I was skeptical coming to this store after reading a negative review but I am glad I did. I realized everyone has their own expectations so I guess they rate accordingly. Nevertheless, I brought both an old laptop that I have that I was getting ready to get rid off and my iMac. My old laptop was cleaned from viruses, was updated and runs as good as it gets considering I have it for four years and I use it daily. Regarding my iMac Vasilis who works there was able to solve some of the issues I had, that even the technicians at the mac store were not able to solve. I have to work with microsoft products on my iMac together with some other software that for whatever reason they are not very compatible with the iMac. I called Microsoft and they wanted me to buy an annual membership to be able to troubleshoot even though I bought their software. The mac people told me that it is a microsoft issue so there is nothing they can do, so that is why I decided to bring it in and I am glad I did. I do not know what he did but my powerpoint does not shut off any more and I can scroll when I use word. All in all I had a really good experience and I will definitely use them again.

All the reviews posted are probably bullshit here’s a real review. We sent in 3 computers in good condition just wanted to clean them up have a little maintenance done to them. Instead received them back working like shit they suck now we have to call them every other day to come over and fix them and it was like 90 bucks each one. Fuck this company don’t spend your money here.

I’ve never been driven to the point where I needed to make a review about a place. When I was looking up laptop repairs on Unilocal,this place had 5 stars so I was very confident that this place would serve me well. Boy, was I wrong. My laptop’s A.C. jack broke off and needed a replacement. So I emailed the website and asked for a quote and Neelam sent me back a quote for 90 dollars. That’s not too bad. I had my friend drop off the laptop for me and the employee there said it was going to cost 160. Not a big deal but we said we got quoted for 90 and that was the end of it. That should have been flag #1 but no big deal. The repair would take 5 – 7 days and the laptop was dropped off April 11th, 2014. After 5 days of no response, I decided to call ACNT and ask what had happened. Turns out they ordered the wrong piece for the laptop and it would take another couple of days to order the right part. I had a huge project that needed to be done, but what can I do. Flag #2 After another couple days, I still haven’t heard anything from them. I ended up calling them on Saturday April 26th, 2014(15 days, 10 business days) and some guy picked up and he said that the motherboard had fried and that I needed to pick it up on Monday. Flag #3 Here I am Monday April 28th. I drove to ACNT’s Tustin location, about a 1 hour drive from where I work and I get there and the guy had no idea what had happened to my laptop. Turns out they didn’t deliver it at all and all Mark said was come back tomorrow. Come back tomorrow. What? I just drove an hour to get there because he told me to come Monday. You have to be kidding me. You can imagine the level of irritation I was under at this point. A couple words were exchanged between us and I left(more like kicked out) the store. I called the Brea branch and talked to Neelam and expressed my frustration in which after 18 minutes of talk, she said that she would have someone deliver my broken laptop to me. She did offer me a deal for my troubles, it would only cost 400 dollars to repair the motherboard(i paid 425 total for the laptop, granted it is a high end laptop) and she was a sweetheart but Mark on the other hand was a complete jerk. At first we had a conversation and I expressed my concern over what has happened to my laptop because it was working fine and then he said there’s nothing he can do for me, come back tomorrow repeatedly, when it was him that told me to come in today. Now, I have 17 days of wasted time waiting for my repair when it was supposed to take 5 at the least, a broken laptop, and quite a bit of frustration. I always try to support businesses because of the hardwork that’s always put into it but this one I must speak out. Did I mention they never called me ONCE? I had to keep calling them to find out what’s taking so long.

Over the years I have bought three home computers from this outfit. They always get you exactly what you need, and never over-sell. But for me, it’s so great because it’s like having your own IT department. About once a year my computer slows down due to virus infections, in spite of the anti-virus program that I use. I take it to them, and for a very good price and a quick turn-around time, they clean it up and it’s as good as new. Why waste your time struggling to figure out what’s wrong with your computer? Their customer service is excellent, and it’s always a pleasure to see Mark.

The screen went out on our laptop and we brought it to ACNT. Based on previous experience with other repair shops, I expected a bill for several hundred dollars and a waiting time of several weeks. It was ready the next day and the bill was only $ 130. Not only that, they cleaned the computer of viruses and did some important software updates free of charge. I highly recommend them.

I called Mark AFTER i was in process of ordering a new HTPC from someone I found on Craigslist and Facebook that person gave me the willies and I didn’t feel comfortable about it. I am in IT so you cant really bs me too much. I used to get all my computers from ACNT from before 2004. Well thank god I called Mark he worked everything out for me after numerous emails. I am sure I made him nuts but he got it all sorted out. Mark is a very nice and personable person to deal with. Totally upfront and honest. Like I told him I will not go anywhere else for my computer needs.

I WILLTELLEVERYONEABOUTACNTFORCOMPUTERREPAIR! So glad to have been refered to ACNT. I went to ACNT after my 5 month old computer fell and the a.c. jack was smashed into the computer. They stuck to their quote, no unexpected costs or disappointments. They were able to fix my computer for less and in a shorter time than the manufacturers quoted repair price.
