T-Mobile

MJ is amazing. She was so patient with my mother who isn’t the best with phones. I really like that this store is a little low volume because the service was the best I’ve ever had and you can tell she really prides herself and her team on their exceptional one on one service. It’s never busy and they get right to it and don’t waste your time. I really recommend this store and MJ’s guidance and excellent communication.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. My phone has been acting up so I decided to use my insurance I pay monthly for. When I get inside it’s all young kids and he tells me my insurance doesn’t cover it anymore and I’ll probably be getting «a shittier phone» because they don’t have my note 4 in stock. I have only had my phone for 7 months and if I am STILL paying for insurance it better cover it. I decided to just leave and come up the street to Brookhurst and warner. I will be receiving my né note 4 tomorrow. Complete waste of time.

Good peeps in there. I like to go in on my break and hang out and talk to all the employees because they are all actually interesting and personable. Not like most of their customers, I’m guessing. Plus MJ rocks, and really knows how to help people.
I witnessed her help an old guy get a whole new phone and line for him and his wife. It took her like 45 minutes, but she helped him all the way. It was refreshing.

Great store. Great service. Very helpful and friendly team that works hard to give great service and find me best deal. Thanks to Tony and one other guy (name forgets me) as well as very friendly girl that is the manager. Thanks again…

I love this Store! All the employees are extremely friendly just as they are informative and helpful! Every time I go in they’ve always helped me out in a timely manner. Never once treating me like a transaction. I always enjoy the help from MJ, Angelica, & Marisa! They are all super sweet and willing to answer my questions no matter if it is easily known knowledge. They’ve always fully explained every plan, add on, etc. With no pressure to make a purchase. They truly make it easy to be a customer! If you’re looking for a T Mobile store that really takes your best interest first, then this is the place to go! Bravo to you guys! :D

I would agree with Kevin there about the employees. They were pretty cool. The same problem I had was also with MJ. Funny how she rated herself with 5 stars on Unilocal here. She pressured me into buying a bunch of accessories, but I declined each time. After several times of my «no thank you» and «I’m good», she got upset and threatened that if my phone was going to drop in the water or break, they wont be responsible for it. Well, duhhh! Who doesnt know that? That girl was so rude and unprofessional.
I chose NOT to buy your insurance or a $ 40 phone cover mostly because of your bad attitude.
I went on Amazon and found a wallet phone cover for $ 6. Yes, $ 6 bucks!
What’s funny is that I live closer to the tmobile on BK/​Warner. I’ve never had any problem at that location, but thought I’d give this location a try since they had higher ratings. But, no more! I’m back to the Warner location.
The gal who helped me at this location was really sweet though. Thanks Angelica! You were awesome in your demeanor and professionalism. Maybe you should be running that place instead! ;)

The entire team here is amazing and offer world class Fountain Valley customer service. They are know for building a great rapport with each and everyone of their customers, they even great by name! I would definitely like to invite any existing or new customers to this location. I promise you will enjoy your experience with this helpful friendly team.

Overall this is a good t mobile store but not one of the best. The manager is a little crude but if you know how to talk you can get fees etc waived.

Stopped by this store shopping around for new service. Upon walking in this store everyone said hello and the Asian girl that helped me was super helpful and informative. She told me all the information that I needed and didn’t try to sell me extra stuff. Didn’t make the switch yet but if I do I will definetely be coming back to this store.

I would have given this place a 1 star but the employees were awesome.
My problem is the manager there. She was giving me an attitude after explaining something that didn’t pertain to me.
I got a screen protector installed for my galaxy s6 edge+ by one of the employee there. She messed up a few times and was on the home button. She redid it and I was happy with that. When she was done there was still bubbles on the screen. I was told that if the bubbles didn’t go away within 24 hours, come back and they’d fix it. I came back the next day, I was told it’ll go away. It’s been a week and still is still there. I came back, they said that the manager wouldn’t agree to replacing it. They said she was in a meeting and would call me back 30 minutes later. An hour later and yet no responce. So I called them instead because it was reaching 5 o clock (end of the work day and she would have probably left). I finally get ahold of her and she said it isn’t the store policy to replace the screen protectors. I had called a different t-​mobile store by accident 5 minutes before and they said they do replace screen protectors if I had bought it from them. I told them why didn’t they tell me when I was there, they said no one had came in and asked that. I felt bad that they were so nice. Back to the story, I asked why when I was clearly the one who didn’t put it on. It wasnt my fault there is a bubble on the screen. She stated she’ll discuss this with her employees. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one with this problem, why discuss this to the employees now… I’m not asking for a free product. I even asked her for a split on the screen protector, which means I’d be paying extra for the same thing. Still no… assuming that it has a lifetime guarantee, she could just take my messed up screen protector and get a new one herself from the screen protector company. I wasn’t advised or anywhere at all that the getting it installed by the employee is my own risk. I was getting annoyed with her tone and said she should state it somewhere in bold letters. Half way thru my sentence she hung up on me.
Again… the store employees were all friendly and helpful. Nothing against them, just the lack of customer service and understanding from the store manager.
Go to the store on Brookhurst and Warner. They were really nice when I accidentally complained about this situation to them.

