Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse of White Sttlmnt

Went here to buy a piece of wood to fix my fence. I know that they will cut a board for you so I asked the men in the department to do that for me. I was very disappointed to hear them tell me that the wood was «impossible to cut». I was even more annoyed when they tried to explain to me why wood is «impossible to cut». These men treated me like I was an Idiot and I will never be going back. It’s Home Depot for me!

This review is for the plant nursery manager. He helped us find the perfect plants for our porch and made sure they were in our price range.

This one has more dryers than the Bryant Irvin location, but fewer kitchen sinks. (This review is in my «Note to Self» file folder).

Customer service here is poor at best. I am here often and I can hardly ever find someone to assist me! I’ve been in the process of remodeling everything at my house (yard to interior). The home depot near by is just as disappointing so I continue to come here. Not a fan but it’s necessary. The only redeeming thing is Melinda in the paint department– she is a doll!

May 29, 2011 went to purchase a dishwasher with an ad from Best Buy to price match! when I arrived the customer service was poor, had to wait 15 minutes before someone approached us! I’m Standing in the big ticket area! appliances! I wanted to price match my ad and they said sure, but they would not honor my Military discount on top of the Price match+10% !!!
And for god sakes! My family has served this country and Lowe’s will not honor an additional 10% Military discount for Memorial day? because they can’t combine 3 discounts? «PriceMatch, with 10% + Military» ???
what an Insult!!!
I even asked to speak to the manager! he could careless!
Never… Never!!! will I shop at Lowe’s!!! Poor Customer service!!! Poor Price policy!!! and an insult to all who have served this Country!!!

The service is irritating.
They follow you around and want to help a little too much. So if you go there to look around, be prepared for help to butt in a lot.
