Wayne’s finest but also now my #1 must-​eat-​at restaurant in town!

Great bakery and deli. I have always measured a good Bavarian cream donut against Dunkin Donuts since theirs are good and no other place has one that compares. Rise and roll’s Bavarian cream donuts are orders of magnitude better than any I have ever had. The cream is well filled in the donut and has a subtle sweetness and gentle creaminess that works so well. It is covered in a powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon that is excellent. I am generally a food snob so this means a lot coming from me.
Their deli sandwiches are were very fresh and interesting. I had the ham on a cinnamon raisin roll with raspberry jam and it worked beautifully. Definitely worth a try. Will be going back very soon for holiday pies and probably more donuts.

Fabulous cinnamon caramel donut; seriously competing with my favorite donuts (Dough in Brooklyn). The texture is remarkable: fluffy and toothesome at the same time, with no greasy feeling/​taste.
The peanut-​butter filled donut with chocolate icing was good, but too sweet.
I had a vegetarian deli sandwich that was fine; nothing to sing about. But definitely come for the cinnamon caramel donut.

Their original cinnamon & sugar donuts are pretty much CRACK! Bring these to the office & they’ll be devoured in 2 minutes!

Amazing sandwiches and baked goods. I resisted the baked goods, but loved the turkey sandwich made on a freshly baked bun.
I plan to give in to temptation next time and have a donut or a cinnamon roll.

AMAZING Donuts. And a free small coffee with that? Yes please! And a great selection of locally made jams, jellies, and pickles in jars ready to take home? Oh yes. There are things on the menu besides donuts, but why would you want anything else?
I have never given five stars to a donut place before but Rise’N’Roll deserves it.

First of all, this review is placed strictly in regards to the donuts– because let’s face it, it’s difficult to want to try anything else on the menu once you’ve bitten into one of those classic, powder dusted caramel beauties.
«Rise and Roll» is absurdly good! Fort Wayne is incredibly lucky to have one. I drove from Huntington to visit after hearing rave reviews from some running buddies, and believe me– the trip was well worth it.
I paid a mere $ 1.21 for the BEST donut I have ever had and got a free small coffee to boot, then sat at the lovely window booth and did some reading over the food and drink– wonderful way to spend the morning. Rise n Roll is an essential destination AND essential return spot. excellent all the way around. I’ll be back!

Rise n Roll Bakery and Deli, how do I love thee… let me count the delicious selections of beyond your expectation ‘goodness and yumminess’! Unilocalers and newbies, this place is going to raise the bar which has been set high by this group. Group of what? Group of warm and wonderful, real people. You honestly believe you ARE someone special when you walk in the door because of the way they treat you!
The variety of Amish goodies and wholesome delights on the menu has both expected and beyond expected offerings for your tastebuds to experience! The shop/​deli isn’t huge, but the set-​up gives you a roomy area to shop. It is packed with goodies to DELIGHT the eyes and the tummy and bring home edible gifts to WARM the hearts of those you love!
There is something here for everyone. Even the greatest fuss budget is going to find something to suit their finicky pallet. (I’m sure that Morris the Cat and ‘hey, Mikey’ would love to stop in here for the ‘eats’! Ya, I know, I’ve just dated myself with these commercials!)
While here, your questions are responded to with warm smiles and helpful suggestions. You quickly feel like you are gaining a new friend; and your heart is happy and your mouth is watering as you await your freshly made customized sandwich or other selection/​s from their varied and well thought out menu.
You wander around as you wait for your name to be called and you sample the array of fresh and tasty goods placed strategically around this original experience shop and deli. Yes, you must have this jam… no preservatives added… wow! And the peanut butter with marshmallow… is it healthy… well, no preservatives, so you tell yourself, today, I dub it a health food!
Kettle chips or veggie crisp chips, granola or special pre-​measured bag of numminess just waiting for you to take it home and make you look like a real Amish Baker with such a culinary delight! Preserves. jams…which to choose? Blackberry, Apple, peach jalepeño, orange marmalade, …double raspberry… how’s that possible? Oh… you just read the label! That’s how!
Amish cheeses… really? Fresh butter? Yes! Sticky buns, donuts, cheeses cake tarts with plump blackberries… coconut cake… cream cheese slathered thickly upon delish looking rolls… deserts that may never make it all the way home!
Special Sandwiches and salads and soup… homemade donuts that wreck you for Krispy Kremes! Bring your appetite and bring your cooler! You’re gonna smile before you ever reach the counter!

The most delicious donut I’ve ever eaten! They’re moist, light and absolutely amazing! The cashier was very friendly and even offered me a free coffee with my dozen donut purchase.
I was surprised to find that they even have gluten free options including muffins. I purchased a blueberry cream cheese muffin for my boss and he said it was wonderful.
This is now our new place for morning meeting breakfast!
