Between Albertsons, Ralphs and Stater Bros., Albertson’s is definitely the higher priced store. I cannot fathom why shoppers fill their carts fill with groceries when they could, undoubtedly, find most things in their baskets much cheaper somewhere else. I only shop in Albertson’s if I have a pharmacy pick-up or I need an item quickly and I’m in that shopping center. Otherwise, I would NEVER shop here.

Since I no longer shop at the«R» word I have started shopping here. The store is a little older but the staff are awesome! They have mostly everything I need, no Ezekiel bread but Choc chip waffles in the large box! Veggies are nice and fresh and I saved the stamps and received two Cuisinart pans! Nice bonus.

I stopped in here for a quick snack the other day. This grocery store is in a convenient location and has polite staff. I thought their selection of produce was good, and the store itself was quite clean. I would return here again.

I just want to write this review and applaud Jim, the store manager, on his great customer service skills. My last trip to this location was less than satisfactory and Jim did everything he could to fix the problem. Thank you Jim for being so kind and for sincerely caring about each and every customer that visits your store. Will continue doing my weekly grocery shopping here!

nicely laid out, and very clean. prices are pretty high compared to other stores, but i guess somewhat fair for the area. theres a US Bank in there, along with redbox and a few lottery machines. convenient for those who need it. starbucks seems to be a big hit too.

I used to shop at the Albertsons all the time… I couldnt remember why I stopped until I went in there again a week or two ago — and they had nothing that I was looking for. I ended up putting my basket down and leaving the store. The last few times I had been in the store, the staff was not very friendly. I love when I ask someone how they are and they just look at me, then go back to what they are doing without responding. I go to Ralphs in the next shopping center and find everything I need… not always less attitude, but they have more of a selection :)

This Albertson’s seems pretty dead most of the time compared to the other one across from mile square. It’s convenient I guess if you’re gonna be eating in that plaza, but other than that the layout is kind of weird and items aren’t usually fully stocked

This is my local Albertsons and one of the bonus features is that they serve fresh sushi and if you get there at the right time you can see them making it. It is a pretty clean store and I am hooked on the game they are doing right now! And they have a Starbucks and two Redbox’s inside! FYI as of January 1st, 2012 you can no longer purchase alcohol in the self check out!

Well I work here, so I guess I have a bias opinion… but my family has been shopping here before I started working so we’ve been going here for years. I can truly say we have a great set of employees who like to help customers out, especially me… :) the store is pretty small compared to other stores but we still carry a good selection of items. If you’re looking for organic or gluten free items, you probably shouldn’t come to this albertsons, we have a very small selection. Most of the stuff people are looking for tend to be on isle 15:(sugar, flour, baking supplies, marshmallows, instant jello, canned fruit, cake mix, oils, seasonings and spices) Hispanic, Asian, and other world foods are on isle 13… Anyways, we love our customers(especially the regulars) and I can say it’s a good family place for everyone… :)

This is the first time I reviewed a place that is not a restaurant so I hope this is helpful for any Unilocalers out there. Facility: Not as large as other Albertsons like the one on Brookhurst and Edinger but it has a more friendly vibe to it being slightly smaller. The store is very clean, bright and stocked. The produce section has fresh veggies and sometimes even has good deals on their fruits. The Deli has lots of good choices for quick meals and tons of bread. The alcohol section is right in the front when you first enter and it’s huge! If you’re having a BBQ or a party, this store has you hooked up. As for me, I was occupied by the ice cream section. There is a deal if you get 4 small cups for $ 5 on the Haagen Dazs Mango or Raspberry Sorbet. It’s so cute and the perfect snack size where you don’t over do the dessert. I love it! In the juice section, there’s also single serving size juice bottles which make packing lunch for work so easy. Service: The staff here has been pretty helpful when I get lost trying to find certain products. For example, I was looking for large marshmallows for a bonfire and walked the whole store. I finally asked someone in the meat department and they were kind enough to walk me to the marshmallows and even pointed out the ones on sale, colorful ones or cute tiny ones. There are other helpful moments but I’ll keep it simple by saying the staff has been helpful when needed. Overall Determination: I like to scope out a place a few times before leaving a review to make sure the first experience isn’t a fluke. I have been shopping here every few months for over a year now so that means they’ve been doing things right to keep me coming back. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for helping out this easily lost girl all the time. ;)
