Walmart Supercenter

The only reason I don’t give this Walmart 1 star is that their isles most of the time, seem to be in very neat order. Other than that, Everything else about this store is terrible. The employees don’t even acknowledge your existence. Which would be ok to me if they were hard at work. But most of the time, they are not, they are busy bs’ing with each other. And that’s if you can actually find a employee.
Depending on the time, there might not be a employee in the section that you’re at. No matter where you are, you will more than likely have to walk all the way to the grocery department to find someone. Also, don’t go there between 9pm to 6am. For some unexplained reason, this walmart shuts down their U-​scans YET, only has 1 register open. So if you forget or need 1 single thing, you will be stuck in line for sometimes close to the 30 minutes (I left at 30 minutes) because they shove everyone to that single register.
It’s a joke to have a store that big and only one cashier. I hate going here and try to stay away from it whenever I can. Try to go to Meijer or Aldi instead.

This location will not cash my paychecks which are allowed at any other walmart I have been to, manager was a total ass about it. That’s wal mart for you, terrible everything.

I go to this walmart only out of necessity but i feel i have gone enough to make a valid assessment.
1. The checkout lanes are barely being used, at most i have seen 2 – 3 lanes open and the self checkout lanes have employees herding people into them like animals waiting for slaughter.
2. Employees have a tendency to ignore you unless you make a total *** out of yourself, only then will they do the bare minimum to assist you. I do not like employees bugging me every two seconds but neither do i like a department that is essentially a ghost town. I need a happy medium so to speak.
3. Technically this is not walmarts fault but they could institute a policy to handle this issue. Too many customers camping out in the middle of an isle playing catch up with each other. There is a time and a place for that and it’s either sitting in front of your computer on facebook or meeting your friends at a local pub. Perhaps they need to institute a rule that states you cannot take up space in an isle past a specific point of time.
4. Walmart needs to either update the self checkout system so that is functions properly or they need to remove it. Too many times i have had it totally screw up on me.
5. Bathrooms– The faucets are always broken, toilets damaged by customers, they don’t keep toilet paper stocked.
6. Many isles are littered with open food containers from customers eating in the isles, pop cans half empty hidden in the clothes department, Merchandise tags stashed inside pillow cases and tool boxes, the entire store is a cesspool of thievery!
I’ll start shopping at maysville walmart instead!

Worst Walmart ever. We just moved to Fort Wayne and went to Walmart for some household stuff. We purchased more than $ 200 stuff, including a table cloth, which we thought is made of cotton based on the package. However, we found it is some kind of plastic when we opened the package at home. So I brought it back for return. The lady at the customer service and her manager gave me a really hard time. They said the same thing as I would said to them, the table cloth is different from shown on the picture with very rude attitude and suspicious look. I would have returned all my purchases if I am not too lazy. But definitely no more stop at this store.

I don’t enjoy going to Walmart, but they have almost everything and the prices are good. So, just like everyone else on here giving bad reviews of this establishment, I too find myself walking the aisles from time to time.

Filthy restrooms. Lacking customer service.
They seem to have less and less humans manning check-​out lines anymore. Instead, they corral you like animals through the self check-​outs with one attendant that is always busy fixing a problem at another register. This corporation is way too large to not have adequate people to man registers during the holiday season. I’m going to Target and Meijer from now on. DONE!

I like this Wal-​mart. Its big busy and clean for the most part. I use to shop here a lot.
