This location is horrible. … spent 45 minutes and got no food… getting a refund was a horrible ordeal… That afternoon manager is something else, I could see that drive through employees were embarrassed with her rude ways… I only got a refund after other customers also started asking for their money back…

Yikes! Felt chastised because I asked for more than two packets of artificial sweetener with a large iced tea. Came back this morning for coffee. Different employee, different product, same store, same attitude. That over packets of artificial sweetener.
Why is it McDonald’s thinks I should spend money here?

This will be my first and perhaps only review of a «fast food» establishment. As infrequent as I do eat at a McDonald’s I found it worth the wild to write about the McDonald’s on Alta Mere Drive in Fort Worth. Everything from the ambiance, cleanliness, and customer service is unexpectedly great. Recently incorporating the «café feel» repertoire, the décor is inviting, modern, and sophisticated like that of most well established «sit down» restaurants. The store is perhaps the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been to in the United States, and comparable to that of the stores in Japan which are notoriously known for such superb cleanliness and customer service. The staff is consistently well groomed, cheerful, motivated, and overall accommodating, all very rare traits throughout the service industry these days. Should you find yourself in the need for a quick bite or one of the specialty coffees now being offered by McDonald’s, I strongly recommend you stop by this Mickey D when in the area.
