Sorry but will not go back to this location. There are many, many restaurants in this area. We take one day a week for lunch to try a new restaurant. Walked in just before noon, not many patrons there and we waited to be seated for about 5 minutes. The young man who seated us barely said a word, was not very friendly and seemed bothered to have to seat us. Took another 5 minutes before our waitress greeted us. Our appetizer of Maryland crab cake was 2 bites. Very tiny and 9 bucks. Our meals said it came with a warm loaf of brown rye bread and butter. It never came. We asked our waitress about this and she came back with 3 small biscuits with a bowl of melted butter with some seasoning in it. My 4 cheese ravioli was luke warm and yellowish exterior… not cooked enough. We could see the food preparation area. All the employees seemed dis-interested. And our calzone was burned. Definitely will not be going back

Try to visit when I’m in the area visiting family, never disappointed. They were my first brick oven pizza experience many moons ago and I love that they have a decent list of toppings.

I’ve been going to this location for 15+ years and it has gone WAY downhill. We sat at the bar because none if the tables were bussed (still weren’t when we left). Both of our meals were very poor and very overpriced for the quality of food we received. My beer was half foam. When the foam settled I was only getting ²⁄₃ of the beer. When my girlfriend got a refill of her iced tea, the bar tended poured coke in what was left of her tea. The man sitting next to me never received his salad for which all he received was a nonchalant apology. I got the chicken Marsala, which was a just a chewy piece of grilled chicken covered in a store bought glaze sauce; accompanied by burnt vegetables. Very poor and overpriced dining experience. I am going to stick to carry out for their pizza.

We absolutely love this particular Bertucci’s location. Every single waitress we’ve had – every hostess, every server who passes by us – is incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating. Food is fantastic. Service top-notch. We are always blown away by the kindness of the servers, who go above and beyond to make sure our lunches are perfect in every way. This Bertucci’s restaurant is particularly clean, well-organized and modernized. We happily travel out of our way to visit this location versus other Bertucci’s locations which are closer to our home. A++ from us! We will return often without hesitation.

The food here is good! I loved the rolls. I ordered the chicken piccatta with spaghetti and it had a really nice sauce and the chicken was really breaded. Our server seemed flustered and didn’t provide great service, but the food would make me come back!

Had a nice late dinner before a movie on sat night. We ordered the grilled Rosemary wings, spinach beet salad w shrimp and a Tuscan veggie calzone. All together it was wonderful. Service was attentive just needed silverware but we got it from the table next to us. Will be back!

Bertuccis has gone WAY downhill since when I was younger. The rolls have even changed. Service was pretty poor except for the hostess, she was extremely nice to my family, maybe they should promote her to working more closely with customers. Food really isn’t good unless it is pizza. The pizza in my opinion is always good. Sangria was … Not sangria, it was wine and maybe a splash of triple sec with an orange slice. Not sure what was going on there. Waitress completely forgot to bring us things we asked for and didn’t even apologize. I wish bertuccis was how it used to be: with better service AND food !

Ate here as part of a party of four last month. It was a Sunday night and the place was at best half full. Unfortunately the service was poor and the food was lacking. First, we had no silverware at the table, and after asking for it, 10 minutes later they only brought silverware for two of us. Next, they forgot one of our soups. Afterwards, I had ordered a steak medium rare and they brought it out well done, a huge swing and a miss. (The gentleman who brought it to me asked me to cut into it to see if it was right, I said no, and then he encouraged me in a very subtle way not to send it back.) Finally, after that, we didn’t see the waitress again for about another half an hour. I’ve been to other Bertucci’s and enjoyed it, but this one was disappointing.

Never again! I had not been there in years, since my kids were young. What happened over those years. 2 of the 3 wines glasses were dirty. Meal took too long and one was COLD (how is that even possible) and one was incorrect. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. This WAS such a great family place for us. But NEVER AGAIN!

I was there this evening and was very pleasantly greeted and seated quickly. The service was very attentive and several of the employees spoke as they passed by and asked if there was anything more I would like.
I ordered the Grilled Chicken Marsala which arrived very soon after. The dish was two grilled chicken breasts and roasted red potatoes with a side of grilled green beans. It was very delicious and a generous portion. Throughout the meal I observed the servers checking on the patrons and being very engaging. I was very impressed.
The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was casual and relaxed. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent meal as usual. Had to order an extra shot to get the perfect lemon drop martini. Watch out for the blond bartender — too much by the book for a splash of perfection. Not what you want as a repeat customer, but they are evidently too big to care. Still no gluten free pizza or pasta. What’s up with tbat? California Pizza Kitchen is ahead of them!!!

I have never felt so stressed out as I did eating at Bertuccis tonight. A 25 min wait turned into a 4o min wait which was hard to understand with all the empty tables that were visible. When our waitress finally show up she was so obviously rushed that we felt almost panicked to make our selection. Having to ask for utensils then ask for napkins felt like we were putting them out then having our straw and bread pretty much thrown at us was the icing on the cake. I don’t now what was going on there tonight but we not be going back.

This place has been consistent for years! Everyone I’ve encountered at this location has been very friendly and accommodating. I would have given a five star rating but felt that would be unfair seeing as I’ve only eaten one item off the menu over the many years I’ve been coming (the bertucci pizza). I always mean to branch out but when you’ve met the perfect pizza it’s a tall order.
The only complaint I have is the quality of water used for the fountain drinks. I’ve been in pools with less of a chlorine taste. I do however acknowledge that is a town/city issue not necessarily the restaurant.
Point is ill be returning for sure.

I remember going to Bertucci’s in Somerville when they had a bocce ball court in the restaurant. They were the first wood-fired pizza I had ever had, and it was soooo good. Even up until a few years ago, the Framingham location was still decent.
How far they have fallen. In terms of quality and service, they can’t even compare with mediocre chains like Olive Garden, let alone good places like Comella’s and the Château. Once Frank Pepe moves into the Boston area, there won’t even be a contest.
As of now, I can’t speak for the whole chain, but this Bertucci’s is AWFUL.

Got a pizza last time and they forgot basil makes me think hm, $ 20 for a glorified cheese pizza.
This past time is my last time here.
Got the same pizza and they remembered the fresh green basil but it should have been sent back it was gross, brown, purplish, notttt fresh, definitely inedible.

Lunch Service was so slow— 1.5 hours for a beer and sandwich???
New waitress– clearly overwhelmed but giving it 200 percent effort.
Many other patrons around us grumbling re service
Food is average – but with so many options why would anyone tolerate such slow service?

Decided to come here for lunch today with my significant other. We were driving down route 9 and thought it would be a good place to stop, and I agreed because who doesn’t love their warm rolls and oil dip?
On our initial entrance, although there didn’t seem to be a hostess, a very friendly staff member greeted us and showed us to a booth and told us she would grab us some lunch menus, but once we were seated they kindly let us know it had switched over from lunch to the dinner menu, which was a small hiccup in our plans on what we wanted to get.
We had a nice server named Sarah, who gave great opinions on what dishes to get. We ordered a lot of food and a pitcher of the Red Sangria. Everything came out timely, and the ‘Sporkie Pizza’ is now probably one of my favorite items there!
We were too stuffed to eat dessert there but took the chocolate chip cookie dessert to go, perfect late night snack :)
