Last time I ate here service was amazing until our waitress decided she would pick her wedgie in front of our table. ASIDE from that she honestly was such a good waitress it just grossed us out a little bit. Food was great, pizza was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. Love the shrimp and crab? Dip. It is so good. Highly recommend it.

Don’t order the Ribs. They are tasteless, fatty and stringy. Bad sauce. No fall off the bone meat, in fact little meat at all. Stick to Pizza/Pasta, Mac and Cheese and salads.

WORSTRESTAURANTEXPERIENCEOFMYLIFE I went here about 2 hours before close with 3 other people. The waitress took our order brought our drinks and that was like the only thing she did. I ordered a soup before my meal, while I was waiting for it the waitress was DRINKINGAT the bar then went outside to smoke. My friends were outside smoking and she asked them if they were ordering dinner or sitting at the bar… um wtf? Do you not remember us from 15 Mins ago? Then our food came after 30 Mins and had zero heat to it. Then we proceeded to wait 45 mins for the check. Thankfully the manager took care of our billl. Don’t go here. I work in the food industry and there’s no excuse for this kind of service. By the way I’m still hungry cause my food was inedible!

We went in to get the Classic deep dish pizza. The experience was so disappointing it is likely we won ‘t be back to the chain for a long time. Someone came from the kitchen to tell us our pizza would be delayed. The waitress said the ticket had been lost. We waited and waited. When the pizza was delivered, it was basically raw. We ended leaving without eating. The manager was not in control of his restaurant. He voided our check, but we won’t be back.

The food was great but the service was terrible. Our server took more than 20 minutes to bring us water.

Ordered takeout on a Sunday night. Got there at the time the website said the food would be ready, was told it was coming right out. Didn’t come out for another 15 minutes, and when it did, the portions were tiny. Less food than your typical Mom & Pop pizza place for twice the price.

We go to Uno’s occasionally, especially when we receive coupons, but this visit as well as the last one was pretty frustrating. The last time, they did not get my order right. This time, the pace of the service was really slow while the restaurant appeared less than half full(well, unless they were dealing with a huge takeout order or something). We ordered some drinks, main dishes and a salad to share. While the drinks appeared pretty quickly, we had to ask what’s going on with our salad before it showed up. Our waitress looked very scattered, although she was very friendly and courteous. She almost forgot to take an order from me. An old guy, probably the owner of the establishment, came around to greet and make sure that everything was fine, and that’s how we were able to get our salad right away at that point in time. So, they seemed to care about customer service. That’s positive. The quality of the food(pastas) was pretty good. Overall, however, this place cannot be among the top of our list.

Alright, I’ll admit it. I drive by this place 7 days each week and never give it a thought. I haven’t been to an Uno’s in many years. I always found the menu limited and I don’t like deep dish pizza. I was next door at the Verizon store with my wife and two little kids. It was getting late and they were particularly hungry and cranky. We weighed all of the nearby options(beer works, Friday’s, etc). I happened to look up and see we were right next to Uno’s, and we said«alright, let’s give it a try.» There was no wait, which was great. They had an electronic menu which the kids thought was cool. Their menu looks like it has been overhauled. I had a bbq burger which was fresh and cooked perfectly. The kids had pizza, as did my wife. They were all pleased. We paid from the electronic menu rather than waiting for the bill. That was a nice perk. Overall, the food was excellent, great service, and great options. It feels strange to say this but I really can’t wait to come back!

Have been there for lunch on numerous occasions and have always been greeted by a friendly host person. Try to sit at the Bar or in the lounge area; service is very efficient and quick. Express lunch is my objective, seeing I only have 30 minutes to partake. One particular Bar Staff person, Mindy, really shines and makes you feel at home, no matter how busy she is ! Food is made fresh & wonderfully presented as ordered. Do not miss this location ! Highly recomend this Uno’s !

Came in for Lunch yesterday on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Mindy might be one of the best customer service bartenders I’ve ever seen. This is coming from someone who knows good bartender traits as you can see from my FB handle & the places I’ve gone. Bright, articulate, friendly to the max, & cute as hell is a great way to live. Had the 2 for $ 12 Herb Chicken Spinach Salad w/extra cukes & Classic Deep Dish. HCSS came heavily recommended by the great Mindy & she/salad did not disappoint! Had a Coney Island Hard Root Beer because I just had watched Laurence Fishburne have one in «King of NY».

