Had to come back and update my review. Love this Starbucks! All the employees are now super friendly and they always get orders out pretty fast, even when the lines are long.

If you have an hour to wait around this place is for you. I’ve come in before and had to wait 30 min for my order. I tried doing the Mobile order this time thinking it would be faster, still waited 24 min and counting. Writing this post as I continue to wait. And to top it off my food was cold. This is absolutely horrible service

I’m giving this Starbucks 5 stars, because Heidi automatically welcomed me with a smile and a warm greeting. Nick made my drink quickly and deliciously, and I picked it up a minute after he called my name. Long enough to forget my name or disregard it, but I thanked him then he proceeded to say«you are very welcome, Vanessa!» Point being: they were very personable & great at customer service!

Literally the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I mean, I only come here once in a while if I’m in the area, and every time I think it’ll be different, but the minute I walk through the door, I instantly feel dirtier. I don’t know what it is! Maybe it’s the consistently smudged with fingerprints door, or perhaps it’s the haven’t been swept since the night before floors, or perhaps it’s just the I’m just too busy just standing around to wipe the countertops that makes this place dirty… but next time I think I’ll gladly drive an extra mile or two to the next… for hopefully a cleaner experience.

There were 5 orders ahead of me. Asked for an Americano and blueberry muffin(not warm) got the coffee in 8mins got my muffin 12 mins later. After skipping me and forgetting my order. I got an apology. 2stars

What happened to service with a smile? Not available at this location. I had Autumn today, no smile and She was the most unprofessional Barista I’ve ever encountered. Let’s be honest here, my daughter works in a Starbucks and I’m a daily customer. …why talk loud and disparaging about a customer within earshot? I won’t give this location anymore of my business. Management needs to take a look at this one. I am sorry this review was for the drive thru Starbucks at Adams and Brookhurst.

Cindy at Starbucks has caused me to update my review and give higher ratings. Since my last negative experience there, I hadn’t gone for some time. I was desperate for coffee today and decided to try this location again. I sent my two boys(just down the street) with my Starbucks card. Even though it’s been at least a few months since the negative experience, their staff member remembered the boys and my phone call. I got a call from the store while the boys were there. Apparently they were out of coconut milk again! Disappointing BUT I was super impressed that the staff member remembered and called me to check first if soy milk was ok! Wow. On top of this I got my coffee free so only had to pay for the boys and The food we ordered. For all this store isn’t perfect, I have never had someone remember me from that long ago and genuinely try to make up for the past mistakes. Well done on doing your very best to keep the customer happy! My faith is restored. :)

This Starbucks is located in a nice plaza with outdoor seating. It’s located right next to Lucky Chinese Food. It’s very roomy inside, with few tables. If you’re looking for a place to study, maybe not here because it looks like it does get crowded and it may be an issue looking for a seat. Service was quick and the baristas were wonderful. Lots of items in stock, especially during Christmas season and all their mugs!

This location is decent. It’s not bad, sometimes they screw up my drinks depending on the Batista. I prefer the guys over the girls. They have been there longer. Green Tea Lattee with soy milk. Healthier. Bloc classic syrups.

This Starbucks is the best one in the entire City, maybe the entire Orange County. Quality young men and women that always greet you with a pleasant smile. A huge supporter of the Police Department, always welcoming us here. You hear stories of some establishments being anti police, not this one I am truly a big fan of stopping by, getting my coffee, and saying hi to this awesome crew. Keep up the good work guys!

One of the guy workers are extremely rude. I was ordering my drink and in between my adjustments, he just cut me off. I ended up not even getting the right drink. Good customer service is very important, especially when people are getting their caffeine pick-me-ups. I don’t like dealing with a rude cashier during my coffee breaks.

I’ve been to this location many many times and everyone gives great service EXCEPT the worker with the red hair! He is is very rude and does not listen to your order correctly. During the first time he was rude, I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha but he made it hot. He called my name and when I got to the counter I noticed it was hot not iced. I asked him if it was mine to make sure he said«well, didn’t you order that?» I said, «yes, but I asked for it to be iced.» Then he said, «Do you want me to put ice in there for you…» Like yes, I asked for it iced and now you’re being so rude about your own mistake. Second time something happened was this past week. I asked for a trenta mango black tea lemonade with LIGHT ice and another one of the same drink but in a venti size, both with light ice and he said«ok sure.» When he was writing on the cup I noticed he didn’t write«light ice» so when I was about to pay, he repeated my order. I replied saying, «yes but both with light ice» and he said yeah sure. Still didn’t write it on the cup. I didn’t say anything after and just paid, hoping my drink wouldn’t be all ice like it always is. But of course when I received my drinks both of them were half filled with ice and the rest with barely any tea. He is so rude and always ruins the vibe whenever I come… one of the reasons why I always try to go to a different location just to avoid him.

