In search of a great pizza in the Keller/Fort Worth area, we think we found it. Love the thin crust. I am paying for toppings not bread! Great job! Got the meat and the veggie. Will definitely order again!

OK, I have to «throw in the towel» on this one. Didn’t write a review on the first visit, which was disappointing in flavor and the cleanliness of guest tables, but can now say A) the Pizza Inn wonderful buffet I knew as a child is gone, and B) you pay $ 6.49, you get $ 6.49. Salad bar fresh, pasta«blah»(and this was one of my main reasons for visiting — pasta craving), and most pizzas looked overcooked– and were — compounded by my inability to discern what toppings were on the pizzas(sausage or hamburger, for example). Someone yelled, «Welcome to Pizza Inn» when I walked in, though I’m not sure whom. Cashier was«blah.» Someone whom I assume was the manager putting out pizzas later was«blah.» Decision: I’ve always expected more from Pizza Inn because I grew up eating Pizza Inn, and would have paid more to have quality Pizza Inn(think $ 8.99) but since they’ve obviously made a corporate decision to move to cheap, fast and«blah,» I’m going to return to another pizza buffet chain I was trying to leave, pay $ 5.99, know the pasta has flavor but the salad bar is limited and the pizza is mediocre and start looking for other quick lunch opportunities.

As a former employee of the company, I know how to make their pizza and this is NOT it. This was way to salty for them to be following the recipe. I felt sorry for those eating off the buffet as it was all old and dried up pizza. The buffet pizza was well over a half hour old when we got there and it was never changed for the half our we were there. The floor had a few scraps of paper on it and no one to sweep or wipe tables down. I felt like asking if the place were for sale since it has potential — for someone who does it right.

My husband and I eat here quiet regularly. They have gone through some changes for sure. Thought it was getting better. We came to eat lunch today 3÷8÷15 and while praying for 2 buffets we asked if we could special order he said yes and we did. They never told us or order was out. After waiting we decided to go look… sure enough it was out there. My husband told the guy get thanks for letting us know the pizza was out he just nodded his head. Music was so loud you couldn’t hear each other across the table. Pizza was all cold. Terrible don’t think we will be back!

Not sure why my 4 year-old loves this place so much, but he does. So we come here sometimes as a treat for him. The people are always friendly, and the chocolate dessert pizza is great. Otherwise, this is just an average overpriced pizza buffet.

Came in with family for the buffet. Kitchen staff not keeping up, what little pizza that is out is cold. Employees trying to tell my wife she should«just eat what is out.

We decided to stop and grab a quick bite before heading out of the pumpkin patch on a Sunday. The place was slightly busy, but walked in to order and had to wait a few minutes due pizzas were coning out of the oven. When i did order 4 adults, 1 kids and 4 drinks with 1 adult togo drink. The manager gave me 4 small togo drink cups. After we ate i wanted to exchanged for an adult togo cup, they made me pay again. It was a bad experience and probably will not come back again.

Where do I start? This Pizza Inn is horrible. We have tried giving it several«tries». Today, October 10th, will be our absolute last visit. We sat at FOUR different tables because they were so sticky. Later we found out why — the person cleaning them was using a dirty rag! No cleaner — just a dirty rag and only then he «washed» maybe ¾ths of it. There was cheese — dried cheese stuck the the top of the napkin dispenser on our table. The pizza was burnt or it was very dried out. Come on people… take pride in your work and in your company. Done with Pizza Inn.

We were greeted by an older lady at the register who was impatient and rude when my group of 5 children couldn’t decide if they wanted water or soda. When I apologized she tried covering up her rudeness with a fake chuckle. When we tried to sit where the games were all the tables said reserved. When I asked the same Lady said they were cleaning that area up to close it. It was 8:00 on a Friday night… they didn’t close until 10:00. Then the entire time we were there with out group of 9 paying customers the staff were consumed with cleaning and closing the restaurant. Again, it was 2 hours before closing. When we were leaving at 9:30 more customers showed up and the staff hollered at the others with«oh no». This place obviously doesn’t want business. It’s a shame too… pizza inn buffets are good.

My wife has been a long time fan of Pizza Inn, but over the past few years they have been VERY few and far between both near us and where we hang out. In fact, I thought maybe they had gone through bankruptcy! — a little research shows they have been concentrating on overseas markets the past few years. So the important thing is it is as good as she remembers it, so if you are a past fan of Pizza-Inn do stop by. Pizza is not my first choice when dinning and I will say I enjoyed it too. As others have said it follows the Ci-Ci’s Model, with a game room and a buffet, BUT I would say it is a cut above Ci-Ci’s — the buffet is much fresher — the Pizza is much better — with a wider selection of thick/thin crust as well as various types– and they will make Pizzas to order if you have a craving for a specific type — they did an Italian Sausage for my wife, I wish I had asked for more of the Buffalo Chicken! Last — Save space for the Chocolate Chip«Pizza» it is the only«Dessert» Pizza I have ever wanted more of! Gourmet? No, but good pizza none the less — I would come back and remember I am not a Pizza Fan!

