Wendy’s

This is one of the worst Wendy’s I have ever gone too. The cashier was standing at the cash register doing nothing for more than ten minutes. After that it occurred to him that maybe my wife and I were waiting to order our food. Waiting for my food to be ready was a long wait. During this time I got to see the workers shouting out to each other and laughing. One even commented on a patrons t shirt. There was one worker wearing plastic gloves. He would handle food and it would fall to the floor. It wasn’t until I asked him to replace his gloves that he thought to do so. Finally we got our food and I finally was able to get my receipt after asking for it. I know working in fast food when you’re young isn’t the most fancy of jobs but you should actually try to make an effort at working.

One of the best Wendy’s I know. Service is great here. There is this elderly lady know walks around and ask every customer how their meal was and takes care of your trays and refills. She even gives refills on lemonade and tea. She’s the best. Highly recommend checking This location out. Their establishment is top notch!

I asked for a half chocolate half vanilla frosty and waited 15 minutes for them to get it wrong. Every time I come here this location is extremely slow and seems to mess up orders.
Last time there was no ranch on my «ranch» sandwich…
Won’t be going here ever again. Pay attention people…
Oh and what’s worse… The management doesn’t care. Another time they over charged me by ringing up extra items and I did not realize until I was home. They didn’t even give me the extra food. They just charged for it.

Great service! This young man I asked him if I could get another soda since I dropped mine and he said «no problem sir» like thank you so much! And looks like he gets the job done very well! Hard worker from what I saw! And if I am correct his name is Alexis. I just know because I have been here many times and just seeing that employee gives me joy! Like for sure I’ll be having good service today!

You know it’s bad service when you feel the need to actually write a review on a fast food joint. Funny thing is, it’s not even fast food. You wait in line for 15 mins and then another 10 minutes to receive the wrong order and have to wait even longer. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so dry and brittle I ended up throwing it away. Employees truly act like they don’t want to be there and would rather conversate with each other instead of focusing on customers. I definitely will not be going back to this location. Waist of money and a 30 minute lunch break.

This review is for Anne. I went to Wendy’s late one night and she was very upbeat and pleasant and despite a shortage of spicy nuggets (like I said it was late) she made the whole transaction easy and even gave me an extra nugget in compensation. Thank you to Anne.

I ordered the Gouda Bacon Cheeseburger for $ 5.29
The Beef was juicy, the Bacon was crunchy, the Fondue Sauce was creamy, the Gouda Cheese was excellent, the Garlic Aioli was tasty and the Brioche Bun was great.
A hunger-​ending Meal from this Drive Thru.

This is the only place I have ever known that you can’t upgrade anything in your combo meals, you have to separately order a new one

This Wendys had really gone downhill. They forgot the spoon in my son’s kid’s meal so he couldn’t eat his ice cream. They forgot our iced coffee, and when my wife went in to get it, the lady at the counter didn’t seem to understand what she was saying. The fries tasted stale. Overall a very underwhelming experience. I will not be going back.

Fat fucks would rather stand around making whale noises to each other than service a customer.

Never had a problem with this place with the minor exception of not giving me straws for the freezie things. Smart and competent workers it seems. In other words, this isn’t a Del Taco.

Review for strawberry fields salad only and I suspect all their salads. They claim to be made fresh that’s not true this is absolutely not fresh. Just threw away $ 7.00 salad before it made me sick. Undercooked cold nasty bacon, dry chicken, wilted lettuce, some dripping with slime like they have been there a week, and completely rotten strawberries. Just nasty. One bite and I knew food poisoning was in my future if I ate it. $ 7.00 and my time wasted and still hungry. Never again. That’s what I get for trying to be healthy at fast food joint. Stick to the greasy stuff that’s their specialty I guess.

