This store has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered!!! I have been a bank manager for many years, so I know exactly what good customer service is. I wanted to change from a android to iPhone. When I walked in Vince ask what I needed. There was only 1 other customer in the store, who was being helped. I explained what I wanted to do and Vince told me to drive 10 miles to a Apple store and have them show me the iPhone. He wasn’t busy at all. He simply didn’t want to help me. I couldn’t believe it. Horrible customer service!!! That would be like a consumer coming to me for new business and I told them to go to another bank for info. REDICULOUS!!! I got in my car and drove to another TMOBILE and opened 5 new lines!!!

Just switched over to T-​Mobile and was having trouble with the bluetoothe setting up to my car. Johnny knew exactly what to do. Handled me and other customers very professionally and politely and let me know about a couple great deals that I will be back to buy later this week.

Vu is my personal favorite employee here. He’s very helpful and knowledgable with everything. He’s also very attentive to detail which makes his customer service skills exceptional. So if you stop by this store, make sure to ask for Vu’s help!

Came to this place from the location on Brookhurst and Ellis and a great thing I did. The customer service was great. They did everything the other location couldn’t do (read my review about them) this will be the only location I continue to go to.

Long overdue review: this is probably my 5^th visit and David really is the best! He is first to happily greet and is super helpful every single time. Thank you David!

This store is a corporate run T-​Mobile store which is a good thing. The sales people are great. They would make an attempt to correct any problem that you may have, not like the T-​Mobile store in the Walmart shopping center in Huntington Beach. The people works here would greet me and is willing to help to the best of their ability. That is all I ask… try. Do not just reply with a no answer until you have tried. I appreciate the effort. Thank you.

This T-​mobile store had the worst customer service ever. Yesterday, I came into this store to do «JUMP ON DEMAND» with an intention to trade in my Blackberry for an IPhone 6 Plus. During the conversation, I had been honest by telling them that I would give this new phone to my mom instead. My mom’s phone number was under my sister’s account which also T-​mobile. The sale representative named Joanne automatically told me that it could not be done. I told her that why didn’t you contact the customer services to check. Joanne came in and asked the manager and the Asian girl. Then she came out and told me that it could not be done. I did not want to argue with them because their attitude of not helping. And I left. At that time, there wasn’t a lot of customer being around.
When I was outside the store, I decided to call the customer services and explained the situation. They told all me to wait on the phone so that they could check with the upgraded specialist. After a few minutes of waiting, the guy told me that you could do it with the suggestion of buying insurance.
I came back to the store and told Joanne that I could do it. She finally talked to the manager. The manager came and told me that the customer services could say anything they wanted, but the store could do it or not was a different story.
Second, after getting my phone paperwork done, I asked if I could add insurance on the new phone I just got. Joanne came inside and asked the manager again. She came out and told me that it could not be done. Again, I did not bother to make a big deal. I left the store with my new phone.
I then called the customer services, and explained to them what happened. They reviewed my account, and told me that I could add insurance. Now, my iPhone 6 Plus has insurance…
I’m confused by information giving between store and customer service. I went to a different Tmobile store near by instead and asked if I could trade in my phone, get insurance, and let my mom use it. They told me that there was nothing wrong with that.
In conclusion, the Tmobile store on 17 037 Brookhurst St. Ste#1 Fountain Valley, CA 92 708, everyone should avoid to come there. Customers come to expect trouble shooting not being mistreat by any employees. The worst thing is that they basically do not have mentally to try to solve anything. It is sad to know that you can change the store but the manager and employees at that store, they have the WORST attitude of customer services. If you don’t know how to treat people, you should not be sale representative. They are so damn lucky to be hired by Tmobile.

Made a Unilocal account just for this. Literally the worst store I’ve ever been to. Sat there for at least thirty minutes without so much as a greeting. Then when someone noticed I had left and came back finally asked if I needed help. Then asked him to do a basic account lookup (I used to work in this industry, so I know it’s literally a thirty second task) and they turned me down because they were «busy» with other people. So basically, customer service so bad they only go up to you if they can tell you’re mad. Go to Jay at the Brookhurst and Ellis store. Never had a problem working with him and was greeted right away.

My girlfriend and I went in to ask a few questions and hopefully get things fixed after our visit with an authorized dealer had gotten complicated. Vu, whom is the assistant manager, was able to help us by being very informative about all the different plans and devices and how everything works. He was even nice enough to look at the sim card we were given and noticed that it had been CUT to fit a new device like a Samsung S6. A cut sim card meant that it would interfere with the service on the phone — dropped calls, shifting of the card, just not allowing the phone to have 100% performance capability.
Long story short, great customer service, great knowledge and if you get the chance, ask for Vu.