I’ve been a fan of Pizza Inn since I was born from the southeast side of Dallas now to Ft. Worth!(30+years). Being new to the Tarrant County area Pizza Inn’s are always a necessity. Since there’s not many around(which there needs to be) we’ve found this gem. Now I’ve given many pizza places a whirl from mom n pop to the franchises but Pizza Inn has always out done the competition even though some come runner up. The management and staff are very friendly which just put the icing on the cake. Pizza on buffet open to close is always FRESH and never old like some places. I give this Pizza In 5 out of 100 stars and will continue the 35 minute drive when we’re craving pizza.

It’s a pizza buffet. I think that’s all that needs to be said. It’s about quantity, not quality. The salad bar was a hot mess and what was supposed to be a pasta bar was almost embarrassing. Needs a good cleaning around the serving area where the salad bar was. I went to the one in the Alliance center shopping center. If you got a lot of kids… go for it if you can look past the«questionable» cleanliness.

Decent delivery pizza. The crust was on the chewy side, with mild sauce. We ordered sausage and black olives. We also got a Caesar salad, which included cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and about a half pound of dried bacon bits. It was sort of weird toppings for a Caesar salad. The dressing was pretty bad too, so the salad bombed. We got our little one an order of $ 5 spaghetti with meat sauce. It was good, and the breadsticks that came with it were probably the best part of the entire meal. The delivery was fast and food arrived hot. I placed the order online, relatively fast and painless. All in we dropped about $ 28 bucks with tip and delivery charges. We’d only order again if we were desperate

I was excited when my kid chose Pizza Inn for lunch instead of a burger. I remembered the Pizza Inn of way back so it was hard not to be annoyed when I walked into this glorified CiCi’s. Same tables, same yellow plates, same lame-O run of the mill cheap pizza. They’ve got a nice salad bar with ample choice and it looks clean and fresh. I almost hate to admit it, but the chocolate chip dessert pizza is really good. Almost made up for my disappointment, but not quite. I planned on one star, but that’s not fair. It’s just fine for what it is. Clean, the buffet is stocked, they keep the tables cleared for you.

Pizza Inn A very cool alternative to CiCi’s Pizza. Better Salad Bar! Of course my favorite is the Chocolate Chip and Vanilla Pudding Pizza! Chocolate Chip and Vanilla Pudding Pizza Introduction This was a great experience. The kids enjoy it. We had to try this new(Been in Business since the 1960’s but new to us) place called Pizza Inn. It was an absolute pleasure. If you’ve ever been to a CiCi’s it’s very much the same… just better. Clean Fresh Environment. Friendly staff. That was the first thing I noticed. The whole staff down to the very last person seemed genuinely happy to be there. I am big proponent of treating your staff well so that they treat the customers well. This place seems to do so. Food The Pizza bar had more selection that CiCi’s generally has without asking. The Manager/Chef was constantly calling out pizza’s as they left the oven so the diners would know there was a new selection. There was always a new selection. He kept the trays full and varied. Dessert Pizza’s were no exception either. There was so many different kinds, unlike the two or three I’m used to. They even had a Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza, which won my heart immediately. There was also a FULL salad bar, different lettuce choices, many veggies, potato salad, macaroni salad, and two soups. They carried Dr. Pepper AND Root Beer my favorite and my Wife’s Favorite! Anyplace without Dr. Pepper is sub-par immediately… lol Cost It’s a bit more expensive than CiCi’s. It was about $ 7 plus drinks per adult and $ 4 per kid, but there are coupons on the website you can print and bring in. It’s also worth the extra because the experience was more enjoyable. I didn’t feel like I was settling for less because I didn’t have a «Full Service Restaurant» budget that day. Games There was a small arcade that takes quarters, always a plus with kids. They also had four TV’s to watch the Ranger Game on! Always a plus. Tip for the Consumer: Special Orders — You don’t see what you want? Just ask anyone and they will special order it for you. And so that you don’t feel bad, maybe you just wanted two slices and you don’t want the rest going to waste, they’ll just put it up and the bar and announce that a special order of XYZ Pizza is now available so you can get as much or little as you want. There have been so many times I didn’t order what I wanted at CiCI’s because I didn’t want them to waste a whole pizza on me, not at Pizza Inn. They just put it up front and you get what you want. Easy, no pressure. Bring some cash There are people walking around constantly asking if you need anything, taking your empty/used plates. It would be a great idea to leave a few dollars as a «Thank you» Tip for the hard working young people. Also the coins would be helpful if you want to play the games… ok, I’m sure it’s just for the kids right? By DarrellWolfe To see my pictures with the review, or for more reviews:

The place was amazing the first week it opened. The last two times we’ve been, the pizza has been old and took a while to get a fresh pie out. Finally got the wings(no sauce) and they rocked my socks off. Always a good alternative from Cici’s crap-tastic pizza. The second to last time we went one of the workers was yelling about something to every worker. He made his way from the kitchen to the front and back chatting it up. Started to get annoying until we fished and left.