I used to dread coming to this location. Super long lines, unfriendly service and my «venti iced green tea no water no sweetener» was sure to either be skipped being made and the next 5 customers after me would leave with their custom beverages while I’m still waiting for some one to pour the pitcher into the cup of ice and hand it to me. Well, things have changed and this Starbucks may become my new favorite hang out. This location now runs like a well oiled machine! Heidi is the best on the clover. She pumps out the customers drinks with an infectious smile. The drinks come out fast AND the way you ordered them! Bonus! Hooray! for Heidi!

What a refreshing surprise. The staff was super friendly and helpful even asking how to spell our names for our drinks. They individualized us even though we ordered together. The drinks were made to order without any hesitation. The food was made to perfection, all with plenty of smiles. A nice place too with plenty of tables for your study or work needs. Looks like just about each individual table is equipped with its own outlet for your electronic needs. There is one large conference style table but instead of taking up most of the interior room by being right in the middle of the store, like most other locations, it is strategically situated to the side. Great for study groups or just stretching out if your in need of more space. A def fav spot.

This was the worst service is have ever had at Starbucks. I am a gold member, have been for years. The barista was rude but that was beside the point. The QUALITY of my drink was horrendous. I ordered a venti iced green tea latte with peppermint and I am usually understanding that not all the matcha dissolves. But the barista skipped my drink and gave the woman 2 customers behind me their drink. I waited 20 minutes when there were only 3 people in line and two baristas. Here was the problem with my drink: She had made my drink with the lid already on, SHOOK my dr I up and down in the sink. It spilled all over her hand and she proceeded to WASH my drink in the sink! She did NOT dry it and slide it on the table completely drenched. There was at least an inch of my drink had spilled out into the sink and on her hand. I was very disappointed and before I could ask her to either dry it or fill it, she walked away as quickly as possible because she was off. Now this is usually not my regular location. I usually go to the drive through on Adams and brookhurst but the barista who always mad the perfect drink(his name is Brandon) was transferred to this location. The barista who was«helping» me had teal hair. I did not catch her name. Enough of my rant, I just hope this is avoided to other members.

I ordered a new hot teavana tea. I know this is not mr he most expensive menu on the list. But why did I get a cup of HOTWATER and a TEABAG handed out for me??? My other Starbucks ALWAYS make my tea drink and give it to me. Why do I have to open the bag myself and put the tea bag into my hot water? I don’t get it. I thought that the barista making my tea is a part of the price I pay… This is not the service I expect from Starbucks which I, a gold member, have been dropped a quite lot of money for many years.

I’ve been a Starbucks Gold Member for well over 10 years and with all the coffee shops springing up(especially in booming OC), customer service speaks in volumes. I chose this spot because it was closest at the time. I spent nearly $ 100 in less than 5 min. There was an Caucasian lady at the register with glasses(about 35 – 45 yrs old), and no name tag. I should’ve taken a hint when I wasn’t greeted when I approached the counter. Instead I was just given a stare down. I made my purchases and asked about a drink that someone told me was available but not on their menu. To receive a rude reply, almost like I should’ve already known. WTH lady. Then I was given all sorts of attitude(sighing, eye rolling, etc.), when I asked for some extra cups. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. What’s wrong with the customer service here? I don’t care how much inventory you have, or how clean your bathrooms are. All goes out the door if your customer service doesn’t back it up. I received a Starbucks review request via email & I promise you that I made sure that email reflected my Unilocal review. Shape up, or ship out, or even switch your position to back kitchen staff. You’re representing your store’s location horribly and undoubtedly there are a lot of people who would love to take your job from you.

This Starbucks is located in the Crystal Court side near the Old Navy. This Starbucks is very nice but tiny on the inside. I was only in the a few minutes so I can really say much in this review except they made me my Cotton Candy frappuccino. It was so good.