David was wonderful! He helped me get a phone quickly and without any hassle. He was very personable and made my experience a positive one. It’s rare to find this kind of service at a cell phone retailer. I’m very happy.

Avoid this place. The wait time is horrible. And if you’re thinking of switching from Verizon, think again. They have completely different networks. I made the mistake of switching and doing a prepaid plan for my Verizon device. They simply do not work on the T-​Mobile network. I wish I had stayed with Verizon.

After being s loyal Sprint costumer for years, I decided to switch to TMobile. TMobile bought my iPhone 6 back even though it was a lease. Which sprint never told me it was. Vanessa was very nice to help us, giving us all the options we had. I decided to get the I phone 6 plus with their jump start program, which means I can trade in my phone every 6 months. I’m paying less than half of what I was paying at Sprint. Their store is very clean, nice, and they play awesome music.

Came in 2 days before thanksgiving to get my son a phone. He was moving out of state and we were in a rush to get stuff done. we were there for a long time because we were also dealing with sprint services getting account numbers ect. The store Manager Kelly was so helpful she went out of her way to make sure there was a hot spot box mailed to my son, she made sure his phone was up and running. Her staff went beyond to help us. this was my first time sending a kid off. I was so thankful for there help last month I came in and changed my whole family over. With the help of David he got it all done. I also had to come back because my Apple ID was all messed up he handled it all and got it fix. Great customer services!

I went to activate my iPhone 6 today at this location. Even though the sales reps were busy, they greeted me and told me it will be a few minutes.
Farhad and MJ gave me excellent professional service. I recommend this location if you are a tmobile user or planning to switch

If you’re a tmobile user and you have problems with your iPhones don’t bother coming in to this store. Just go straight to Apple.
Just my luck they got «new computers» and they «don’t have iTunes.»
Drove all the way here when I could’ve went straight to Apple. Smh.

Possibly had the worst experience here. The representatives are rude, disrespectful and not helpful. All they want is you to sign up with them. They won’t go over the details about the plans and all of the hidden fees. We had to keep asking them this and that to figure out the details for the phone plans. Our representative just seemed like he didn’t care at all. Worst T-​mobile store I ever been!

I used to love this place because of the excellent customer service this sale rep (I think his name is Dan) offered every time I come in with a question/​problem.
I purchased the T-​Mobile screen protector and case from this place for my new iPhone 6. When the sale rep put the screen protector on, I noticed that it is noticeably smaller than the actual screen. I pointed it out. And the sale rep was like yes, it’s the right one. I guess I was too excited to care at the time. But after seeing how my co-​workers got the exact same iPhone 6 and that the screen protector they got (from Best Buy) fits perfectly, I started to think that T-​Mobile made an error in making the screen protector a bit small. Either way. I was NOT satisfied. I wanted a return it for a refund.
I went to the store today and I tried to explain to them that I was not happy with my purchase because the screen protector I got from them is smaller than the actual screen. The girl said that the screen protector was made smaller because the screen curves down (total BS! I called Apple and confirmed that it was a lie. The phone curves down, yes, but NOT the LCD screen).
Blah blah blah. Spoke to the manager. The guy was no help. Told me a bunch of BS. I had to call T-​Mobile customer service to resolve it. Luckily, the customer rep understood the situation and offered me a credit on my account. I felt a little bit better. But I’m still upset with this location.

I used to love going here because of the customer service but from the looks of other reviews and based on my own recent visits, it has gone down.
I tried to inquire about preordering the iPhone 6, and there was a long and complicated situation regarding my plan. The rep helping me did a good job of asking me questions, calling Customer Care on my behalf (so he was put on hold for a good 20mins) but we had no luck whatsoever.
What I didn’t appreciate, was another rep next to him, jumping into our conversation to explain to me why I was wrong and why they can’t fix my situation and grandfather me into the original plan I was guaranteed.
A previous associate had promised me the original JUMP plan which enables you to upgrade your phone within 6 months and that’s what I had agreed to at the time the plan was started. There’s a purchase record of when the plan started and what plan had.
The conclusion of this story: I left and called Customer Care on my behalf and got my situation sorted out. They grandfathered me into the old plan after hearing my situation and it wasn’t such a hassle afterall. The associates at this store location need to understand the situation before trying to blame the customer of wrongdoing.
