Food was really good, I had a Salmon Cesaer Salad, however, the service was NOT good. The girls up front looked miserable and talked away from each of the customers. The server I had was really standoff the whole time and he took a really long time to take my order, never checked on me after my order came and someone else cleaned my table as I waited for my bill with my cc out for about 5 minutes. I have worked in food service and this restaurant was not busy enough to have this bad of service.

It’s ok. I think it’s way overpriced. Pork chops were kinda tough. I used to love this place when they had more steak choices. The service is always good.

Poor service, management was very rude and the food tasted like something a ten year old can make wearing a blind fold.

I’ve never been to Charleston’s before, it was a pleasant surprise. The service was really great, we were seated quickly and the server came over quickly. We ordered their queso with sausage as appetizer, nice and thick and great flavor. Not particularly spicy but still good flavor. They have a pretty decent sized menu, I went with their special of bass and got their caesar salad with it. The caesar salad was amazing, really great flavor and almost spicy but not overpowering. I ordered the bass blackened with veggies. The bass was cooked alright, the veggies had really great flavor. I wish I had gotten their ribeye which was also one of their specials. Some of the others at our table ordered ribs which looked awesome.

Our first visit was truly an exceptional dining experience! The host staff was friendly and accommodating(even when we asked to change our reserved table to the bar area). Our server James provided EXCELLENT service — I cannot praise him enough!!! The 14 oz. prime rib was cooked to perfection and a thing of beauty. The Chicken Piccata was absolutely delightful and so tender, each bite melted in your mouth! We passed on the house salads with entrees and loaded up on sides — okra, brussel sprouts, and burgundy mushrooms and were very pleased with our choices! Just wonderful meals, excellent wine selection, relaxed yet fining dining atmosphere. I highly recommend Charleston’s for any occasion!

I recently went here for the first time, with 8 other people for a work event. The food was good, the place looked nice, and the service was on point. But that said, it is prohibitively expensive. I paid $ 14 for a «taco salad» — it was tasty, but there was nothing truly remarkable about it that would warrant such a high price. Most of the menu was the same — $ 19 for pork chops, $ 16 for chicken tenders, even a basic cheeseburger is $ 12! After tip and drink, your lunch will be over $ 20. Summary: I enjoyed it but I don’t intend to return because it’s not worth the cost.

I was in the area today and decided to check this place out for dinner. Easy to find in a busy area. They have a sign outside that tells you if there is immediate seating available. They seemed pretty busy for a Wednesday night. The hostess and servers were really nice. I ordered the chicken club salad to start with. The salad was good. It had a really lightly fried chicken, avocados, cheese and tomatoes. The bread that came with the salad was delicious as well. It was so soft and warm, tasted like it had honey and butter already. The croutons were also good too. Soo buttery. I probably could of had just that for my meal but wanted to try something else from their specialty menu. I ordered the chicken fried steak. It came with a side of mash potatoes and glazed carrots. It’s hard to find a good chicken fried steak. A lot of times there is too much batter in the fried part. This one was just okay. The pics look good but tasted okay. I think I liked the salad better. Also think I needed more gravy but ended up taking most of it home. Didn’t get a chance to ask for more of the gravy sauce. Not sure I would order again. If you come to this place, it reminds me of another restaurant called The Social House, kind of pub like. Definitely similar menus. The atmosphere is nice. From the outside, I thought I was entering a $$$ priced restaurant, but the prices weren’t too bad, I thought it was lower than most places. Will maybe come back if I’m in the area, but most of the menu items are at your typical American casual dining restaurants.

I came to dinner here today with great anticipation and came away extremely disappointed. It started off bad with the drink order that our waiter botched. Got the attitude treatment from then on from him. Food was not value for money. Complained about the bland food & was met with ambivalence. I’ve had a lot better for a lot less. They have lost my business & earned this negative review.

This is my second visit, the first time I had a nice lunch. So I returned today and ordered a steak dinner with a baked potato. The steak was dry as was the baked potato. I asked the waiter for butter because the potato was hard and dry and had barely any cheese or bacon and sour cream in it and he came out several minutes later with butter, but no offer to rectify the potato and he didn’t ask at all how the food was after I’d mentioned the potato was dry. We Didn’t get offered dessert. Highly priced and the whole experience was disappointing. Food and service was not value for money. Very poor value and I won’t return.

3 words. Salmon Caesar Salad. Absolutely delicious, I get cravings for that dish. They also make a great spinach and artichoke dip. They are pricey which makes me sad so I don’t go as often as I’d like, and their happy hour prices are very weak. $ 0.75 off an already expensive margaritta? But the service and food have been awesome each time I’ve been.

One of our favorite places to go have lunch after going to the Kimball Museum The Champagne salad dressing is balanced, not too sweet, not to tangy, just perfect. The baby back ribs the meat really falls off the bone. The BBQ beans and fries are amazing. Too close it all up the bread pudding is out of this world.

