I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and in that time Dan has always been honest and an amazing mechanic. It’s not easy finding good a mechanic that’s honest and good. You get both honest and an awesome mechanic that treats your car as if it were his own. Dealer parts and or OEM parts when applicable not auto zone parts.

Why go to a dealer or someone whom you don’t know. Give him a shot. You have nothing to. loose but time. Your going to get the work done anyways why not here so you can finally stop your search for an awesome trust worry mechanic.

This is my first review ever on Unilocal and I have to say Dan is worth leaving a review for. This has been long overdue. Dan is such an amazing and honest mechanic. I have been going to him for oil changes along with any other car issues that I’ve had for the past seven years. Basically my whole family goes to him now; uncles, cousins, and siblings. He charges you a fair price, cheaper compared to other places, and does amazing work. With Dan, you feel a sense of trust, unlike other dreadful mechanics where you always feel ripped off. He owns his own shop and it’s just him and an assistant. He is such a nice, knowledgeable, kind, and humble mechanic, you need to give him a try. He will not haggle you like other mechanics and will not overcharge you for things you don’t need to get fixed if it’s not necessary. He will be honest and let you decide what you want to fix. What pushed me to finally write this review was my uncle’s recent visit to Dan regarding his AC. He got a quote from another place for $ 1200 to fix his AC. Dan took a look and said it was minor and would only cost $ 160 to get it fixed. We need more honest and knowledgeable mechanics like him. Give Dan a try, you will not regret it. Trust me.

My manager highly recommended Dan, and now I can see why. Dan is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to him.
My car’s AC wasn’t starting up, and my local mechanic could not figure out the cause. My local mechanic did determine the AC compressor was working fine though. I decided to take it to the dealer and they told me the exact opposite: the AC compressor is broken, and both the compressor and condenser needed to be replaced for about $ 2000. Yikes.
I needed a 3^rd opinion before I spent that much money, so my work manager recommended me to Dan. Dan investigated and determined that my local mechanic was correct: there were no problems with the AC compressor. Dan found that the AC freon was empty, and that was why the AC compressor was not starting (as a protection mechanism). He recharged the AC freon for less than $ 200, and ta-​da the AC was working fine again.
If it wasn’t for Dan’s expertise, I would have gotten ripped off by the dealer. Thanks a lot Dan!

Dan is the most honest, knowledgeable, friendliest mechanic, we have been so lucky to have, working on our cars. Very reasonable in prices too. We recommend him to all our family and friends. He is the BEST!

Dan’s the best and super thorough… He always takes the time to troubleshoot every possible source of a problem so that nothing gets overlooked. He is knowledgeable, honest, and fair in every way, I guess that’s why he only gets 5 stars on Unilocal!!!

Took my car in here for a brake pad serviced and I was hearing noises from my car. My car feels great now. The mechanic was honest about what services I needed and did not need. Prices are reasonable for the high quality work you get. You can’t find another guy like this.

Dan is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I know. His priority is to get your car fixed within your budget. There’s been times when other chain repair shops *cough*cough* pep boys have tried to persuade me to «fix» an issue I didn’t know about for hundreds of dollars, when Dan found out the issue for a fraction of that cost. I’ve recommended friends and family because I know Dan is a man of his word being honest and trutworthy and that’s a rare quality to find mechanics. Will keep coming here until he retires.
