Food: What you typically expect from a Pizza Hut. ⁴⁄₅ stars for their pizza.
Service: Horrible service. After walking into the establishment no one helped me. Everyone was talking in the back, but what pissed me off was the lady that made eye contact with me and ignored me.
I rarely eat pizza, so not returning here is not a problem. I am never coming back to this place again: P. I would rather drive to dominoes, located further from my house, then eat here again.

My boyfriend and I always order take out here. Not sure why they have such low ratings. Everytime we have ordered online it is always ready on time. They always get our toppings right and they give a good amount of toppings. I think it is good pizza for the price. The crust is always buttery and delicious and is my favorite part to eat.

Stopped in for a personal pizza for lunch. Tried out a couple things on menu that the guy suggested. Place is very small, carryout only, but the area was clean. The staff was nice, very helpful with the questions I had. Great spot to stop if you’re in a hurry.

Good Pizza! But rude service. They don’t give out plates anymore. Apparently out of napkins because of Halloween and you would think they would’ve offered cheese and chili peppers! Nope! The only reason we will of course go back is cuz Frogs house is in the same plaza

Omg why do they always put the dumbest person to answers/​take phone orders!!! This guy could barely understand or speak English. Ridiculous!

Do not order from here worst costumer service when I called the woman who took the order kept cutting me off trying to act as if I was done ordering then they told me my order would take 45 – 50 mins to deliver which was fine I said okay an hour and 30 mins go by and my pizza wasn’t there so I called the lady assured me my pizza would be there in 3mins all in all it took 2 hrs for my order to actually come by far the worst pizza hut experience I’ve ever had then when my food finally came it was literally cold… again do not order from this location

Never had any issues here, the food is always good and a great deal for what you pay. On my last order the driver forgot the 2L soda and went out of his way to go pick one up from the local liquor store which was really cool.

My experience: For the past 25 years, Pizza Hut has never failed to ruin any moment, big or small. Thanks Pizza Hut for completely ruining my Sunday night once again with your horrible service and poor quality food.

My experience: Pizza Hut likes to come up with products and promotions that are lackluster. At Pizza Hut they don’t give half a cheese shred about their customers. They know exactly what I want and don’t give it to me faster or better — only slower and more difficult.
This Pizza Hut delivered a half burnt pizza — one that was completely inedible. What made them think that allowing the pizza to even leave the store location would be okay is completely beyond me. Thank you, Pizza Hut for listening to our complaint… OH WAIT, you didn’t! I called the location to complain about the food and to fix the error only to be hung up on midway. Not cool Pizza Hut, although the pizza that was delivered WAS cool… make that cold. Burnt AND cold pizza.
Very disappointed in this Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut as a business should be disappointed in it as well.

This pizza hut is ridiculous. We ordered two medium pizzas and one of them came half burnt! When we called in to complain about it, they offered future credit. Since we were hungry now, we just wanted a replacement. The replacement would take at least another hour! The pizza was also cold when it was delivered. Would not recommend this pizza hut at all!

Ordered Pretzel Dog Bites Pizza Large online.
When I come to pick up, I receive Chessy Bites Pizza. Due to they don’t have Pretzel Dog Bite, even websites and door ads have it.
Disappointed.

I don’t know what it is about this location, but they make it the best! I always order from this location, even after i moved to garden grove, I would still order here and pick it up.
Their crust is always amazing!

It took an hour to get my food delivered.
I gave them the gate code to get into my neighborhood as well.

Just ordered pizza from them, when I opened the box I was surprised to see that they did NOT put a bit of effort into making! There were barely any toppings on there. In addition, the pizza looked like it was a mess. Plus, the service was terrible. I came in there once and it took 10 minutes for a worker in the establishment to come out. I do NOT think I’ll be going there any longer

I did half and half on a large pizza but salami covered the WHOLE pizza. Completely ruined my ham and pineapple side. The hand tossed crust is so puny compared to before. What is wrong with this place now. And barely any pineapple -.- never again.

Ordered pizza yesterday night and pizza looked like they didn’t even put any time or effort
The cheese and toppings weren’t all on the pizza
And the pizza just didn’t look good at all when I opened it
I love pizzahut but I might have to switch locations when I buy pizzahut from now on

I ordered 5 pizzas for Christmas Eve family gathering and am glad I took the time to submit the order 4 hours before I needed it so they had time to plan and prepare. It also allowed me to see all the options from crust type (thin, house, pan, etc) and flavors (garlic, Parmesan, etc) to available meats and vegetables. It really is the only way to go as far as I’m concerned.
My sister picked up the pizzas and they were really good; my family members range in age from 3 to 90 and all of us enjoyed them.
The reason 4 stars instead of 5 is that my mother ordered pizza from them last year and when the cold pizzas were delivered the crusts were gray and the toppings sparse. We were all concerned about her wanting to have it again this year but it worked out well for us when I offered to order the pizzas and the staff came through with great pizzas.

Sometimes I just have a craving for Not-​so-​great pizza, that’s where this comes in. It’s quick, it’s cheap, it’s close.
Meh.

So I ordered online. They called me back and said they didn’t have anymore pan crust pizza. So I asked the lady if I could get a upgrade to stuffed crust without a fee? She said no and cancelled my order. Is it my fault you guys ran out of pan pizza? Where’s the customer service? What pizza place runs out of pan crest? That’s like ordering a cheese burger and saying they don’t have anymore cheese.
I don’t mind paying more.

Order online. It’s so easy and much quicker.
I usually order a medium Hawaiian pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes.