We eat here all the time because my kids love it so much. I feel like it’s hit or miss. You can go and have an excellent time with no problems or you can go and have a very long wait for food/mistakes/don’t see your server again for a long time. My biggest pet peeve is the new thing where the manager with the earpiece goes around to each table to… say hi or something? Please stop with that, it’s super awkward. I feel like the strategy behind that is to make the customers feel more welcomed or like there is more help if ever needed? But this always happens when you are just waiting for your food or have a mouthful of food and really nobody feels super chatty. The poor kitchen staff always seems understaffed, rushed and mistakes often get made… so I feel like a better use of the manager’s time would be to go back to the kitchen and help out there instead of having many awkward mini conversations on the floor.

I ordered from here both gluten-free and normal pizza. I am told that the normal deep-dish pizza is great, but the gluten-free is meh. It’s incredibly thin, mushy, and has basically no taste. For someplace like Uno’s, I would expect better pizza. It doesn’t have to be deep-dish, just nothing that embarrasses your namesake.

Had the rattlesnake pasta, taste was good, could have had more chicken and peppers though. Took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. A crowd of people from one of the college’s was there and they were a little loud. Overall it was so so a visit.

Uno’s is legendary and my all-time favorite pizza restaurant. Honestly I don’t know why it’s not more popular. The Chicago style deep dish is awesome. I wish they added not closed more restaurants in Northern California. When traveling, I always look them up particularly in the Boston area.

Service = 5 stars. We had a very attentive waiter, young guy, wish I could remember his name. But he checked back to make sure everything came out, that our glasses were full, etc. Don’t think I’ve ever had such a pleasant waiter at any UNO’s, ever! Main meal = 1 star I got the mushroom masala ravioli’s. They were so so salty. Although, what can I really expect for something that is pre-made and frozen, it’s going to have a lot of sodium. Should have thought about that before placing by order. The other member in my party got the steak tips and a wedge salad. We were both on a steak tip and wedge salad kick for a couple weeks, but went to the locations in Bellingham and Wrentham(much better meals at those 2 locations!) an have to say the steak tips from the Natick/Framingham location were not that great, they weren’t as tender as we were used to. But same great taste. Wedge salads were yummy. I recommend those. + 1 star.

Just love this place. One of the better chain restaurants I’ve been to. The flat bread pizzas are really good. Their deep dish pastas are better ordered in house than as a takeout. DEEPDISH!!! Worth all the calories. Pretty good selection of toppings for make your own pizzas. If you enjoy whole grain crust, the nine grain crust is worth getting and is the best I’ve ever had at a chain. Their fish and chips is top three I’ve ever had. Very light crisp batter with perfectly cooked fish.

It’s just all around sad and pathetic really. Went here one late Saturday night post movies. We each got salads which were okay. Our service was horrible. We were there forever and literally had to get up and stalk the waitress to get our check to leave… Decided to give it another try tonight for takeout for a late dinner with the hubs. The GF flatbread pizza(see photo) was absolutely disgusting. Not only does it look like hell and as if it was thrown together by a child, it tastes terrible. Whoever took our takeout order was very unfriendly and the girl at the bar who charged me and brought out my order(guessing it was the same person) was possibly the least friendly human I have ever met. They used to be good but I don’t know what has happened. Zero interest in returning… Yuck.

If you like going to Unos, this is def not the best location to go… takeout is extremely slow, to the point where I have twice ordered online and got there an hour later to pick it up and they said I’d have to wait another 20 minutes. One of the times I actually had to cancel my order as I had no time to spare and wait when I had already placed an order that would take 20 minutes to make an hour in advance and when I got there it still wasn’t ready. The manager was very nice and apologetic and even offered to buy me a meal next time, which was very nice of him, but since I was never super pleased with the food, I will just pass on it. I’d say if you want to get a quick drink and appetizer it’s not a bad idea to go there, but I’m def not going out of my way again to come here.

I love UNOs pizza, there is nothing like their flaky deep dish crust available anywhere else. Pizza is always great here. The salads are fresh and never have ingredients that look like they’ve been sitting around for awhile. The atmosphere is nothing special and service is generally good. Love the curbside pickup and online ordering that’s available at this location. I was not pleased with my last order though. I ordered a side garden salad with my dinner and a buffalo chicken salad for lunch the next day. In the online ordering I said no tomato. Both were even labeled«no tomato», but there were tomatoes in both. The garden salad was supposed to come with onions, cucumbers, and croutons. I got one slice of onion, one slice of cucumber, and no croutons. The buffalo chicken salad had nicely done chicken and fresh ingredients, but it tasted a little bitter like it had basil in it. And of course it had too much tomato to pick out. My husband had the shrimp and sirloin. It was cooked well, but he said it lacked in flavor. His side garden salad was the same as mine. There was also a breadstick of some sort with this and it was put into the container with the steak and shrimp, so it was a soggy mess. Details matter. This location needs to work on that a bit.
