Can’t believe this is my first time here. I came here to chill on a Friday night and ended up ordering the following: Kobe Beef Roll– This was probably one of the best rolls I have had in awhile. Its one of things you don’t think will work, but it does. Kobe Beef Sashimi– We loved the beef roll so much, we had to get the sashimi. It was pretty awesome. Green Mussels with Ponzu– It did not have enough ponzu so we asked for more. It was really good. Stuffed Mushrooms– These were the perfect starter. I thought the mushrooms would come out turned upside down and stuffed, but they were deep fried. Yum! We originally wanted the soft shell crab, but they were out of them. However, our overall dinner was satisfying. We came when they were extremely busy. The Asian girl working completely ignore us although we saw her see us. We had to wait for a good 15 – 20 minutes after asking for a table. This sushi joint has more of a dive bar feel to it than a sushi restaurant. I like it. It’s definitely a good place to chill, eat some good food, and unwind =).

Toshi’s divey, has laid back vibe and serves up some tasty sushi. before entering, we had to take a few steps back to double check the business sign to make sure we were at the right spot, ’cause from the entrance lookin’ in, it look like a dim lit bar. anyways, walked in and was greeted by a waitress and she told us we can sit at any open table. took a few minutes to look at the menu and laugh. the sushi combination wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, but they have some crazy funny names for ‘em. ordered up a few and enjoyed them all. the First Love and Anytime Fitness Roll were the standout. overall, an enjoyable experience. we’ll be back.
About the best Sushi in Orange County but no one knows about it! GOOD!!! More for me! :)