FYI if you go the late night crew is hilarious to observe. They talk to each other while taking your order, you have to repeat yourself numerous times, they congregate at the drive up window and talk about the lamest things in front of you, even rub each other’s back lol!
It’s like taking all the awkward gamer kids and you put them in one room to nerd rage at customers!
In addition they pretty much ignore that you’re there, take your money hand you your food, but there is so much stuff missing! We were missing napkins, utensils for our salad and salad dressing!
I really invite you to go, it’s friking epic! It’s entertaining to see how they act.

I wish I could rate negative stars. I’ve always loved Wendys because they sell quality burgers with fresh produce. I’ve lived in 3 states, gone to tons of Wendys and this the only one that’s ever earned a Unilocal review. I never Unilocal review places, that’s how pissed I am. The menu price for a JBC is 1.39 get to the window… 1.99. Now, I’m not concerned about 60 cents a burger if I knew, but nobody’s ever stoked about paying more than the price listed. Not to mention, their lettuce is wilted as shit and their buns are as dilapidated as a bucket of inmates’ buttholes. They always mess up on my sauces also, if that matters. I wouldn’t doubt it if the Brookhurst Wendy’s gets busted for child sex trafficking or supplying weapons for ISIS. Bunch of fuckin commys.

Went through the drive-​thru. Ordered a combo #6 with no mayo and no tomato. The receipt says as such. We got home and the sandwich had mayo and tomato on it. My boyfriend doesn’t usually eat Wendy’s but we went there because I talked about how great their food was. I called to complain and they offered to exchange it but I don’t want to drive back. I want my food to be how it is order and rang up. Plus, no napkins.

This place used to be good. I remember having Wendy’s years back and their burgers were great. So last night my wife was craving a burger and I suggested Wendy’s because we hadn’t been there in a long time.
My wife order the Asiago Chicken Sandwich Combo which was $ 8.15 and I order Dave’s triple cheeseburger combo $ 9. I was like wow that is expensive. We ordered through the drive-​thru which was pretty quick then we drove home.
When I open the bag the first thing I notice is there are no condiments or napkins. Luckily i was home and had both but come on guys really. Then when i opened the wrap around my burger it was smashed flat. I have never seen a triple cheeseburger look so small and flat. It reminded me of my favorite movie Falling Down with Michael Douglas where he goes into the Whammy Burger. I quote «It’s plump, juicy, three inches thick.(Picture on the Menu) Look at this sorry, miserable, squashed thing. Can anybody tell me what’s wrong with this picture?
Me personally I really don’t like eating things that look like that have been hammered by Gallagher with his Sledge-​O-​Matic. I was pretty bummed my food sucked and overall experience was bad so i probably will never eat at Wendy’s every again. It’s a total rip off!

Spicy go wrap, value fries, 4 piece spicy nuggets, cup of water and a jr frosty if you have the tag — $ 4.07. Can’t beat that.

I ordered a BBQ ranch chicken salad with no cheese so they had to make mine without cheese. The problem was there was an insect in the salad. Unfortunately I found the bug after I bit into the bug. It was disgusting. I really hope I don’t get sick. Spoke with the night shift manager and the reason he explained to me was the bug was already in the vegetable because their vegetable comes like that. Not a very good explanation when you tell your customer the bug was already there and it was not their fault.

The food is good for fast food. The guy at the drive through tonight is rude. When I said I want fries with the kids meal he misheard and said sprite. I corrected him and said no I want fries. So instead of taking the order he proceeds to tell me «all the kids meals come with fries». Ummm no actually sir you have a choice of fries or apples. I’m the customer. Right by default.

Burger was superb for fast food quality. Everything was spot on, I was actually surprised I would enjoy it.
Fries… you changed the recipe in recent years but does that include serving over salted and slightly warm fries? I was expecting more, especially since I know they can execute their fries properly.
The hey day of their chicken nuggets is over. How come it seems these have continuously shrunk over the year? Didn’t work wonders on me.
So burger was a 4, and everything else food wise was a solid 3. But hey, what can you truly expect from a fast food joint?
