Garage Doors And Windows

I am extremely puzzled by this situation. We used Jose to replace our garage doors and two windows in our living room when we first bought our house 3 years ago. He was great and till this day his work looks really good. Remembering the good service I received I called him a couple weeks ago to get an estimate to replace a few windows and patio doors in our home.
Jose and his wife showed up at our home and took measurement. He was very prompt and came on time and was very courteous. After measuring he said he would get the quote to us by the end of next week which I was kind of disappointed about because I wanted to get this work done ASAP but I decided to just wait because he said he was very busy. End of next week rolls around and we don’t have a quote, I gave him a call and he gave me all these excuses and said he would have it to me within 3 days. Well 3 days passes and still no quote…
Why would he waste his time on a Saturday morning to come to my house to quote if he doesn’t want the job. Now I am having to waste my time and call other contractors to come to my house to quote this project. Clearly I am in the wrong business if people are making so much income that they are turning down making more money.

I highly recommend Jose and his wife. They were very responsive and did excellent work. I called at 3:00, they were there at 6:00 and done by 7:00. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Garage Doors and Windows again. A+

Jose and his wife are truly honest people, after my last guy ditch us and got us the wrong parts, Jose took the time to explain to us that we had to get the right parts to fixed our warehouse doors. He also explain us how to fix it our selves it problems tends to happens and he happened to be right around the corner to help us. Thank you Jose for your fast service. We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with Jose and his wife’s attention to detail. We needed a new garage door and opener and they came to give us an estimate the same day we called. They were so honest about what we needed and so reasonably priced we chose their company and we’re glad we did. They came when they said they would and installed a great system for us. Jose helped us with programming our cars and cleaned up and hauled away all the old materials. If you need a garage door these are the people you want.

Jose recently installed a new garage door for me. He was very responsive, answered all my questions and charged a fair price. He did the work quickly but was very thorough. He had to remove some shelving in our garage and was able to squeeze and opener into our space which didn’t have a ton of clearance. Would definitely recommend him.

Jose was so professional! I was a brand new customer who called an hour and ½ before closing and he found a way to come out to our house to fix our garage door right then and there. It was not an emergency – just a huge inconvenience for us, but he treated our issue as his number 1 priority. I thought for sure for his quick response and repair we would pay a fortune, but his price was more than fair. We were pleasantly surprised. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and as I stated professional. Our opener and door are pretty old, but he only told us how we could maintain them to make them last rather than upsell his products. When the time comes, we will go back to Jose for any repairs and replacements with our garage door and windows.

Really quick to respond. Showed up on time. Do really good work. I would give five thumbs up if I have more hands.

Wow! I’ve never been so impressed with the service that Jose and his staff provided. He went above and beyond and I will be using him in the future for all my garage needs and will refer everyone I know.
Our garage opener was at the end of it’s life and I had bought a new opener from lowes for a really good price. I inquire around and Jose had the best price around town to install it.
We scheduled a time and he called me prior to coming. He was very personal and polite. They did a really good job with installation.
Most company would leave after installation, but he went above and beyond and stay back to explain everything even though it was late. He answered all of my wife’s question and was really knowledgeable. It seems like he really enjoys doing his for a living. Kudos to him, keep up the good work!

I called Jose to help with the installation of a new garage door, track and opening system! He and his wife were fantastic! They brought me samples of the available doors and lots of choices for the windows. They had multiple options for the door opener itself and were very knowledgable regarding prices and styles. My door was installed 5 days after the quote/​order (they had it earlier but were very willing to accommodate my schedule!) I would recommend them to everyone!

I called Jose on a Sunday morning with a repair to my door. He answered the phone and came out to my home. He is always pleasant, clean and efficient. Within an hour he had repaired the sectional door and made it stronger than when it was new in 1999. His weekend price was the lowest I will ever get from service technicians. He has the most positive outlook on life I have encountered. This is the 3^rd call to Jose and the fact is he provides incredible products and service. Look no further. Jose is the man to call.

Jose was amazing! We wanted to have our garage door opener replaced because it was old, loud, and we couldn’t have a keypad with it. After having our appointment cancelled by SERVIZ (do no use them!), we called Jose. He was able to make it out that day!
The project ended up being more complicated than we thought. The previous owners had the tracks installed wrong, so there was a lot that needed to happen. Jose was at our place from 4 – 9:30 trying to fix it. He was not able to do it all, so he came back the next day with someone to work with him. It took a couple of hours and they were able to fix it all. He charged us a very fair price for about 7 hours of work.
This is the company to use! Absolutely no complaints from us. We now have a brand new, super quiet garage door that works properly.

We ran into a little problem when putting up or new garage door opener. basically the rail was too long because we have a beam ruining through the middle of our garage. I called at 8pm thinking I would just leave a message but Jose actually picked up, and talked for awhile with me about our issue. He came out the next day to see it for himself and we went over all the options. He was out two days later to install and everything went smoothly. Before he left he set up the remotes and keypad and showed me how to work the system. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. The quality and prices were excellent!

I have been meaning to write this review for months now. I came home one day to find my garage door was not opening. When I called, Jose answered and he was kind, courteous and professional from the beginning. He came at the end of the day when it was convenient for me after work.
He and his wife came out and educated me on the problem and explained exactly what would need to be done and did not try to sell me on anything additional. Even when I asked about the quality of my garage opener, he let me know I had a good one and it would last me at least another 10 years. That helped build my trust with him. It was a late night and he stayed until the work was complete and showed me how I can maintain the hinges with oil. He is very personable and I highly recommend his company to anyone. He will continue to get my business.

I called this company for a quote and from the first call to the face-​to-​face, the service was always courteous and professional. This company is friendly, trustworthy, and no-​nonsense. I found out that my garage door repair/​replacement was covered by my homeowner association while the vendor was at my home. He remained patient and allowed me to find out more information. Although I will not be able to use their services, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family or call again if I ever move and require garage door services.

I found Jose’s business on Unilocal,I called Him on Sunday morning, memorial holiday weekend, without expecting he would come to my house in 20 min right after his prior appt. Thank you for coming in such short notice and have our garage cables and torsion spring replace very efficient, another plus is that his labor and parts are very reasonable and come with one year warranty. He was very professional, honest, down to earth kinda business man. I’m glad I contacted him for garage services, I will definitely continue using his services, refer friends and family in the future.

Good service overall. Bought a garage door and opener (with installation). Estimating that we saved around $ 200 – 400 compared to getting similar products/​service at home depot. Pricing was straight forward for what we wanted.
Dinged 1-​star because he had to reschedule our quote a day earlier, which was fine. However, on the day of he was almost 2 hours off from the appointment time. This is normally no big deal, but we were just waiting around our vacant unfurnished house.
Service day of installation was fine, except he had my parents go out and buy an extension cord because he thought the plug wouldn’t reach. In the end he was able to reach it, so it was a waste of my parents time.
Friendly service overall, just a busy company at times. They do answer their phone which is always a plus.
