If you want to dress up as a cowboy/​girl for a boot scooting night on the town, this place would work. Staff doesn’t have a clue about their products. Over priced, poor service.

Service was really bad, nobody helped me and when I asked where certain items where they just pointed instead of helping or showing me. I came all the way from Hawaii to come to this store and the girls there was not helpful at all. I did spend $ 433 there. My cell phone ended up dying and I asked if I could use there phone to call me a taxi and she told me «NO» cause they can’t use there phones and she didn’t know how to work the land line… I wasn’t very happy!!! I had to go to Best Buy and use there phone to call me a taxi. I went to another cavenders in Dallas (I think) and there customer service was AWESOME!!! I think I’ll just stick to online shopping

Looking for some western duds. These guys were awesome. Found the perfect boots.
Wear a size mens 13, and they were one of the few places with extensive selection of luchesse boots in that size.
Also found a straw hat that was steamed to fit while we waited. Was special to have attentive service at a chain place. Would recommend to anyone. The selection is hard to beat

I guess you have to be a white person in order to get help at this store. I made the salesman talk to me. Rude, rude, rude… Sheplers wins, hands down… I made the drive for better service… any service for that matter

Staff was very rude and no one wanted to help! I asked a couple of employees here for help and I seemed like a bother to them. I ended up having to google the differences in products since they were a Christmas present and I had no idea what I was buying. Will not shop here again. I’ll stick to online.

Only came for the boots!
The best and cutest boots over $ 100/​$ 200. Bought kids boots that I’m glad I fit into and spent $ 120.
