Stopped in last evening with my husband for a drink and light dinner… main reason… wanted to sit outside because weather was gorgeous. Asked bartender/​server for drink recommendation… she gave me a, couple suggestions… i chose Endless Summer. It was phenomenal! My husband was trying the new beers on tap. I ordered pork sliders appetizer as my dinner. I have never had them before but I definitely will again. He orderex buffalo chicken sandwich and said it was extremely good as well. Great experience!

Took my friends here because one of my other friends recommended this place. The atmosphere is nice and I wish I could say the same for the food, but about 10 minutes after ordering, we were told they were out of what three of us had ordered. We all grabbed new menus and looked again. When the appetizers came, at least 20 minutes later the pulled pork sliders were dry, the shrimp was good but hard to eat, and the tacos we had ordered didn’t even come out. The 3 of us just decided to get wings and the ribeye special, 20 minutes later the steak came out good but extremely thin and the wings were extremely dry and flavorless and with very little sauce. The taco appetizer came out last somehow and was ok.
I think our experience have a lot to do with it being close to closing time even though it was an hour before close I will update if we go back.

I’m surprised by the comments that the food is horrible. Wide variety of items and several unique dishes and vegetarian options. My favorite is the pulled pork and the nachos. Can’t remember the name of the nachos but they have pork and I think goat cheese. Delicious! Decent kid’s menu, not the usual hot dogs and nuggets like most places. I do agree about the service, it is definitely hit or miss, usually miss. Our waitress was horribly slow tonight and only came by a few times. Our bill was wrong but at the rate she was going we didn’t have time to wait around for her to correct it (ordered sweet potato fries, paid for sweet potato fries, got regular). Not a huge deal but there was an upcharge for sweet potato.

Crab cakes can’t find the crab definitely no lumps of crab. Taste like a fish cake. Pulled pork nachos are good lots of pork but very little cheese most of our cheese was stuck to the plate. Biggest disappointment was our server she didn’t know the beers on the menu. Seemed like we were bothering her.

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with blue cheese on it. Couldn’t taste the buffalo sauce or the blue cheese. Would’ve asked for extra sauce but the waitress never stopped to ask how things were. Other than very and I mean very quickly dropping drinks and food off at our table, service was nonexistent.

We recently «discovered» The Lucky Moose and after some thought I remember coming here when it was «Munchies». The atmosphere is nice and mostly quiet. I had BBQ wings which were very good and my wife had the Pecan Crusted Chicken. The portion was very large and she said it was great. Overall we had a good time here and we will be going back soon.

Always have pleasant experiences here. Service is great and the food is good too!
I love the Sunday afternoon buffet. All you can eat wings, pizza, pulled pork, salad bar and more. One of the best places in Fort Wayne.

After hearing many good reviews we decided we were going to stop in for lunch on a week day we both had off.
We arrived and this place with a few tables occupied after the lunch rush, awesome…
Figured we would get in and out quickly, but this was not the case…
Cold food delivered and drinks first brought out when we arrived.
Waitress arrived 15 minutes later and asked if we needed our check.
Wow.
In 20 minutes we should have ?
We explained meals arrived cold and that we just arrived 20 minutes ago.
Questioned why we did not tell wait staff, we explained that hadn’t seen anyone in 15 minutes.
Cold food turned in to what seemed to be a test of kitchen versus what are you willing to eat.
After mixing up a dish with someone with a shellfish allergy, we promptly left before our bill was to our local hospital. Complete nonsense from a restaurant, could have endangered my sons life.

Just finished having dinner at The Lucky Moose. I would have to say it was a below average experience. Our waitress was in such a hurry that she didn’t even stay long enough to hear a drink order. Our food came out and the fries were cold. Once our waitress showed back up she did correct the problem. I ordered a flatbread pizza, which was awful and not at all what I was expecting. It appeared to be made on a tortilla with horrible tasting pizza sauce. I would not recommend it. I will not be returning.

Awesome Salad bar and barbecue brisket need I say more? Great place overall. I think there wait staff is usually slow, but good food makes up for it. Family fav!

Use to like this place but last year I left my scarf in the booth. Called back immediately and they said they had it and set it aside labled with my name. Returned within 24 hours and it could not be found. Someone there is a thief. Will never go back.