CAUTION: This T-​Mobile is not a corporate run store, but a private business owner operate under the business name, TM Wireless. They are authorized reseller for T-​Mobile. Why this is important? Customer service experience. Personally, I prefer to shop at the corporate run T-​Mobile store.
I had a horrible experience with this non-​corporate run T-​Mobile store. The sale representative (not going to name the person) only care about making the sales and add unnecessary features to the cell phone plan. The worst part is this person give me the impression the extra features and items sold are required. I found this to be untruthful and deceitful. I had to call the T-​Mobile customer service to verify what was required and optional features. Also, I visited a T-​Mobile corporate run store to talk face-​to-​face with the sale representative to confirm the dishonest from non-​corporate store, like this one. The last straw was this store closed two hours earlier than the corporate run store last Monday, no signage about early closure time. I wasted my time trying to visit the store to straight out my issues with the bad service. Will not refer my friends unless I don’t like them ;)

So my phone suddenly stopped working a few days ago and cam into this store location because this is the location I had originally gotten it from. Upon walking in I got greeted by all the employees. I’ve been a customer for a while so I asked if I had an upgrade and was assisted by the Asian girl with long black hair and glasses I believe her name was Theresa, at the time I had the Sony experia z and was ready for a better phone. She gave me a few options to choose from but went with the Samsung edge 6+. The whole process was quick and pleasant, I would definitely recommend this location for great help and customer service, not to mention the store was very clean and organized. Big thanks!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS T-​MOBILE STORE! Was a loyal T-​Mobile customer for a very long time until I stepped foot in this store. The customer service was beyond rude in my opinion. If you like being constantly interrupted by employees loud laughter and being disrespected and uncared for, this is your place. I have now been to this specific location maybe 3 – 4 times now. Which in my opinion have been far below expectations. First off let me just say that the Asian girl with long black hair, and overweight is extremely rude. Disrespectful would be complimenting her. After I had made the decision on the phone that I wanted (with no help from her at all)
she went to the back to retrieve it later returned empty handed. And claimed they had just run out of that phone. Which was not a problem because I liked several there. However, the lady never offered to see if there was another phone similar I might like or never offered to find out when they might be getting more. I asked her if there was possibly another store that had this phone and she replied with «i don’t know.» I then asked if she could maybe call the stores for me since I had no phone at the time which is obviously why I was at the store to begin with. She then replied by saying, «it would probably be easier if you called» I was out of words. Shocked and very frustrated about the whole situation. About a year later I made the same stupid mistake again by deciding to go back into this T-​Mobile location. I was oh soooo lucky to once again be helped by the long haired overweight rude Asian lady.
This time was exactly like the last. After asking some questions about some phones, which either answered with a «umm I’m not really sure» or with silence because she was too busy texting on her personal phone. I don’t want to go into even more specifics, within literally 2 minutes of leaving the store I noticed something on the paperwork which conflicted with what she had told me when i made purchase but basically she provided me with false and misleading information about my new plan. I went straight back and asked the lady about it and she said well if your unhappy with it then you can return everything but you will be out 150 dollars. For restocking of two BRAND NEW PHONES. I asked if it cud be waived since we didn’t even hit the parking lot before I noticed the mistake. She claimed I should have told her specific details about my account (which i had no idea knowing was «specific») and it was my fault and I should have noticed this before leaving. Even though she put the phones in a box then in a bag and said «okay everything’s working fine and looking great» then handed me my purchases. And i stupidly believed her. Thank god for Verizon wireless though! I went there right after leaving T-​Mobile. And they were able to give me better phones at a cheaper price. With MUCHHHHHHHH better customer service.
Stay away from this location! If you must go to this T-​Mobile store at least avoid her. She has cost me so much time, energy, and especially money.
And looking at some of the previous comments before me, she should not be working there anymore. I hope management sees these and does something about this situation.

This was my first time at this location and I would like to say Marisa was amazing. She was so helpful and friendly. I normally go to your location on Talbert but I think I will be going here from now on because of her. I upgraded my phone and she explained everything and made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything before I left.
She asked if I needed a case or screen protector for my new phone and when I told her I always set she understood and didn’t try to push me to purchase more which was nice. No one likes to be pressured.

Came in this afternoon to add my grandmother to my plan and the gentleman Tony was so awesome! Answered all my questions and was very polite and helpful. I was so impressed while we were waiting there was a woman standing and her family was being helped. The young man helping her family stopped what he was doing and got her a chair. Wow a store with gentlemen.
I totally recommend these guys for there politeness and thorough knowledge.
Great to see places that still believe in customer service now days.

The Asian girl was very nice and knowledgeable. Good experience. I hope their cellular service is as good as their customer service

MJ was incredible, she spent hours with my mom and I was so thankful for that. They helped her switch over her plan and walk through endless questions and 5he purchase of 2 new phones. Her and Tony were very helpful. My mom got 2 phones, 3 cases, 2 screen protectors, smart salesmanship and good service well done.

I had a great experience here as a brand new t-​mobile customer. Anthony was great and helped my girlfriend and I get set up with our new plan and phones. The associates here were friendly and informative. They didn’t try to oversell and were upfront about everything. They weren’t terribly busy when I went in which was a plus.
So far I’m loving the customer service end to end and my new phone/​plan!

David was wonderful! He helped me get a phone quickly and without any hassle. He was very personable and made my experience a positive one. It’s rare to find this kind of service at a cell phone retailer. I’m very happy.

Customer service is top notch. I went there to get a new note 4. The sales rep I think her name is Emile (not too sure, but she had blue hair) was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was pretty quick except the fact that their system was down and couldn’t print my receipt :(…
