Excellent Service and great facility — good access and easy to navigate! Melvin went above and beyond — getting me a good rate and being knowledgeable about what was available and when. He was efficient in setting me up and answered all my questions professionally and with a pleasant demeanor. Family members have also been very satisfied with this facility.

I have to give 5 stars for Jared, an assistant manager who was filling in over in the Framingham location. He graciously stayed over 20 minutes after closing to make sure that I was happy with the unit that I rented, didn’t rush through any of the process. By doing so, he ensured that I would be able to give my movers access to my new storage unit early the next morning. He was a true life saver. That kind of customer service is not easily forgotten, and I will highly recommend Extra Space Storage for that experience. The facility itself, being an older, converted building, has character, and is very clean and well maintained. I am very comfortable using their facility for storage, especially since their climate control was working quite well despite the bitter cold.

Easy access, keycode to get in, use your own locks, relatively decent prices too.
I’ve had a space here for a year now, and the service is good, and the guy Milt who’s always there is a peach. I’m sure his wife is glad he decided to take this job in retirement, as she doesn’t want to be bored with his fables about the inner workings of the self-​storage industry.
And there’s a decent falafel place across the street too.