My Daughter and Son-​in-​law brought me here for father’s day. They had a brunch special going on and it looked like alot of people were here for the special. We sat in the bar, very clean. Only disappointing thing was that the bar tender was taking care of the whole bar. Even so she was pretty good. I’m sure she would have loved some help. Ordered a beer from the very long and we’ll designed menu. Beer was good, tried a diffrent that was better. Nonetheless beer for every taste. Ordered a burger that had a hundred pounds of burger on it. They must have been full of fat since the burger I got was 5 slider sized patties on my bun. Sweet potato fries might be the best I’ve ever had. Just slightly over cooked. JUST THE WAY I LIKE THEM. How did they know? Pulled pork sandwich was well made and flavorful (no I didn’t eat two sandwiches) slaw needed so. e help, quite a bit of help. Bland and moist not creamy. Waitress/​barkeep I’m sorry I don’t remember your name. You did a good job for being the only wait staff on that side of the resaurant. Th e sweet potato fries gave you five stars, the sliders on my bun knocked it to 4.5 and the slaw took you to 4. All in all I will be back, if that’s how the fries are all the time I’ll be back fairly regularly. Enjoyed my time in the establishment.

Have lived near here for 7 years thinking that it was just a bar. Boy are we glad we decided to check it out because we discovered a wonderful restaurant was here as well. The staff was immediately friendly and greeted us, and then seated us. We loved the décor and felt like we were transported far away from Fort Wayne.
I was amazed at the beer selection as I am an avid fan of different beers. I’ll get the negative out of the way off the bat so I can concentrate on the many positives. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the first beer I ordered, I was told they don’t carry anymore; the second one I was told there was some sort of ban or embargo on the beer; but luckily the third was there. So my suggestion would be to scrutinize the beer menu and remove the ones that aren’t available long-​term.
Now with that said, let’s get to the good stuff-​the food. We started with the boneless Thai chicken wings and were utterly pleased with them. The chicken wasn’t the normal over-​breaded boneless wings we have gotten from other places. They were light with a crispy skin. The Thai sauce was spectacular as well and it wasn’t over done. Many times when I have had something with Thai peanut sauce, the restaurant douses the chicken with it, almost drowning out any of the chicken flavor. Not here. It was a light, delicious Thai peanut sauce.
For the entrees, I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with «Smack & Cheese» (smoked mack and cheese) and my wife had the pulled pork barbecue sandwich with fries. My sandwich was delicious, and the side was as well, although the side was a tad on the lukewarm-​side on the top but that was okay. My wife said hers was delicious.
Now for the gold star-​dessert. I have a sweet tooth and have sampled desserts from Japan to Germany and I can tell you this-​I may have had the best bread pudding I have ever had in my life. Previously, the bread pudding at the Bön Ton café in New Orleans held that title for me, but not anymore. WARNING — It is huge and can easily feed 2 people. It comes in this sauce that I can only describe as liquid sex. Seriously, it was amazing. Right now I am wanting some.
We left the restaurant the way we should — satisfied, stomachs full but still wanting more, and ready to pass out in front of the TV. We will definitely be back.

Went there for Sunday breakfast and everything was amazing, the crêpes are to die for and the service was fantastic. I felt bad for the staff as there was a very abusive customer from Chicago who was loud, rude and making everyone uncomfortable. Kudos to the staff for handling this with class and once again proving this is a great place to eat and have a drink.

MUST GO! Foods great! Beer selection is awesome. Good hang out! Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The service at the Lucky Moose/​Lucky Turtle is the best. Food is great! I love the smoked Chicken Wrap, the Cubano Sandwich, and the Crab Cake Po’ boy to name a few. As far as appetizers go, the smoked salmon dip is really good. The wings are great as well. I haven’t had a bad meal here and we go several times a month.

I rented the party room in the back of the restaurant to throw a surprise 30^th birthday party for my husband! Everything was so perfect and I couldn’t be happier. All the staff played along with the surprise. The food was great and many of the guests commented how delicious it was.(pizza, wings, spinach and artichoke dip). We received the best service! We had about 30 people at the party and the bar tender was on top of it and made sure the buffet line was stocked and presentable, he was very attentive and cleared off all the tables after people were done eating, and he ran the bar and poured great drinks. There is a wide variety of craft beers and cider beers available which many of the guested commented on and thought was great. We were able to bring in live music and ended up staying til the closing hours! We were having so much fun no one wanted to leave! If you are looking for a spot to rent for a party come to the lucky moose! I have no complaints everything was perfect! Can’t wait to come back for dinner!

If you have not been here it is a must!!! The salad bar is to die for!!! Everything was so fresh and absolutely wonderful. We had a T bone steak special it was seasoned and cooked perfectly! The service was equally as wonderful! Our waiter was very helpful and we never wanted for anything. We will definitely be back

Everytime i come here the service has been very good. There was a slite wait the second time i came here but it was due to a peraon in my party coming late. The food has always veen really goos. I have eaten the monterey chicken sandwich and it has been delicious i also got the hot pepper sandwoxh that was also very good. They have moose snacks that i absolitely loved.

Good place, stopped by for a quick bite, on a long road trip. Very convenient for having two young boys with us (they ate free) and service was excellent In Our visit, and very friendly.