The service was very good. We had JAMES as Our server and he was awesome. The food on the other hand was very disappointing. I had a salmon salad and it was over seasoned and over cooked. Didn’t even taste like salmon. My husband had chicken picata and we have no idea where this recipe came from. It was served with dry pasta. Their was also a lot of fruit flys at our table. It’s a shame because it’s a nice ambiance.

Our second restaurant here in Fort Worth on our visit from Virginia. After the dismal dinner last night at BJs, this was sublime. We sat at the bar and Brad was fantastic. Very open and friendly. Service was on point Food came quickly and was good. My husband even had dessert. Nice atmosphere and friendly people at the bar. Will definitely come again!

I want to like Charleston’s, but I just can’t. I mostly review my take-out experiences at restaurants, and Charleston’s does everything wrong. They have a curbside to-go door, but they don’t list their to-go number anywhere. To place a to-go order you call the main line which is answered by a host expecting to take a reservation(not rude, just awkward). They then transfer you to the kitchen(this usually takes a bit of time) to place the to-go order. Why not skip this step, and just list the take-out phone number? Or, better yet, give the option to order online. Placing an order always feels really clunky and unnatural. The food is average and extremely overpriced. I’ve never really been satisfied with a meal from Charleston’s, and more often than not I’m disappointed. I haven’t been back since I ordered their $ 19.00 «Famous French Dip,» and bit into what I assume was a piece of bone. Skip Charleston’s — Anything on their menu can be easily found at another restaurant around town, and the food would probably be cheaper and higher quality. 2-stars because the staff has always been friendly.

I bring friends and co-workers here often for business lunches and Charleston’s never disappoints. The service is excellent, the food comes out quickly and perfectly prepared, and the atmosphere is comfortable whether you’re here on business or pleasure. Today, Charleston’s took my experience to a whole new level. I brought two friends for lunch who are serving in the Texas Army National Guard and visiting from Killeen. The service was excellent, as always, and they(my friends) absolutely raved about Charleston’s food. What was so impressive? Charleston’s comped their meals. Wow! What a wonderful way to express appreciation to our service members. Thank You Charleston’s! I will definitely be back.

Great Place!!! We sat at the bar to watch football. The service from Danielle the bartender was amazing! They wrote our names on a name card. The bourbon selection was great. A double was only 2 dollars more. Our apetizer was amazing as well. The Shrimp Cargot. The steaks were cooked as we asked. Amazing food and service.

Great place, limited menu, and everything is awesome! The must try is the shrimp cargot… Just order it!!! The steaks are fresh, LOVELOVELOVE their ranch dressing. The sides are very good, and don’t you dare get out of there without trying their honey butter croissants! Place is dark, quite, reasonably priced with a cool low key bar area. Service is always great. I truly cannot find one thing wrong with this place. So why not 5 stars? Because only the truly remarkable gets 5, but this place is a solid 4.5 stars.

We’ve at at Charleston’s several times before. It’s a nice casual place with a date night atmosphere. They’ve gone up in price over the last few years. I’ve had their steaks, pork chops, chicken and fish. I’ve always liked their steaks. Loved their pork chops. This last time we came I got the half roasted chicken and wasn’t very thrilled with it. Not flavorful or moist at all. However, everything I’ve had other than that has been good. They did have a chicken plate that had the chicken smothered in havarti cheese on it. It was sooo good, but they took it off the menu. Service can be slow here. They also have a gluten free menu.

I’ve only been here twice, but I like Charleston’s. There are a lot of yummy items on the menu, and I’m eager to go back to Charleston’s to try them all! Both of my visits have been with staff members, so I’ve been able to see some of the different lunch items they serve. On my most recent visit I got the chicken fried steak. By the by, the portions here are huge! I I had enough to take half home for dinner. My chicken fried steak was tender, flavorful, and I loved the crunchy — cheery breaking. The chicken fried steak is served with glazed carrots and mashed potatoes. So yummy! The mashed potatoes are rustic style with little bits of potato skin, and the carrots are sweet but not too sweet. I was surprised at how much I liked the glazed carrots. I could eat those over and over. I also tried a croissant and it was soft and buttery. My coworkers rave about the baked potato soup! I had it the last time I visited and it was really good. It is creamy and thick with bits of potato, and it is topped with a cute little mound of green onions, bacon, and cheese. There is a lunch option you can do where you get soup and salad, and it’s a decent size bowl of soup and decent sized salad. The sandwiches are also big enough for you to eat half and take the other half home. The chicken avocado club is yummy also. The service is also great. Our server was really friendly, attentive, and even made us laugh! He also asked us if we wanted drinks to go, which I thought was a nice touch. I will definitely be back!
